PROLOGUE

THUNDER STROKE AS raining hit the roof heavily.

Athena's knees gave up on her as she fell to the ground clutching onto her heart.

Her mouth open , sobs wanting to leave her lips as tears ran down her cheeks.

"No he can't be dead" She whispered holding onto herself.

"Sorry miss , we need you to come to the station to say where you were the day he was murder" The officer ignored her cries nonchalantly.

Furry filled her chest as she looked up with anger in her eyes. "You possibly think I killed Jason? He was like a brother to me!"

The officer just stared blankly repeating the words again.

A tall figure entered the living room where Athena and the officer were in. "Athena , what's a officer doing here?"

She looked up to see her older brother Nathan at the entrance. Seeing her tearily face Nathan ran to Athena getting on his knees looking at her with concerned.

When Athena didn't respond to his questions Nathan turned to the officer "What's wrong officer ?"

"Jason Blossom has been murder"

Nathan said nothing but hug his sister as she silently cried.

"Pardon me but I have work to do and I have to take your sister" The officer joined.

"Can't you see my sister isn't in conditions to be interviewed"

"I'm just doing my job kid"

Athena blocked all the noise as her hands cleaned her tears. She shakily stood up . "Okay , let's go"

"Athena-"

"No Nate , I have nothing to hide and I just want this over with" Athena interrupted her brother.

She followed the officer with tears in her eyes but refused to let them go.

The rain slapped and punched her skin as she walked to the car nimbly.

Inside the car she laid her head on the window remembering all the memories she had with Jason .

He was always there , and now he was gone.
