well simple you were returning to the throne of heroes when the holy grail was pouring its substance on you giving you life. since you were alive again you got a new semblance an clear connection the throne of heroes. that right you can summon any heroic spirts and command them without out and command seals that is your new semblance jaune arc zeltrach says.

jaune knew it wouldn't be long before atlas found out and tried to convince him to join or give his city so he had his armies ready for war.
