Joey and Daniel smile as they see River rolling around in his crib on the baby monitor. They chuckle as they get out of bed.

Joey and Daniel walk over to River's bedroom and Daniel opens the door. They both see River standing up and smiling at them.

"Hi, birthday boy! Whatcha doing?" Daniel says in a babyfied voice.

"Happy birthday, Rivey! Happy birthday! I can't believe you are one years old already!" Joey says as he kisses River's cheeks. 

"You are stinky! Pee-ew!" Daniel says as he begins to change River's stinky diaper.

"It's your birthday party! I am so excited!" Joey says as he tickles River.

"I am going to get you dressed for your birthday! Daddy and I got this really cool shirt for you!" Daniel says as he changes River's outfit!

Daniel holds River as Joey films River's birthday onesie. "Happy birthday, little monster!" Daniel says as he kisses River's cheek and hands him to Joey.

Hope, Callie, Rachel, Rebecca and Alex were with the five other kids getting everything set up!

Daniel walks down to greet his friends and the other kids!

"There are people to see you, River!" Joey says as he holds River as he walks downstairs.

River babbles happily as Joey grins happily.

"Happy birthday, River!" Aspen, Everett, Max, Haven and Luna say in unison.

River smiles brightly at seeing all of his siblings together. Aspen, Everett, Max, Haven and Luna each kiss and hug River.

"Happy birthday, River!" Hope says as she takes pictures of River.

"There's Auntie Hope! I am so happy you are here! The kids, Daniel and I have missed you!" Joey says as he hugs Hope.

"I know! I have been so busy traveling and doing a lot of photography gigs. I am so happy to be here at this little man's first birthday party!" Hope says she pinches River's cheek.

"Happy birthday, little man! He is so cute!" Callie says as she smiles at River.

"It's River's birthday! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday, River! Happy birthday to you! Yay!" Alex says as River happily claps his hands.

"Happy birthday to my little nephew! He is so handsome!" Rachel says with a hug grin.

"Who do you guys think he looks like?" Daniel asks his friends.

"He looks like Joey! He looks just like Joey!" Rebecca says as Alex, Callie and Rachel nod in agreement.

"I can see Daniel in his personality but he looks just like his Daddy." Hope says as River babbles.

"Aww. I can see us both in him!" Joey says as he fixes River's hair. 

Joey, Daniel, Callie, Hope, Rebecca Alex and Rachel finish up with everything for the birthday party!

"Ah, good day everyone! Today is River's first birthday and his party! Hope, Callie, Rachel, Rebecca and Alex are all here and helping us finish up decorating and getting all the snacks ready! It means so much to Daniel and I! Daniel and I did a lot last night but we got tired and fell asleep." Joey says as River babbles loudly happily.

"Look at these blown up monsters that Daniel got! River LOVES them!" Joey says as he films the blown up monsters.

The door bell begins to ring and the kids run to the door. Aspen opens it up and sees Maria, Jakob, Toby and Luca!

"Hey guys! How are you guys?" Daniel says as he hugs his mom and brothers.

"Good! Loving the awesome California weather!" Toby says.

"We are good! We had a long flight yesterday." Jakob says as he plays with Luca's hair.

"Uncle Danny!" Luca says as he hugs Daniel.

"Hey! You are getting so tall! I can't believe it!" Daniel says as he kisses Luca's cheek.

"Where's the birthday boy?" Toby asks as Joey walks over with River.

"Look who's here, River! Uncle Toby, Uncle Jakob, Luca and Nonna! Yay!" Joey says as River smiles brightly.

"Happy birthday, little dude!" Toby says as he makes River giggle.

"Happy birthday, River!" Jakob says as he plays with River's cheek.

"Happy birthday, River! I love you!" Luca says as he kisses River's cheek.

"Aww, River loves you, Luca!" Joey says as River kisses Luca.

"Happy birthday to my sweet youngest grandson! I love you very very much!" Maria says as Joey hands River to Maria.

Daniel takes pictures of Maria and River together.

"I love his onesie! It's so precious." Maria says as River plays with Maria's long hair.

Nicole and Sean walk in next! Nicole is holding balloons that match the color scheme of River's birthday.

"There's the cutest birthday boy ever! Happy birthday, River!" Nicole says as Joey hands River to Nicole.

"I can't believe you are one years old already!" Nicole says as she kisses River's forehead.

"Me either! Time is just going by so fast, I can't believe it!" Joey says.

"Thank you for coming guys!" Daniel says as Sean hands him a gift for River.

"Of course! We will never miss a birthday!" Nicole says as River babbles at her making her smile.

Aspen, Everett, Max, Haven, and Luna run over to Nicole and Sean, hugging them tightly.

"A lot of kids! I bet there will be a mess!" Sean says as he laughs loudly.

Joey's dad Joe and stepmom, Saundra walk in next! Saundra is holding a stuffed animal monster for River and Joe is holding a bag.

"There's Poppy and Gamma!" Daniel says as Aspen, Everett, Max, Haven, and Luna run over to them.

Joe and Saundra hug and kiss Aspen, Everett, Max, Haven, and Luna happily.

"Thank you guys for coming!" Daniel says as he hugs his in-laws.

"We couldn't wait to see everybody! All the kids are growing up so fast! I can't believe it!" Saundra says with a grin.

"They sure are! They all couldn't wait to see family and all of our friends!" Daniel says as the kids run around and play.

"There's the birthday boy!" Joe says as Joey and River walk down the steps.

"He had a stinky diaper! Hey, Dad! Hey, Saundra! How are you guys doing?" Joey says as River smiles at Saundra and Joe.

"We are doing great! Happy to be here!" Saundra says as she pinches River's cheeks and River grins ear to ear.

"He is getting so big! Look at all those teeth." Joe says and River smiles again.

"Mom Mom, Grampa and Uncle Jett is here!" Haven yells as she jumps up and down in excitement.

Aspen, Everett, Max, and Luna run up to greet Debbie, Bob and Jett.

Debbie and Bob hug and kiss Aspen, Everett, Max, Haven and Luna one by one.

"Welcome! Hey, Debbie and Bob!" Daniel says as he hugs his in-laws.

"Hey! Thank you for inviting us!" Bob says.

"Of course! We love you guys so so much!" Daniel says with a big smile.

"Hi, Mom! Hi, Bob! Thank you guys for coming!" Joey says as he hugs his mom and stepdad.

River babbles and crawls over to Debbie.

"Happy birthday, handsome! I love you so much!" Debbie says as she kisses River's cheek.

"I love his little tail of hair right here." Bob says as he plays with River's hair.

"I know! Isn't it cute! We will probably get his first haircut done soon." Daniel says as he takes pictures.

River smiles at Bob and tries to grab as his face.

Jett hugs Joey and then Daniel tightly.

"Happy birthday, River!" Jett yells as he jumps up and down.

"Aww, River is looking at you Jett! He loves you so much!" Joey says as Jett smiles at River.

All the parents sit together in the living room and talk to each other. All the kids begin to play with each other as they wait for more guests to arrive!

"Trisha is stealing our baby!" Daniel says as he laughs loudly.

Joey vlogs Trisha holding River. River is playing with Trisha's long necklace.

"River loves me! Usually babies cry when I hold them! But River loves Auntie Trisha!" Trisha says and River smiles at her.

Meghan dances with River in her arms and giggles.

"He is so cute. Look just like his Daddy!" Meghan says as she kisses River's cheek.

Justine holds River as Daniel vlogs it. River smiles as Justine tickles his belly.

"Who is that pretty lady, Rivey? Is that Justine? Awww." Daniel says and Justine grins.

"He is so cute and his hair is so soft!" Justine says as she kisses River's cheeks and neck making him giggle.

Colleen holds River next and River plays with her nose. Colleen and Joey laugh as they watch River.

"Hi, River! Hi!" Colleen says in her Miranda Sings voice and River looks at her funny and confused.

Joey and Colleen laugh loudly at River's confusion.

Cat, Kalel, Brittany, James Charles, Gigi, Whitney, Drew, Colleen, Lizzie, Yammy and a few other friends Joey and Daniel have arrived!

Will, RJ, Benji and Coralei arrive next! Will is pregnant with his and RJ's third child!

"Hand Mr. Daniel River's present, bubba." RJ says to Benji.

"Here's River's present!" Benji says as he hands the bag to Daniel.

"Thank you so much, Benji! I am so happy you, Coralei, your Daddy and Papi are here!" Daniel says as he puts River's present on the present table.

"Hey guys! Thank you for coming!" Daniel says to Will and RJ.

"Of course! You guys came to Coralei's birthday party! We had to come to River's!" RJ says as Coralei smiles at River.

"Hey guys! Look who's here, Rivey! It's Coralei!" Joey says as River smiles at Coralei.

"You look great, Will! How are you feeling?" Joey asks Will.

"I feel good! I finally don't feel sick. Baby is getting big! Thank you for asking!" Will says as Benji and Coralei walk around together.

Mitch, Scott, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia arrive next!

"Hey! Thank you guys for coming!" Joey says to Mitch and Scott as he hugs them.

"We wouldn't miss it for anything." Scott says with a grin.

Scott is holding Amelia and Amelia smiles at River.

"We love you guys and we got River a lot of cute things!" Mitch says as Liam, Hudson, Sophia put the bags on the gift table.

"Aw! Thank you guys for all the amazing presents! You spoil our kids rotten!" Daniel says as he hugs Mitch and Scott.

Shane, Ryland and baby Rosie arrive next! Shane is holding Rosie in her car seat.

"Hey! Thank you all for coming!" Joey says as he hugs Shane and Ryland.

"Of course! We really wanted to get out of the house and have some fun!" Shane says as Rosie yawns.

Shane is holding baby Rosie! She is almost two months old!

"Thank you guys for coming! Rosie looks so cute! I love her outfit!" Daniel says with a grin.

"Thank you! This is her first birthday party ever! She will probably sleep the whole time." Ryland says as he smiles at River.

Joey vlogs around the party and then he and Daniel talk to all of their family and friends. 

Everybody begins to eat and talk together. The kids run around and dance with the music.

Joey and Daniel are so grateful that they have amazing family and friends that love them and all the kids so much!

After everybody gets something to eat, it's time to open up the presents! Everybody gathers around in the living room to watch River open his presents!

"Let's open your presents, baby boy!" Joey says as he and Daniel sit on the floor.

River wobbles over to Joey and Daniel and sits next to his parents.

"Nicole, can you vlog this for me?" Joey asks his older sister.

"Of course! River is so handsome!" Nicole says as she begins to film Daniel, Joey and River.

One by one, Daniel and Joey help River open his presents.

"What do you think of all of your presents, baby boy?" Joey asks River.

"Da ra ba ha pa!" River says as he jumps up and down.

"Thank you guys for all these incredible presents! It means so much!" Daniel says to all the guests.

"We appreciate it so much! River is such a blessed baby boy!" Joey says as River babbles loudly again.

"It's time to do cake!" Daniel says as he walks into the kitchen to grab River's smash cake while Hope and Rebecca grabs the bigger cake!

Joey takes off River's onesie so he doesn't mess it up!

Daniel puts a one candle on the cake and lights it up.

"Don't touch it, baby boy!" Joey says as everybody giggles.

Everybody begins to sing happy birthday to River. After singing, Joey and Daniel blow out the candle for River. Everybody cheers happily.

Daniel takes out the candle and places it in the sink to save as a keepsake.

"Look at your cake, baby! It's all yours!" Joey says as River begins to put his hands in it.

River begins to mostly eat the icing while everybody watches River enjoy his cake.

River rubs his hands on Joey and then Daniel's faces.

"Mmmm! Yummy!" Daniel says as he licks the icing off.

"It is yummy! Yay!" Joey says as he kisses River.

Joey and Daniel clean up and then begin to cut up the other cake for the guests!

After everybody gets cake, everybody celebrates by playing games inside and outside and the adults talked!

After a few hours of fun, the party is over. River had a blast at his first birthday party! :)

Joey posts a picture of himself, River and Daniel. River has cake all over his face and is smiling. He writes the caption as: "My baby boy is one! I can't believe how fast time is going, slow it down! River is already walking and eating anything and everything in sight! I am so happy to be your dad and I am so glad you had fun today!
