Kiera
Kali Skywalker has her eyes closed as she sits in the Jedi Temple, meditating, using the Force to her advantage. She sits with a couple of Jedi younglings, one of which happens to be a boy with red hair and green eyes around her age. She then opens her eyes as she hears a voice.
"Sense the light side of the Force in you, I do, young Padawan," Master Yoda says to Kali, making her open her beautiful gold-hazel tinted eyes. Her silver hair is in a long Padawan braid down her back as she looks for her Master. "Hmmmm.....make a strong Jedi in the future, I see you becoming."
"My master.....where is she, Master Yoda?" She asks. She blinks her eyes. Yoda looks at the female human youngling before saying,
"On Christophsis, your Master is, young Padawan. Return, she will. Patience, you must have." Kali nods her head before she gets up, then walks out of the Jedi Temple. Just as she does, she bumps into none other than the Jedi Knight and former Padawan of Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and her biological father, Anakin Skywalker. He had recently just returned from a previous mission, she doesn't know where, obviously, but she's not one to get into some Jedi affairs. Despite her being just a youngling, she will become more than just a Padawan. Anakin looks at her, but then, his eyes open, but instead of them being their blue color, they're a yellow color, the color of that of a Sith. Kali gasps, her eyes widening.
"A-Anakin.........." she says, but Anakin doesn't listen to her as he uses the Force to almost pull the youngling into a Force choke then shoves her away, making her fall to the ground. She lies there, holding her breath as Anakin pulls out his electric blue lightsaber and starts cutting down the other younglings, her friends-as she lies there, closing her eyes so she doesn't have to watch Anakin kill the innocent younglings.
".......Kali! Kali! Wake up!" A voice cuts through her, and she opens her eyes to see Obi-Wan, standing over her. There's someone at his side, a woman-who Kali recognizes as Padmè Amidala, Senator and former Queen of Naboo, and Anakin's wife.
"Master...." Kali says, shivering. "What....what happened? What's going on?" Obi-Wan cradles the Padawan to him, recognizing quickly by her Force signature that she is scared.
"I understand you're in shock, but we have to move, young Padawan. Are you hurt? Did Anakin hurt you?" Kali then remembers what happened and trembles more. She nods.
"I-I don't know how, but I survived the onslaught," she stammers. "He-he killed the others. The other younglings...." She bites her lip as she sees Master Yoda enter the room.
"Leave the Jedi Temple, we must," he says. "Destroyed, the Jedi Order is." Kali's breath catches in her throat.
"Where shall we go, Master?" She asks. "Where's Skywalker now?" Master Yoda lowers his gaze as if what just happened to Anakin hurt him more than anyone.
"Lost his way to the Dark Side, Master Skywalker has," he says. "Flee and disband the Order, we must." Obi-Wan nods.
"I agree, Master Yoda," he then turns to Kali, just as a Lasat enters the room. Kali recognizes him: Jedi Master Jaro Tapal. He has a Padawan already, a youngling that Kali knows and has trained with: Cal Kestis. He's human, like she is.
"Master Yoda," Jaro says. "Master Obi-Wan, the troops....the clones, they've turned against the Jedi." Kali blinks her eyes in shock, looking at both masters, until Obi-Wan says,
"I have to get Senator Amidala somewhere safe, but for now, everyone has to flee." Kali nods then races off, following the older Jedi until Obi-Wan stops her.
"No, young Padawan," he says to her. "You have to go. I'm sorry, but I have failed you as a Master. Just like I failed Anakin." Kali blinks again.
"Then where do I go?" She asks him, her eyes brimming with tears, but she blinks them away. Obi-Wan sighs.
"I don't know, but please, go. May the Force be with you, young Padawan." He tells her, before he runs away. He goes to Padmè's side, then both of them are gone. Kali shakes her head before she keeps moving on, her eyes downcast. She takes the only thing her Master could've given her: her lightsaber. She would've crafted it herself, but she hadn't been able to focus for a while. She knows she still has to go to the planet Ilum and find her kyber crystal. She blinks her eyes as she races out of the Jedi Temple and goes to a star fighter. She then turns to see a familiar clone trooper.
"Captain Rex!" She calls out, just as one of the other clones shoots at her with his blaster. She dodges the blast before using the Force to knock the clone off, before she feels the weight of a lightsaber in her palms. She knows for a fact that the lightsaber isn't hers, so she turns until her eyes land on a familiar face: former Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano, a Togruta who had been Anakin's Padawan until she was accused of bombing the Jedi Temple. But after the real culprit had been found thanks to Anakin Skywalker, who had been Ahsoka's friend and former Padawan to Jedi Knight Luminara Unduli, Barriss Offee, a Mirilian. Ahsoka had been pardoned from the crime after Barriss was arrested, but when Anakin gave her a chance to come back as a Jedi, maybe even complete her training under him once more to gain the rank of Jedi Knight, Ahsoka had refused, and left. Kali hasn't been the same either. She knows that one day, things will change.
She takes ahold of a star fighter as she looks back at Rex. But Rex just shakes his head and keeps going. She still has no idea. No idea that the clones are turning against their Jedi brethren and attacking them. She leaps onto the cockpit of the star fighter and only catches the last bit of her Master's holo-message as she takes off and leaves Coruscant.

Year: 14 BBY, five years later, 0723 local hours
Kali sighs softly as she works alongside her friend,a Mirilian named Kaeden who's been at her side for a while now. She's the one who found Kali, injured and cold, five years ago after the attack on the Jedi Order, the Temple, the clones are now Stormtroopers, and the remaining Jedi that are alive are captured, imprisoned and turned into the Sith Lord Darth Vader's Inquisitors. Then there's the Grand Inquisitor, who has never left the side of Darth Vader once, but will sometimes join the others in hunting down the remaining Jedi still alive. If only Kali had more time with her Master, but according to a friend of hers, Senator Chuchi, Senator Padmé Amidala had passed away, but not before giving birth to twins. Where the twins are now, she has no idea, the Senator hasn't given her much information, which in all reality, she's glad for, the less people that know the location of the Skywalker children, the safer they will be from their Sith Lord of a father.
"Oi, Kiera," Kaeden says, calling her by the pseudo name she's been going under for the past five years, blinking her blue eyes as she tugs slightly on her shawl. "I must admit, if you're going to turn out to be quite the scrapper in the future, by all means, make yourself more useful, but don't give me any trouble, my friend." Kali shakes her head.
"Sorry, Kaeden," she tells her. "Just got a lot on my mind lately." Kaeden nods. Kali hums softly, before letting the music fill her ears. She then turns her head as a young man in a poncho with red hair, light skin and green eyes walks up to her. She only fairly recognizes him, but the memories are vague in her mind, she can barely remember where she had seen him before. It has been five years after all. She is about to walk away, when an Abednedo walks up to her, then turns to Kaeden.
"Hello, Kae," he says to her, blinking his brown eyes as he runs a hand through his gray hair. "So, how've you been? I see you got a new apprentice, I see?" He looks at where Kali is, then turns to the human male at his side.
"This is Cal, he'll be working with us in the Scrapper Guild," he says. "Hard-working man, hopefully he'll settle down." Cal seems to shake his head as his green eyes land on Kali's face for a second, before his green gaze turns back to the Abednedo.
"Prauf, no," he says. "Let's just get to work. We have a lot to do." Kaeden just laughs.
"Oh please," she tells Cal. "Kiera needs all the help she can get, what with a handsome man like you to do all the heavy lifting." Kali feels her face burn with a blush and walks up to the Mirilian, stopping her before she can speak further.
"We don't need any help, thank you," she says. "We'll do just fine on our own." Cal blinks his green eyes as he looks at her. Something about Kali seems familiar to him, but he can't put a finger on where and why. He just shrugs.
"Well," he explains. "As much as I would like to stay here and chat, we got more scrapping to do, don't we, Prauf?" Prauf nods his head.
"Yes, yes, we sure do," he says, nudging Cal in the arm. "We'll see you later, ladies, it's a pleasure meeting you for the first time, Miss....?" He trails off as he looks at Kali, who blinks her hazel eyes before saying,
"Easton," she says. "Kiera Easton." Cal's green eyes seem to widen and at first, he doesn't speak, or move, he just stares at her. Time seems to stand still as green eyes lock with hazel. Kali doesn't move at all, but she can't believe she had said her name to this guy. She has no idea if he's even working for the Empire, so she feels kinda stupid for saying her name like that, even if it is a pseudonym, no less.
"Cal? Cal? Man, snap out of it, kid," Prauf says, finally gaining Cal's attention as the redhead turns his gaze away from the beautiful female, and back to his friend.
"Right, sorry," he says. "Let's go."
Little do they know.....this encounter would be one of the greatest encounters, and it would bring these two closer together than they've ever been.
Note: reason why Kali's pseudo name is Kiera is because she's trying to hide her identity from the Empire. She's also cut herself off from the Force for five years, so this takes place during the game Fallen Order.
