Narrator POV:

When the bullhead touched down on the ground, the teams slowly walked out to see a forest. A forest that seemed void of Grimm which brings an ironic sense of unease. Though it seems like the others haven't noticed anything amiss yet which will lead to problems during our mission.

"Blake, is everything okay?" Yang said.

"I don't hear anything in the forest." Blake said.

"Isn't that a good thing?" Ruby said.

"No, there is no animals or Grimm here which doesn't bode well if something extremely dangerous is inside the forest." Blake added.

"That is more reason why we need to discover what is going on and how to stop it." Ruby said.

"Stop it? We don't even know where these portals are taking the huntsman and huntresses." Weiss said.

"Maybe it takes them to hell?" Nora said. This caused everyone to stare at her for a moment before sighing.

"Nora, there is no way that these portals will take us to hell." Ren said. Normally, he wouldn't doubt what Nora says (most of the time), but her statement was really far out there even for her. Though, a strange feeling popped up when she said that these portals could lead to hell. It was a feeling that he felt before which only lead to tragedy for him and Nora. So he pushed that feeling down though that stopped once Velvet noticed something in the distance.

"Is that what we're looking for?" Velvet said. The group turned around to see a red, swirling portal that was in the middle. The sight of it made their blood run cold since they could tell that wherever it leads to wouldn't be good. Though for Ruby, it was worst since she could faintly hear screams coming from inside.

"It seems like we have discovered one far too close to civilization." Glynda said.

"You think? So are we going to go inside or what?" Qrow said before getting smacked on the back of the head by Winter who looked annoyed.

"Absolutely not. We don't know what or who could be inside it so we need to make a plan." Winter said.

"A plan? We don't have time to make up a plan, the longer we stay here the longer those missing huntsman are trapped inside." Qrow said. After saying that Winter and Qrow started to bicker making Glynda smack her head. Though all that stopped once they heard Coco yell:

WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!

Her shout caused the adults to turn around and see Nora reaching her hand towards the portal. Time seemed to slow down as her fingers lightly touched it. At first, nothing happened and all seemed fine...for thirty seconds. After that point, the portal reacted violently and started to strongly suck all of them inside.

(The Portal)

"NORA, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" Pyrrha yelled.

"I don't know, I just wanted to...AAAH!" Nora started to yell back until her entire body was sucked inside the portal. 

"NORA!" Ren exclaimed as he ran towards it without any regards to his safety and entered. Soon, the others were following behind them leaving behind an empty field and a red portal. Eventually, the group would realize that they didn't come alone though that would occur later. 

Nora POV:

I gasped and quickly sat up off the hard, purple ground. Wait, I was in a forest which was covered by grass until....what have I done? I managed to get up from the ground and looked at my surroundings. I saw the purple clouds above me and a..moon that was black and had a symbol on it. 

"Where did we go?" I asked myself before someone answered behind me.

"That's a great question since you managed to send all of us inside of this place." A familiar voice said. I turned around to see Velvet who didn't seem pleased to be here...not like I blamed her since I basically brought us all here by accident.

"I'm sorry. I didn't know that..." I started to say before Velvet sighed deeply.

"It's too late for apologizes since we found out where the portal leads through...less than good circumstances. Now, we need to find the others, figure out where we are, find civilization and where the missing huntsman are. In which, we need to be ready for a fight at any given moment." Velvet said. I silently nodded and followed behind Velvet as we searched for the others. When we found them all, we took a small break.

"Of all places, we landed on a mountain with no people in sight." Weiss said.

"I..." I started to say before Ren cut me off.

"Don't apologize about this Nora, we had no idea that this would happen. Though, I wish that we could find somewhere to rest and get information." Ren said. I was about to say something before Ruby jumped up and pointed to a sign in the distance. As we stared at it, we had no idea that we would try to survive in a world with beings far powerful than we could ever imagine. A world that would lead us to reuniting with him.
