A Muggle Lady

On the next Monday it was back to classes, the four were discussing how Jake and Juno had been sending letters between each other. Strangely, the letters to Janna and Orion didn't reach the two; the four discussed this while walking to potions they spoke in hushed voices on who they suspected.
"I say it was Professor Potter" Jake said lowly.
"Why would he hide the letters from me?" Janna murmured, feeling a guilt rise up in the pit of her stomach since she was hiding things from him as well.
"Think about it! The man doesn't trust Juno, Orion or I, he thinks we're trying to coax you into joining a cult or something"
Janna gulped, then pushed her hair back from her eyes "Or the Death Eaters..." Her bottom lip trembled "I don't think Potter believes I can draw myself away from that stuff" maybe not... but Greyback could still drag her down to the shadows—
"I don't think Professor Potter likes anyone, he looks like he belongs in the mountains living off bunnies or some innocent animal... I mean, Have you seen his beard?" Juno asked Janna did recall the sudden growth of hair on Harry's face now.
"Argh..." Jake waved his hand, dismissive "Maybe it's from all the marking he has, teaching takes a toll on people, especially the ones who have to worry about the seventh years preparing for their, what are they called in English?, er...C.A.T.'s"
"I think you mean Q.U.O.L.L." Juno attempted to correct Jake.
"Dinnae we use N.E.W.T.'s?" Orion asked Janna, she shrugged.
"How do you all know this? We're in first year, these tests are far away" The four of them stopped at the back to the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom "What do your ones mean anyways"
"C.A.T.'s are, in English, Curriculums Assessing Tuition, that's the best translation they had in the handbook" Jake pulled out a white paperback with blue letters Janna couldn't read, he ran through the pages then slammed a finger on a page "yes, that is the best one"
"Q.U.O.L.L. is just a definition: Qualifying Underaged Oblivious Learners Lucidly, I think they still use that at home" Juno stood on his tippy toes to look over Olive's and some other's heads to look at the closed door, the short boy turned as he hopped down onto his heels "oh dear"
"What?" Janna crept to the side of the line "is he not there?"
"He's probably filling a complaint about us three being near you" Jake muttered, watching the line break up as a parchment unfurled on the door.
Janna pursed her lips, there must have been a considerable cause for the Professor's disappearance.
"The sassanack's gonna be gone for the whole day" Orion pointed to a parchment on the wooden door that had been encircle around by moth-like students.
"C'mon, let's go find Peeves, he might know where Potter is" Juno said, pushing through the crowd of students.
Orion wrapped on arm over Juno's shoulder "Hmm, our Juno wants to go to Peeves"
"Not for pranking!" Juno yelped, getting away from Orion, soon leading the others to Peeves' corridor

Hovering in the thin air above the Quidditch pitch gave Janna strange ideas, she thought that maybe Potter was keeping something from her, she thought that he suspected she would go to the dark side, she thought that he might use her on a full moon... For some reason Janna did not trust Harry Potter, the feeling rose that maybe he was going to use her on a full moon for something she would never want to do... She just did not know.
But Potter did defeat the Dark Lord, Potter was supposed to be the better man...
Maybe he wasn't...
Janna shook her head, scowled, then slapping her palm to her eyes, how could I think of that? There was a shiver on her back, she turned to see the waxing gibbous moon floating eerily in the break of clouds.
Maybe she was just over exaggerating, Janna pursed her lips then her ears prickled Greyback... He's the reason why all this is happening. Janna watched for the snitch he must be near... Janna looked at Orion swinging his bat at a Bludger then to the benches where Jake and Juno were sitting he's going kill them, like he did with Mr Winslow... Janna felt like she needed to protect them—she shivered there was a sensation in her arms, as though her claws were sprouting from her fingers.

Below in the dark forests a few feet from the castle green lurked Greyback, stalking Janna like a cat watching a bird. The scarlet colour on her form made his teeth tingle with pleasure, he had to lick the sharp teeth to calm himself the full moon is near... this time I will get her.
There was a shiver of leaves above him, he looked up and saw a wind blow from Janna's direction, when the air rolled over his face he took a deep breath in, smelling Janna's scent, his chest rumbled with pleasure at her sweet young smell, she reeked of innocence.

Sitting in the hospital was becoming a pastime, Janna was beginning to sneak out of bed to use Ash in order to find books in the forbidden section of the library, she searched for anything on resurrection or the Deathly Hallows, she did find a collection of biographies written by a muggle lady about Harry Potter, called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, though—Janna didn't understand why that was put in the forbidden section—
There was only one book about the problems of not having a soul, so she took that one before being taken back to the hospital wing by Ash—who ha sheen on the look out in front of the hospital wing. Within the book was ways of stealing souls and creating inferi, Janna shivered at the creatures that were illustrated in the pages, dead looking things that had pale skin that hung off their boney, emaciated bodies. There was a consequence of losing a soul, you could never retrieve it when it's belonging to someone else. Like if a Horcrux were made and the attached to the objects was still existing you can never get the souls back.
At some point Janna was lurched over from smelling the extracted skin of an inferi in the page so she stopped reading the book, feeling particularly sick and a bit hungry.
