Four years passed since the loss of Coruscant's beloved king and queen, and since then a lot had happened. Carmine had mastered many musical instruments, and Anakin married Padme; they kept the ceremony small though, unlike most royal weddings. But most importantly, Princess Kara's twenty-five birthday was today, which meant another occasion was to occur.

Everyone in the kingdom was so excited! Kings, queens, and dignitaries from all around were coming to honor this momentous occasion.

"Welcome to Coruscant," said a man at the docks. "Watch your step please. The gates will be opening soon.

What was this occasion, you may be wondering?

"Mom! Why do I have to dress like this anyway?" A young boy named Petro whined as his mother fixed a tie on his suit.

"The queen has come of age today, Petro." Petros' mother replied. "It's Coronation Day!"

A pole with lots of beautiful ribbons was put up, and lots of beautiful flags were put up in honor of coronation day.

Among the many visiting royals to Coruscant, there was a young Togruta girl who was curious about her surroundings. She came across the carriage where there was a beautiful blue pegasus named Sapphire who would pull the carriage to escort the new queen to the ball later tonight.

"Aren't you a beauty?" said the togruta, petting the horse's muzzle.

"I can't believe they're finally opening the gates!" said an excited Tholithian girl named Katooni.

"And for a whole day!" said a young Rodian named Ganodi!

Of course, there were those who did not quite mean as well among the visitors. One of them was Count Dooku from the kingdom of Serenno.

"Coruscant, our most mysterious trading partner." Dooku said. "Open those gates so I may uncover your secrets and exploit your riches. Did I just say that out loud?"

"You did, Sire." said one of his servants.

"I can hardly wait to see the queen and the princes." said one man.

"I bet the queen is lovely," said another man.

"I bet she is beautiful."

"I bet the princes are so handsome," said one woman.

"One of them is married, I hear." Another woman said.

"But one of them isn't. And the princes are twins! I bet the unmarried one is as handsome as his brother."

Inside the palace, Carmine was still fast asleep in his bed, his hair a mess and his glasses missing from his face. He was still in Dream Land, cuddling with his stuffed rabbit. Then there came a knock at his door.

"Prince Carmine?" Obi-Wan, the one knocking, called. "Prince Carmine?"

"Huh?" Carmine cleared his throat. "Yeah?"

"Sorry to wake you, Your Highness."

"No, no, you didn't." Carmine yawned. "I've been up for hours."

But Carmine was falling asleep again.

"Who is it?" Carmine gasped, feeling around for his glasses.

"Still me, Carmine." Obi-Wan stammered. "The gates will open soon. Time to get ready."

"Yes, get ready. Of course." Carmine rubbed his eyes and put his glasses on, still half asleep. "Ready for what?"

"Your sister's coronation, Sire."

"My sister's corneration."

Carmine looked at a mannequin with a green suit of fine silk standing in the corner of his room. Now Carmine was much more awake! Coronation Day meant... open gates, people in the palace, a party!

"It's Coronation Day!" Carmin quickly got out of bed to brush up and get dressed for his sister's big day. "It's Coronation Day!"

Carmine spun Miss Susy around excitedly.

"Settle down, Carmine." Susy laughed.

But Carmine was overwhelmed with enthusiasm when he saw the servants opening the windows and doors and prepping for the party.

Carmine:

The window is open, so's that door

I didn't know they did that anymore

Who knew we owned eight thousand salad plates?

For years I've roamed these empty halls

Why have a ballroom with no balls?

Carmine slid down the staircase, something he was normally terrified of doing. But he was so excited, he forgot what fear was.

Finally they're opening up the gates

There'll be actual real live people

He shook hands with a suit of armor, only for its arm to fall off, sending Carmine running.

It'll be totally strange

But wow, am I so ready for this change?

Carmine looked out the window and saw ships arriving. He jumped onto a swinging platform window washers used to go higher and got a better view.

Don't know if I'm elated or gassy

Carmine went into the castle garden and came across a mama rabbit who lived there, and he picked up one of the baby bunnies to pet.

But I'm somewhere in that zone

"I can't wait to meet everyone!" Carmine smiled. Then he gasped as a thought came to his mind. "What if I meet the one?"

Tonight imagine me suit and all

Fetchingly draped against the wall

The picture of sophisticated grace

Carmine struck the most sophisticated pose he could muster, imagining what it would be like to meet a special woman and fall in love like his brother.

Ooh! I suddenly see her standing there

A beautiful stranger, tall and fair

I wanna stuff some chocolate in my face

But then we laugh and talk all evening

Which is totally bizarre

Nothing like the life I've led so far

Carmine swept one of the maids off her feet in a waltz and left her spinning, which had her flustered for a moment.

Carmine ran into a room full of paintings, most of them featuring men wooing women, and Carmine mimicked the men's poses, trying to practice how he would behave once he met his dream girl.

Carmine looked out the window and saw lots of beautiful girls, but then he saw his reflection in the window and felt self-conscious when he noticed his glasses. Women were super attracted to Anakin, and he didn't wear glasses.

"Hmm. I wonder..."

Carmine tried taking off his glasses and placing them in the pocket of his jacket. He figured, maybe just for the day, it would help him look more attractive to the girls tonight so he'd have a better chance at finding love.

Meanwhile, Anakin was in his room, prepping for the coronation with his wife.

Anakin:

Don't let them in, don't let them see

Be the good boy you always have to be

As the new crown prince, Anakin was receiving a crown today too, and he would be presenting the scepter to Kara when she was crowned. But he felt worried about freezing it in front of everyone. He picked up a scepter from his shelf to practice with, only to accidentally freeze it.

Conceal, don't feel, put on a show

Make one wrong move and everyone will know

Anakin quickly put the scepter down and put his gloves back on.

But it's only for today

Carmine:

It's only for today

Anakin:

It's agony to wait

Carmine (running outside):

It's agony to wait

Kara:

Tell the guards to open up the gate

Carmine:

Carmine ran outside and saw, albeit blurrily, guests arriving and he jumped onto the edge of the stone wall to get by easier.

Carmine waved to people who passed by and happily continued to dance along the path.

I know it all ends tomorrow

Except, Carmine tripped on a bucket and fell into a row boat.

"Ouch! Hey!" Carmine whined.

"Oh, I'm so sorry. Are you hurt?" said a woman's voice.

Carmine couldn't see very clearly, but he could tell it was a young woman, and she appeared to have silver hair and rode a green alicorn.

"Uh.. no, no, I'm alright." Carmine stammered. "I just wasn't watching we're I was going, but I'm great, actually."

"Oh, thank goodness." said the girl, offering her hand.

Carmine took the girl's hand and let her help him up.

"Oh! Countess Gray Morpha of Posada Llave."

"Prince Carmine of Coruscant." Carmine bowed.

"Prince? Your highness."

The two would've fallen into the water had Carmine not felt like he was literally flying.

"What was that?"

"Oh, just a little trick I know from home." said Gray, holding Carmine in a dip.

"This is kinda awkward. Not 'You're awkward,' but just because we're.... I'm awkward, you're gorgeous. Wait, what?"

"I'd like to formally apologize for hitting the prince of Coruscant with my horse. And for every moment after."

"No! No, no, it's fine. I'm not that prince. I mean, if you'd hit my brother Anakin, it would be... yeesh! But my sister... even worse, because, you know."

Carmine realized he'd bumped into the horse.

"Hello. But, but lucky you, it's just me."

"Just you?" chuckled Gray. "Got a girl?"

"Oh! You're pretty straightforward, aren't you? Not yet, I don't."

"I don't have a guy."

"Well, in that case, uh..."

Just then, the bells chimed.

"The bells. The coronation. I gotta go. Uh, I better go, bye!"

Carmine rushed off as quickly as he could.

"Watch out for that-"

And then Carmine crashed.

"Tree." Gray winced.

"Ow."
