Sahana (hugging Prachi tightly):

"Yeh toh mere liye bhi ek dream come true hai! Tum dono ki tarah mummy-papa banne ka waqt aa gaya hai(This is a dream come true for me too! It's time to become mom and dad like you two!)" 

Aryan (grinning ear to ear, his mood instantly lifted):

9 months later:

But even as they spoke, inside the delivery room, Prachi's condition was becoming more and more critical. Sweat dripped from her forehead, her breaths shallow and fast. The pain was unbearable, and she could hear the doctors murmuring to each other.

Doctor (calmly, yet with a note of concern):

"Mrs. Kohli, I understand this is incredibly difficult, but there are complications with the delivery. We're trying our best, but there's a chance the babies might not make it through this... the chances of survival are very low."

Prachi (in pain, whispering):

"Mr. Kohli... we've managed to get through the toughest part. It's a miracle, but both your babies have survived."

Ranbir (eyes wide with relief, voice shaking):

"Do... do bachche? Dono... dono... humare(Two...two children? Both... both...ours?)" 

Doctor (smiling, wiping her brow):

Prachi smiled as she looked at the two small cribs next to her bed. Inside, two beautiful babies were peacefully sleeping, their tiny fingers curled up, their faces angelic.

Prachi (softly, gazing at the babies):

"Dekho, Ranbir... humari duniya ab in dono ke saath hogi. Hamari khushi... yeh dono hain(Look, Ranbir... our world will now be with these two. Our happiness...it's them both.)"

Ranbir (kissing Prachi's forehead, tears in his eyes):

A few days later, the family gathered at the Kohli mansion to celebrate the arrival of the twins. The entire Kohli family was overjoyed. Surya and Bhoomi couldn't contain their happiness as they held the babies, and Aryan and Sahana were equally thrilled.
