"I spy with my little eye a garbage man!"

"Why are we doing this anyway?" Kyle asked kicking a stone onto the road and watching a car ride over it. "This game was always dumb!"

"Meow!"

"That's right kitty!" I said cheerfully as I waved to the garbage man. "Think about the power of positive thinking!"

Cole groaned, "Not this again!"

"Hey, it helped us didn't it?"

"Meow!"

Kai rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah, yeah."

"Where are we even going?" Luke asked pushing up his glasses.

"We are heading toward the homeless shelter so I can give away," Lloyd looked down sadly at his kitten. "Platypus."

Clue patted Lloyd on the back reassuringly. Lloyd sniffed a times. I'm pretty sure I saw a few drops of boogers go up his nose. Ewww. Zane handed a handkerchief to Lloyd. Lloyd took it gratefully and blew his nose into it.

SNORT!

Kai winced. "I am glad Platypus is going." He whispered to Kyle. "Her voice box thingy must be seriously broken."

"MEOW!"

"See, Kyle!"

"I spy....a sign that says vote for Kai Smith for president." Cole says continuing on the game from earlier. "Wait, WHAT!?"

We all stop walking, read the sign, and stared at Kai astonished.

Kai ran and stood in front of the sign hiding it from our view. "Oh, that's that's probably just the fan girls. You know how they are always onto me. They like me because of my hair and my cool ninja moves and the color red. They love how I always seem to save the damsel in distress. And how I am perfectly handsome. And-."

"And how they think your face is ugly!" Kyle exclaimed cutting of Kai. He smirked and gave Cole and I a high five.

Kai frowned making his eyebrows burrow.

"I sense that Kai is not really telling the truth." Zane stated frowning. "Notice how his arms are shaking when he talks."

"He could never be president anyway!" I scoff. "He's to stupid."

"Meow!"

"I am so telling the truth!" Kai defended running his hand through his hair. "And Jay I am not stupid."

"Pshhh. Yeah right!" Clue said walking behind Kai to read the sign.

"Meow!"

"Be quiet, cat!" Kai growled.

"You don't talk to her like that!" Lloyd glared giving Platypus to Luke. "She nice!"

"Yeah!" Luke agreed.

"Fine, if you guys aren't going to support me for running president, and for growling at that stupid Cat, then I might as well find other friends to help support me!" Kai snapped and started to walk across the road.

"Be back soon!" Cole called after him.

We all watched as Kai stumbled on the road. First, he forgot that there's a curb on the side walk, so he tripped over that. Secondly, he never saw the car coming. So he fell onto the middle of the road and screamed when he saw the car. And thirdly, he panicked and ran back toward us tripping over the curb once more, flying into a garbage can and knocking it over.

"Ow!"

"Well, that's a shocker!" I exclaimed breaking the laughter of my teammates. "And I thought Cole was down to earth!"

"Meow!"

"Be quiet, cat!" Kai moaned.

"Can we continue?" Zane asked as he supported Clue from falling over with laughter. "We have to finish this mission today."

"Onward!" Kyle yelled as he charged around the corner.

Kai groaned but picked himself up and followed us.

Luke let Platypus chase after Kyle as we turned the corner onto GreenWay street.

"Ahhhh! Get away from me, Cat!" Kyle screamed as he dodged a skateboarder.

"Meow!"

Clue and Luke burst into laughter as they watched Kyle dodge the all of the Pedestrians and the kitten following him.

"It's to your right!" Lloyd hollered. "The homeless shelter is on your right!"

"Thank you!"

After a few laughs and slow walkers we made it to the homeless shelter. Only, to find Kyle up a tree and Platypus near the stump meowing. Lloyd grabbed Platypus and finally Kyle climbed out of the tree. Cole, Zane, Kai, and I stayed outside while Lloyd and the kids brought Platypus to its rightful owner.

"I like that cat," Cole said honestly after the kids and Lloyd went inside. "It was a good cat." He sighed and leaned against the railing of the stairs.

Zane sat on the steps next to Kai and I. "That cat gave me very funny memories that I'll miss." He admitted.

"Yeah!" I chuckled. "Like the funny memories of Kai locking himself in the broom closet from Platypus!"

"Hey! That cat was trying to kill me!" Kai exclaimed crossing his arms.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah."

The kids came out of the shelter guiding crying Lloyd.

"What happened?" Cole asked concerned as he made his way to Lloyd.

"Well let's say that the cat doesn't like Lloyd anymore," Kyle said grinning.

"That's nothing to grin about!" Clue exclaimed.

Lloyd continued to sob openly onto Coles shoulder. "I will miss her." He snuffled.

Cole looked disturbed as he gestured to Zane for help. Together him and Zane helped Lloyd to sit down.

Kyle grin faded into a smirk.

"And it's also nothing to smirk about either!"

After that comment silence fell over us, all you could hear was Lloyd cries.

"Beedle beedle beedle!" Kai's butt rang.

Hahaha. That sound funny.

"Kai your behind is ringing," I pointed out chuckling.

"I know that Zapbag," Kai said as he rolled his eyes and pulled out his iPhone to answer it. "Hello?...Oh, hi Nya!..come back?...yes we are done the mission...why? everyone's fine...their back?...fallen sick?"

We all watched intently as Kai began to pace on the sidewalk. "Yes, yes...okay...we walked...pick us up...Okay bye," Finally he ended the call.

"Dude what was that all about?" Luke asked walking up to Kai. Kai looked at us, his eyebrows were furrowed, his hazel eyes were serious.

"Guys we have to go back to the bounty. NOW!"
