"Hey! You're back!" Moon greeted them as Winter and Jasmin landed near the NightWing village. "Did you get any answers for your questions? Kinkajou told me about it."

"Sort of." Jasmin looked around. "Where's Kinkajou, anyways?"

"Oh, she's back at Jade Mountain. It was only a short visit." Moon explained. "It was nice. How was it?"

"Disastrous," Winter growled. "We bumped into Qibli's relatives. Set an entire alley on fire."

"We escaped, didn't we?" Jasmin could already feel her open wound stop trickling blood. "With minor injuries."

"Minor injuries. Yeah, right." The IceWing snorted. 

"You're hurt!" Moon glanced at his roughly bandaged arm. "What did you do?"

"I set a Dragonflame cactus on fire," Jasmin sighed. "It was our only weapon against a dozen SandWings."

"You should go to the healer's hut," Moon blinked at them anxiously. "Did you get hurt, Jasmin?"

"No-"

"She's reopened a wound," Winter interrupted. "She's coming with me."

Jasmin hissed at him sharply, but he ignored her. "Fine. We've got plenty of time, anyways."

"I've got to go, actually," The IceWing said unexpectedly. "I want to add to my notes about scavengers in the Sanctuary. I think they like cooked meat or vegetarian things better than the raw seal we provide them."

"What about your injuries?" Moon asked.

"I'll have someone treat them later." Winter spread his wings, prepared to fly. "See you soon."

"Yeah, just leave me here for the healers who're going to kill me with their dumb obvious statements," Jasmin grumbled. "Oh my gosh, you broke an arm! Does it hurt?"

"Bye!" Moon ignored her.

When Winter had flown out of sight, she turned to Jasmin. 

"What are you doing, still hanging around here?" She looked pointedly at the wet spot on her cloak. "You should be getting treated by now."

"Yeah, yeah," Jasmin muttered, but she turned and whipped through the trees, heading towards the healer's hut.

I hope Qibli's right about it being best to go back to normal.
