   A few hours later, Lava had found a place that the pack could stay in for a few days. She set up the area so that they could live in it. As Lava looked around and took in the sights and smells. Cora skipped along excitedly as she thought about Merciless and Rain. She wondered what she was like as a child and if she was that mean. Speckles walked over to Cora trying to hide his limp.
  "Speckles!" She said excitedly forgetting about the entire thing about Rain being the opposite of Merciless. She ran up to him and hugged him tight as he felt pain in his scars. He tried to hide the painful feeling but he couldn't. Cora immediately noticed it, "Speckles what's wrong?"
   "Oh it's nothing," he said trying to cover his scars.
   "No tell me Speckles. I'm your friend. You can trust me."
   "It's just a few scars," he sighed.
   Cora looked at his side and saw a huge scar there as well as one on the side of his face. She felt sorry for him and wished that it was her that took these scars not him. She then cocked her head as they stared at each other in silence. Cora then reached over and licked the side of his face right over the scar that was there and left. Speckles watched as she left, astonished at what she had done. His eyes were wide and his cheeks were blushed as he stood there for a moment thinking about what just happened.
  "Speckles come on! It's time to eat!" A female voice yelled. Speckles looked over to where the voice had came from and saw that it came from Flame. He then ran over to where the meal was being held as Lava dragged a dead carcharodontosaurus body while the other raptors began to tear at the flesh. Speckles ate slowly still wondering why Cora had licked him. He shook the thought out of his head and continued eating.
   That night everyone slept inside the cave that was nearby. Cora couldn't sleep so she stayed outside the cave and stared off into space, at the stars and moon. She loved the night. The air was cool, the sun wasn't in her face and everyone was sleeping. It was just her, the moon and the stars. As she was staring out into space, she heard a loud roar sounding extremely similar to the one that came from the Spinosaurus. Though she thought it was dead and that was just another dinosaur, she went inside the cave and forced herself to sleep.
