Character Portrayals:

Eiza González as Aiyana. (Meaning= external blossom. Pronounced = ai- yAA- nuh). Orenda's daughter. She is Jasper's true mate or soulmate.

She is 5"5 with a slim build, long black hair and dark brown eyes. She has a right dimpled smile, and a lighter skin than that of her family and her tribe due to her father's Mexican heritage. Aiyana is half-mortal and half-immortal. She was born in Pantanal wetlands, Amazon, South America in 1963 and became fully grown in 1970 stopping at eighteen years of age.

Aiyana is very outgoing, has a sharp tongue at times, and likes to explore their home in the Amazon, and help out their tribe when she can, (much like her mother), but sticks very close to her aunts. Like her Aunt Senna, Aiyana often wears her hair in a braid and wears animal skins.

Gifts/Abilities:

* Photo-Umbrakinesis. She can manipulate light with darkness properties, darkness with light properties, or both light and darkness simultaneously. And she can also create weapons with her abilities.

* Like her aunt, Aiyana has very wild but also an extremely graceful fighting style that she looks like she's dancing.

Jackson Rathbone as Major Jasper Joshua Whitlock Hale. He is Aiyana's True mate or soulmate.

He loves Aiyana with all that he has. He was never with Alice, she is a little sister to him and his best friend. He joins the Cullen's in 1950, but two decades later in 1970, he gets a call from Peter informing him about his mate so he leaves the Cullen's and heads to the Amazon to find her. Senna teaches him how to use his powers while hunting so the guilt, grief and depression doesn't affect him anymore.

He was born in Houston, Texas in 1844, and changed into a vampire in 1863 at the age of 19. He has curly honey-blonde hair down to his collarbone, his eyes were brown when he was human, red with Maria's army, and golden for the time he lives with the Cullens before going to red once more. He is 6"3 and has a muscular but lean build.

Gifts/Abilities:

* Pathokinesis (sensing and controlling emotions).
* Advanced strength (not as much as Emmett) and speed.

Laura Harrier as Kachiri. Eldest sister to Zafrina, Senna and Orenda.

Elder daughter of Halona and Chaska. Aunt to Aiyana and Coven leader. When Orenda dies she hunts down the vampire who sired her niece and begs him to change her when she realises he won't help with his daughter and never cared for her baby sister. Pushing aside her anger she convinces him to turn her. With the mindset of looking after her baby niece she quickly controls herself and changes Zafrina and Senna.

She was born in Pantanal wetlands, Amazon, South America in 1933 and turned at thirty years old in 1963.

She is the second tallest out of her sisters standing at 5"9, with muscular limbs and a slim build. She has wild black hair, dark coloured skin, big round, brown eyes when human and red eyes now that she's turned. She also wears wilder clothing than her niece and sisters.

Unlike Zafrina and Aiyana she does not possess a special ability.

Judi Shekoni as Zafrina (on the left). Second eldest daughter of Halona and Chaska, younger sister Kachiri and older sister Senna and Orenda, and aunt to Aiyana.

Like her sisters Zafrina never blamed her niece for her baby sister's death, but instead blamed the vampire who seduced her. Like Kachiri, Zafrina and Senna agree to love and support Aiyana no matter what. After Kachiri returns home a vampire Zafrina and Senna ask her to turn them which she does so one at a time so there's always someone to look after Aiyana.

She was born in Pantanal wetlands, Amazon, South America in 1935 and turned at twenty-nine years old in 1964. A year after Kachiri was turned.

Zafrina is the tallest out of her sisters standing at 5"10 3/4. She has a slim build with long limbs, dark coloured, skin, long black hair, a deep rough voice and brown eyes while she was human which are now red. She is more outspoken then her sisters and is the spokesperson for the Coven.

Gifts/Abilities:

* Visual Projection (she can make her targets see whatever she wants.
* Very wild and animalistic fighting skills.
*Spokesperson of the coven.

Tracey Heggins as Senna (on the right). She is the middle sister/ daughter.

She is 5"8 with a slim athletic build. Wild, curly black hair, dark coloured skin, long limbs, brown eyes while human which are now red. She was born in Pantanal wetlands, Amazon, South America in 1937 and turned at twenty-eight years old in 1965. A year after Zafrina.

Senna is the quietest out of the four (now three) sisters. Like Kachiri, Senna doesn't have a special ability, only the normal vampire abilities.

Like her sisters and niece, she wears nothing but animal skins. She also tends to wear her long black hair in a braid. Senna also teaches Jasper to use his gift to ease his victims by taking away their fear and creating endorphins.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Orenda (meaning = magic power. Pronounced = ow- REND- ah). Youngest sister. She is Aiyana's mother and died giving birth to her. With her last breath she named her daughter and begged her sisters to always care for her which they readily agreed to.

She was 5"6 with a slim build, long black hair, smooth dark coloured skin and dark brown eyes. She was born in Pantanal wetlands, Amazon, South America in 1940 and died during childbirth at twenty-three years old in 1963.

Santiago Cabrera as José Luis. The vampire who seduced Orenda and turned Kachiri when she begged him so she could look after her niece as he had no care for Aiyana. He just saw his daughter as another byproduct of his prowess.

Cullen Coven:

Zazie Beetz as Guinevere 'Gwen' Moseley Cullen. Alice is her mate. She is 5"6 with a slim build. She had dark brown eyes as a human but they are now golden. She also has very curly black hair.

She was born in Mitte, Berlin, Germany in 1673. At the age of 19 she was hanged as a witch in Mitte, Berlin, Germany, February 1692, after being betrayed by her parents, but before she could take her last breath a vampire took pity on her as she was the only one left in the field alive, cut her down and bit her. She is the second oldest in the Coven and met Carlisle during the Volturi and left with him.

Gifts/Abilities:

* Azur-Pyrokinesis or Blue Pyrokinesis. She can create, shape and manipulate blue flames, which are far hotter and more intense than ordinary orange fire. The blue flames are of such colour due to either their intense temperature or due to possessing mystical properties.

Ashley Greene as Alice Cullen, Gwen is her mate from the very beginning, Jasper is only her best friend.

She had a vision of her mate with the Cullens and then one of meeting Jasper Whitlock, as they travel to the Cullens together. Because many years later he will meet his mate if joins the Cullen's, so she travels to Philadelphia and convinced Jasper to come with her.

She has dark brown hair in a pixie style, she was turned at 19 in 1920 by a staff member in the asylum. She was born in 1901, Biloxi, Mississippi. She is 5"4, dark brown eyes when human hut now golden as she hunts animals.

Kellan Lutz as Emmett McCarthy Cullen. He is Rosalie's mate. He is 6"1, has black curly hair, blue eyes when he was human but they are now gold and he has a very muscular build.

Born in 1915 Gatlinburg, Tennessee. At 20 years old, he was on a hunting trip, in 1935 when he got attacked by a bear, Rosalie found him.

Gifts/Abilities:

* Enhanced Tracking.
* Advanced strength.

Nikki Reed as Rosalie Lillian Hale. She was born in Rochester, New York in 1915 and was changed at 18 in April 1933. She has pale blonde hair, a slim figure, 5"5, brown eyes when human which are now golden.

She is Emmett's mate, and she plays the role as Jasper's older sister. She rescued Emmett after he was mauled by a bear two years after she was turned.

Gifts/Abilities:

* Enhanced Beauty.

Elizabeth Reazer as Esme Anne Cullen née Platt. She is Carlisle's mate. She is 5"5 with a slender figure, a heart-shaped face, wavy caramel coloured hair, brown eyes when she was human but now she has golden eyes.

She was born in 1895 in Columbus, Ohio and changed at 26 years old in 1921 after jumping off a cliff.

Gifts/Abilities:

* Increased capability to love.
* no specific gift/power.

Peter Facinelli as Carlisle Cullen. He is Esme's mate and is very protective of her, his 'children'. He is especially protective over Esme after what she went through. He was on a raid when he got changed into a vampire.

He is 5"10 1/4, he has blonde hair and slim build. He had blue eyes when he was human but now has golden eyes as he is a vampire and drinks animal blood. He has never killed a human and he is the oldest and most compassionate vampire in the coven.

He was born in 1640 London, England, and was changed at 23 years old in 1663.
