no hair variations this time.

when redesigning her, i thought that maybe heather (chandler) would make her sister basically be her dog/servant. so that's why she looks insecure and resentful. okay now onto the actual design, i changed her ugly ass khaki skirt to be a similar one to chandler just so she has that tie in. i didn't add her freckles because uhhh i forgot to and also i have a lot of characters with freckles already i don't need more. anyways, the candy pin thing that the heathers/veronica wear on the middle of their chest she wears on the side like a badge because she's more like an honorary heather if anything. she's protected from bullies because she's heather's sister but that doesn't mean she's protected from heather, heather, and heather. i also made her blazer into a vest to further that shes not really part of the heathers like the others are. like veronica, she doesn't have a scrunchie to wear either/keep her hair out of her face, regardless of how long she's stuck by the heathers.
