Helmut Zemo/Baron Zemo: Helmut Zemo started despising heroes after the battle between the Regime and the Insurgency spread around Sokovia, resulting in the death of his parents.

Antony Masters/Taskmaster: The Mercenary of one thousand moves, who was forced to work for Jason.

Hope/Charmcaster: Charmcaster joins the Outlaws in hopes of destroying her archenemy Gwen Tennyson.

Sinthea Schmidt/Sin: After her father being defeated, Sin seeks to rebuild the H.Y.D.R.A., but she was also forced to join the Outlaws as Jason threatened to kill her father.

Cinder Fall: The current Fall Maiden comes to this world to wipe out the heroes so her mistress Salem can conquer it.

Emerald Sustrai: The thief who always follows Cinder's footsteps.

Mercury Black: A trickster thief and somewhat brutal.

Roman Torchwick: Roman has secretly teleported himself to this world and builds a secret underground crime organization. Not even Cinder knows about it.

Neopolitan: Her loyalties are only directed to Roman Torchwick.

Adam Taurus: The current leader of the White Fang, who seeks to destroy all humans in this world.

Apocalypse: The first mutant to ever exist, Apocalypse seeks to destroy mankind and become the god of a new world. He counts on his four new horsemen.

Ororo Monroe/Storm: She has become one of the horsemen of Apocalypse after he found her.

Elizabeth Braddock/Psylocke: She became one of the Horsemen of Apocalypse after he upgraded her powers.

Warren Wellington/Archangel: He became one of Horsemen of Apocalypse after he turned his wings into metallic wings.

Erik Leinhester/Magneto: Wanting to have a normal life with his family, he was hunted down by Cyborg, who killed his wife and his daughter. Enraged, Magneto crippled Cyborg until Apocalypse killed Victor Stone and turned Erik into one of his horsemen.
