Daniel has put all the bags in the car because Joey has been having contractions the past few hours. Cat and Kalel are at the house to watch the kids for them when they leave.

"So, Joey have been having contractions for a few hours now. They have been getting closer apart. He's in the shower to try to get some relief." Daniel says as he walks in the bathroom to check on Joey.

"Are you okay?" Daniel asks Joey softly. "It's time. We need to go." Joey says softly.

"Okay babe. Do you need help?" Daniel asks and Joey shakes his head no. "Okay. I'll be in our room if you need something. I love you." Daniel says.

"I love you too." Joey says softly. Joey gets out of the shower and his water breaks. "My water broke!" Joey says and Daniel rushes in the bathroom.

"I'll clean it up, sweety. Get some comfy clothes on and then we can go." Daniel says as he kisses Joey.

Daniel helps Joey get dressed and he sits on a yoga ball. Daniel cleans up the bathroom and makes sure they have everything before leaving.

"You have River's car seat?" Joey asks and Daniel grabs it. "Thank you, love. Let's go, sweety." Daniel says as he kisses Joey.

Daniel and Joey walk downstairs and talk to the living room. hug Cat and Kalel and then Daniel drives the twenty five minutes to the birth center. Naomi meets them and helps Joey gets comfortable, while Daniel brings everything in.

"Your over half way there! You are seven centimeters now. How are you feeling?" Naomi ask Joey.

"I feel good, just having a lot of contractions." Joey says as he breathes.

"You are doing great! If you need anything just call." Naomi says with a smile.

Daniel walks in and sits next to Joey. Joey leans on Daniel as Daniel rubs his back. "They are getting close apart." Joey says as he buries his face in Daniel's chest.

"Tell me what you need me to do and I'll do it." Daniel says as he kisses Joey. "Just rub me and help me through the pain." Joey says as Daniel kisses his cheek.

Daniel helps Joey rock his hips to help with the pain. "Danny, I'm thirsty." Joey says in a whisper. Daniel walks over and grabs a cup of ice chips for Joey.

"There you go, babe." Daniel says as Joey takes a few ice chips and sucks on them. "Thank you, babe. I love you." Joey says as Daniel smiles. "I love you too, sweety." Daniel says.

- A few hours later -
"Joey, would you like to get in the tub?" Naomi the midwife asks and Joey nods. Daniel and Naomi help Joey get into the water.

"Danny.. Danny.." Joey says as Daniel begins to rub Joey's back. "I'm right here, babe. I'm right here." Daniel says as Joey takes deep breaths.

Daniel hands Joey a cup of ice chips. "Do you need anything babe?" Daniel asks as Joey groans in pain.

Daniel sits by Joey outside of the tub. Joey leans over in the tub and Daniel smiles at Joey.

"I love you." Daniel says as he rubs a cool rag on Joey's head. "I love you." Joey says as he groans again.

"Are you feeling urges to push?" Daniel asks Joey as he rubs Joey's cheek. Joey nods as he grunts. "You can push, go ahead. Don't hold it in." Naomi says to Joey.

Daniel rubs Joey's back. Joey is leaning against the tub and Daniel softly kisses Joey's nose.

Joey pushes for ten minutes before feeling the head. "His head is coming. It's right there." Joey says as he pushes again.

Daniel looks and sees River's head showing a little. Joey sits up so the midwife and Daniel can see.

"Keep your legs open, sweety." Daniel says softly as he rubs Joey's arm.

"Closing them will make the baby's head go back in." Naomi says softly. Joey holds Daniel's hand, squeezing it.

Joey pushes three times, getting frustrated. "My pushes aren't working." Joey says as he pushes again, grunting loudly.

"Good job, good push Joey. They are definitely working! You are doing amazing. Just take your time, baby River will be here in no time." Naomi says softly.

Joey pushes again, and River's head slowly comes out. "Ow! Ow!" Joey says as he breathes. "Good job, baby! He has a lot of hair!" Daniel says as he kisses Joey's cheek.

"Ow, it burns so bad!" Joey says as he grunts in pain. "That's the ring of fire, you are doing great. The baby has dark hair! Head full of hair!" Naomi says with a smile.

Joey breathes as he holds Daniel's hand. Joey pushes again, and the top of the baby's head shows.

Joey grunts as he squeezes Daniel's hand. Joey then pushes hard, getting River's head out.

"Ow! Holy crap!" Joey says as he catches his breath. "Awesome job, Joey! Let me check to make sure the cord isn't wrapped around his neck." Naomi says.

Naomi checks to make sure the cord isn't around River's neck.

"It hurts. It hurts!" Joey says as Daniel rubs Joey's neck, kissing his cheek.

"You are doing incredible, babe." Daniel says as he smiles at Joey. Joey breathes as he focuses on getting River out.

"Do you want to feel the baby's head?" Naomi asks and Joey nods. "Can I feel too?" Daniel asks and Joey nods.

"You are doing awesome, babe." Daniel says as he kisses Joey's cheek. Joey groans as he gets back in position.

"Okay, go ahead and push. It's gonna burn pushing his shoulders out." Naomi says. Joey pushes twice and gets the shoulders out.

"Ow! Ow!" Joey grunts as he pushes the shoulders out. "He's almost here!" Daniel says as Joey moans.

"Joey, do you want to catch him?" Naomi asks as she gets the towels ready. "Danny can." Joey says as he groans a little.

"Okay, Daniel get your hands down there. Go ahead and push, Joey. Push easy." Naomi says and Joey pushes River out.

Joey grunts as River slides out and Daniel grabs him. Daniel grabs River and puts him on Joey's chest.

River coughs and then begins to cry loudly. Naomi suctions out River's mouth and River cries even more.

"Great job! Just sit and relax." Naomi says to Joey. Joey sits in the tub and Naomi puts a blanket around River to keep him warm.

Daniel wipes the tears off his cheeks as he looks at Joey and his new baby boy. "Excellent job, Joey! You did it!" Naomi says as she grabs a cup of water for Joey. Joey drinks some of the water as he looks at River.

"Oh my gosh, I did it. Holy crap." Joey says and Daniel kisses Joey. "You sure did, babe! I am so proud of you!" Daniel says as he kisses Joey twice.

Daniel grabs the vlogging camera and films Joey with River. "Baby River is here!" Daniel says and Joey smiles. "Hi baby, hi." Joey says and Daniel rubs River's head.

"Head full of hair, my goodness. No wonder your heartburn was awful, babe." Daniel says and Joey giggles.

"He's so big! I can't believe I pushed him out!" Joey says and Daniel laughs.

"He is a chunky boy. He looks just like you and your dad. Hi baby boy, happy birthday!" Daniel says as River tries to open his eyes.

"You are so calm. I'm sorry you had to hear me groan like a nut." Joey says and Daniel laughs. Daniel kisses River's head and kisses Joey again.

"What time was he born? I was zoned out." Joey says as looks at River. "I have no idea, I was busy helping you. Naomi, what time what he born?" Daniel asks Naomi.

"October 7th! And the time was 12:02am!" Victoria the assistant says from the back of the room.

"Sorry, I was writing the details on the birth certificate. Yes, he was born right at 12:02! How are you feeling?" Naomi says as she checks on River.

"I feel pretty good, just sore." Joey says as he looks at River. "That's great. Just relax until you feel pressure, that will be the placenta." Naomi says and her assistant Victoria walks over.

"He is a cutie pie! Congratulations to you both!" Victoria says with a smile. "Thank you so much!" Daniel says as he kisses Joey. "Thank you." Joey says as he looks at River.

"He is so calm. Just looking around." Daniel says as he kisses Joey's cheek. "Babies born in the water are very calm." Victoria says.

"Are you feeling pressure, Joey?" Naomi asks Joey and Joey nods. "It's the placenta, just give me a little push." Naomi says as Joey pushes the placenta out.

Naomi puts the placenta in a tin. "Let's wait until the cord stops pulsating before we cut the cord." Naomi says.

"That's what it looks like? I never looked at it." Daniel says with a giggle. "Yup! This is what fed River for nine months." Naomi says as Victoria walks over with the scissors and more towels.

Daniel takes a picture of Joey and River together. Daniel kisses Joey's cheek and smiles. "You feel okay?" Daniel asks and Joey nods.

"I'm just sore. River is looking around. Hi, baby boy. You are so perfect." Joey says and Daniel smiles.

"Daniel, would you like to cut the cord?" Naomi asks and Daniel nods. "Absolutely!" Daniel says as he is handed a pair of scissors.

"Just cut right there." Naomi says and Daniel cuts the cord.

"Joey, are you ready to get out of the tub?" Naomi asks and Joey nods. "Can Daniel hold River while I get out?" Joey asks Naomi.

"Of course!" Naomi says happily. Daniel takes his shirt off as Naomi hands River over to him. "Hi, buddy. Hey there. I'm your Papa." Daniel says in a whisper as River yawns.

Naomi and her assistant help Joey to the bed. Joey relaxes as he takes a sip of water. "I'm gonna need to stitch you up. You teared a little." Naomi says.

"Is this going to hurt?" Joey asks Naomi. "I have numbing medicine, all you going to feel is me down here, no pain." Naomi says.

"Thank goodness! I don't know if I could have took anymore pain!" Joey says and Naomi chuckles.

Naomi stitches Joey up as Daniel walks over with River. "Aw, he's looking at you, Danny." Joey says and Daniel smiles.

"He's so alert. So calm." Daniel says Joey takes a picture of Daniel and River.

Once Naomi is done checking on Joey, she begins to check River.

"Hi, River. You are nice and alert!" Naomi says as she does the basic newborn tests on River.

"Let's put him in the scale. Daniel, would you like the lift the scale up?" Naomi asks and Daniel nods. "Just lift him up slow." Naomi says and Daniel lifts River.

Joey takes a picture of Daniel and River. "Seven pounds, four ounces!" Victoria says and Naomi writes it down.

"He's huge! Big boy!" Daniel says as he kisses River once he puts River back on the bed. Naomi does the simple check up doctors and nurses would do in a hospital.

"He is twenty inches long, healthy boy! Is he is your biggest baby?" Naomi asks and Joey nods.

"How many kids do you guys have?" Victoria asks Daniel and Joey. "We have five kids at home." Daniel says and Joey giggles.

"No wonder you are a pro!" Victoria says, making Joey laugh. "Thank you! We have an eight, six, four, almost three and a sixteen month old." Joey says with a smile.

Daniel shows Victoria a picture of the kids. "Aw! They are so cute! I bet the boys are excited to have a baby brother!" Victoria says with a smile.

"Oh yeah! All of them are happy. They will probably come at like noonish." Joey says. Daniel and the midwife assistant bathe River before bringing him over to Joey again.

"I made River a bottle, he is probably hungry." Naomi says as she brings over the bottle. Victoria picks up River and hands him to Joey. Daniel smiles as he sits next to Joey.

"Here you go, if River is still hungry just let me or Victoria know. Congratulations guys! I will be back in an hour or so to check in on you guys." Naomi says with a smile.

"Thank you so much." Daniel says and Joey smiles. "It's my pleasure!" Naomi says as she and Victoria smile before leaving the room.

Joey feeds River his bottle. Daniel grabs the vlog camera to film the special moment. "Baby River having his first bottle! He is wide awake now!" Daniel says and Joey smiles.

"He is so perfect. I'm so tired though. But, being tired is so worth it to have this baby boy here and healthy." Joey says as he kisses River's cheek.

"Why don't you rest, love. I can watch River. You need to rest." Daniel says as he kisses Joey. "I love you." Joey says in a whisper.

"I love you too. I am so proud of you." Daniel says as he smiles at the camera. Joey finishes feeding River and burps him. Joey and Daniel kiss.

"We are ending this vlog for now, we are going to vlog when the kids come later. So, get ready for that!" Joey says and Daniel smiles as they wave at the camera.

Daniel turns off the camera and takes River from Joey so Joey can sleep :)

Daniel posts a picture of River wrapped in a black blanket with bears on it. River has his eyes opened. Daniel writes the caption as: "River Michael Preda has arrived! Born October 7th at 12:02am. He weighs 7 pounds 4 ounces and 20 inches long. Both River and Joey are doing remarkable! Joey did absolutely phenomenal! I am beyond proud of him! River's birth video will be up soon, it was absolutely beautiful! More pictures of Mister River to come 💙👶🏻"

Joey posts a picture of River yawning and his hand is sticking out of his blanket like he is waving. He writes the caption as: "River wanted to say hello! River Michael was born October 7th @ 12:02am. 7 pounds 4 oz and 20 inches long. River and I are doing great, just relaxing at the birth center! I had the most beautiful birth I could have ever asked for. Thank you to my midwife Naomi, she was the greatest! I also wanna thank Daniel. Daniel, I couldn't have done this without you. Thank you so much for everything you have done tonight. I love you so so much 💙👶🏻"
