AN: And, that marks the first half of Jaydestown! Yippee! I hope you like it so far! Hadestown is one of my favorite musicals as of right now, so I was really excited to write this story!

Fun fact, the last song, Wait For Me, was actually what inspired this whole thing. Before I even saw Hadestown I listened to that song randomly and just thought that it was so beautiful. So naturally, I checked out the play that it came from and immediately fell in love! 

This story will continue shortly, so don't go anywhere! Hopefully, see you in the second half!!! I kinda like to think of the first half as a prequel and a setup for the second half, which is where the real story begins.
