Joey is laying in bed, curled up in a ball in his bed. He feels awful and hasn't been out of his room all day. He misses Daniel, who has been traveling for work.

Daniel decides to call Joey, to see if he wants to hang out at his house. Joey hears his iPhone ringing and he groans. Finally, after three rings, Joey answers the phone.

"Hello?" Joey says as his voice croaks. "Hey babe! Are you okay?" Daniel asks Joey as he puts his shoes on.

"Hey Danny, I feel awful." Joey says as he begins to cough. "I'm coming over right now. You need somebody with you." Daniel says as he jumps into his car.

"Danny, I'm fine." Joey says as he begins to cough again. "Joseph, you sound awful. I'm going to take care of you. I'll be over in thirty minutes. I love you." Daniel says sweetly.

"I love you too." Joey says as he sneezes twice. Joey lays his head back down and falls asleep. Daniel heads to the grocery store to get medicine, food and other things Joey would need to get better.

Daniel walks into Joey's house and he decides to make Joey a bowl of soup. Daniel takes off his shoes and walks into the kitchen. Joey walks down the steps, wrapped in his Totoro blanket.

"Hey beautiful! You need to be in bed." Daniel says as he stirs the soup in the pot. "I missed you." Joey says as he hugs Daniel from behind.

"I missed you too, sweety. I'm not traveling for a while." Daniel says as he turns around, hugging Joey again.

"Yay, I missed your cuddles so so much." Joey says as he begins to cough. Daniel feels Joey's forehead and it is burning up hot.

"You feel really warm, babe. Lay down on the couch, while I fix your soup and find the thermometer." Daniel says.

Daniel finishes making Joey's soup and keeps it in the pot to cool down a little bit.

Daniel opens up the thermometer out of the packaging. and puts the thermometer in Joey's mouth. After a few seconds, the thermometer beeps.

"I'm probably dying." Joey says as he sneezes."Don't say that, Joey. It says one hundred and two, poor baby boy." Daniel says as he kisses Joey's forehead and Joey coughs.

"It's okay, let me give you some cold medicine." Daniel says as he opens up the cold medicine that is in the grocery bag.

Daniel pours the medicine in the small cup and hands it to Joey. Joey takes it and begins to drink his water.

"That was so gross!" Joey says as he does a gross face. Daniel giggles and says "I know it is, babe, but it will make you feel a lot better."

Daniel walks to the kitchen and pours the soup in a little bowl. Joey sits up on the couch as Daniel hands Joey the soup. Daniel cleans up the kitchen while Joey slowly eats the soup.

"Thank you the soup, Danny." Joey says. "You're welcome, sweety. Let's go back upstairs and rest, okay?" Daniel says softly and Joey nods. Daniel takes Joey's empty soup bowl and puts it in the sink.

Daniel carries Joey into his bedroom. Daniel lays Joey down in his bed and covers him up. "There you go, sweety. Do you need anything?" Daniel asks softly.

"No, thank you Danny." Joey says. Daniel grabs his laptop and sits next to Joey in the bed.

Joey lays his head on Daniel's leg and watches Daniel work on his blog. "Go to sleep, baby. I'll be here, I promise." Daniel says softly.

Joey fixes his pillow and falls asleep quickly. Daniel works on his blog for two hours and puts his laptop away. Joey wakes up and coughs.

"Are you okay?" Daniel asks and Joey nods. "I'm sorry I woke you up, love." Daniel says as he kisses Joey's forehead.

"You didn't wake me up, babe. It's fine." Joey says as he yawns. "Go back to sleep Joey, I know you are tired." Daniel says as he wraps his arms around Joey's waist.

A few hours later, Daniel gets up to make himself and Joey something to eat. Joey opens his eyes and sees Daniel drinking his water.

"Babe?" Joey asks and Daniel smiles. "Hey, how are you feeling?" Daniel asks as he rubs Joey's forehead.

"I feel a little bit better." Joey says as he kisses Daniel's cheek. "I'm glad you are feeling better. You have to take another dosage of medicine soon. Are you hungry?" Daniel asks Joey.

"Yeah, I am hungry." Joey says softly. "Let's go downstairs, eat, then cuddle." Daniel says and Joey happily nods. Daniel and Joey bring blankets and pillows downstairs.

"Is there any soup left, Danny?" Joey asks. "Yes sir! A full bowl full. Is that what you want?" Daniel asks and Joey nods.

Daniel puts soup in his and Joey's bowls. "You are a wonderful cook Danny, thank you." Joey says as he kisses Daniel.

"You're welcome sweety, I am glad you love it." Daniel says with a smile. "I kissed you! I'm sorry!" Joey says and Daniel giggles.

"It's fine, Joey. Don't worry about it." Daniel says as he kisses Joey again. Daniel and Joey finished their soups and Daniel puts the bowls in the sink.

"What do you wanna watch, Danny?" Joey asks as he gets comfortable on the couch. "It doesn't matter, Joey." Daniel says as he takes his shirt off and lays down on the couch.

Joey lays his head on Daniel's chest as he picked something to watch in Netflix.

"I love you so much, Danny. Thank you for everything you have done today." Joey says as he kisses Daniel's cheek.

"I love you too, sweety. I'm so glad I am back home with you. If you need anything, just let me know." Daniel says, kissing Joey's cheek three times.

Daniel and Joey relaxed on the couch all night and fell asleep. Joey felt a lot better the next day :)
