Today is Aspen's first day of preschool! Aspen turned three years old in June, meaning she is old enough to go to preschool now!

Aspen will go to school on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Joey and Daniel both think this will be a perfect thing for Aspen. For her to get out of the house, learn new things, and make friends!

Daniel makes Aspen and Joey a bowl of oatmeal. "Thank you, sweetheart." Joey says kissing Daniel's cheek softly. "You're welcome, babe. Here you go Aspen." Daniel says.

"Thank you, Papa!" Aspen says with a smile. "You're welcome, baby." Daniel says as he feeds Everett a bite of oatmeal.

After breakfast, Joey does Aspen's hair in a small side braid, and helps her get dressed. Hope comes over after breakfast. She is going to stay at the house with Everett, while Joey and Daniel take Aspen to her first day of preschool.

"Have fun at school today, Aspen!" Hope says as she hugs Aspen tightly. "Okay!" Aspen says smiling. Aspen is wearing a rainbow dress with a big bow in her hair.

"Let me take your picture, Aspen! And one with Daddy and Papa." Hope says as she gets her camera ready. Hope takes several pictures of Joey, Daniel, Everett and Aspen.

"Okay princess, it's time to go!" Daniel says with a smile. "Bye bye Auntie Hope and Everett!" Aspen says with a smile and waves. Daniel puts Aspen in her car seat and helps her get buckled in. Joey turns around in his seat and smiles at Aspen.

"Are you ready, baby girl?" Joey asks. "Yes Daddy!" Aspen says with a huge grin. Daniel sits in the driver's seat and begins to drive to the preschool.

After a ten minute drive, they arrive at Kinder Academy. Kinder Academy is a preschool for three and four year olds. Aspen will be in the Pre-K 3 class.

"We are here, sweetheart!" Daniel says as he unbuckles Aspen and she climbs out of the car and smiles.

Joey puts Aspen's Rapunzel book bag on his shoulder. "You look so pretty today, Aspen!" Joey says as he holds Aspen's hand. "Are you ready, Aspen?" Daniel says and Aspen nods.

Daniel and Joey walk Aspen to her classroom. The door has a sign that says Pre-K 3 and says Mrs. Smallwood's Class underneath it. Daniel, Joey and Aspen walk into the classroom.

The classroom has small tables and chairs, with toys everywhere. There already a few little kids in the class, playing with the dollhouse. The room is colorful with a lot of learning posters.

"Here's your cubby, Aspen!" Joey says pointing to the blue cubby. It has a name tag that says Aspen Preda, with a pink butterfly next to her name. "A butterfly! Look Papa and Daddy!" Aspen says happily.

"I know! So pretty! Your lunch box is going to be right here, baby." Joey says as he puts Aspen's lunch box in the cubby. Daniel takes a picture of Aspen next to her cubby. "Your book bag hangs up right here." Daniel says as he takes pictures.

"Hello! You must be Aspen! I'm Mrs. Smallwood, your teacher! It's so nice to meet you! You are going to have a lot of fun here!" Mrs. Smallwood says getting down on Aspen's level. "Hi! This is my Papa and Daddy!" Aspen says looking up Daniel and Joey.

Joey signs Aspen in and talks to Mrs. Smallwood about Aspen.

"Aspen's favorite thing is anything with a princess on it. She is our only girl. She has a brother at home and a brother on the way. She is really good at writing her first name but struggles with her last name. Also she has a fear of scissors." Joey says and Mrs. Smallwood listens.

Daniel looks around the classroom and talks to Aspen. "Look Aspen, there's a sand table! And books!" Daniel says with a grin. "A sand table! And Playdoh!" Aspen says excitedly.

"I'm sure after you guys do your work you can play!" Daniel says as he rubs Aspen's back. Daniel walks over and talks to Mrs. Smallwood.

"Aspen loves to talk about our two dogs, Wolf and Storm and her baby brother, Everett. We film YouTube videos, she might say she gets filmed." Daniel says to Mrs. Smallwood and Mrs. Smallwood smiles happily.

A few minutes later, it's time for Joey and Daniel to leave. "Have a good day, sweety. We will be back in a few hours to pick you up, okay?" Daniel says as he hugs Aspen. "Okay Papa!" Aspen says as she hugs Joey.

"Be good for Mrs. Smallwood. Listen to what she says and have fun!" Joey says as he kisses Aspen's cheek. Daniel kisses Aspen's cheek too. "Okay Daddy!" Aspen says with a grin.

Daniel and Joey walk out of the classroom. They see Aspen wave to them and she runs to play. Aspen begins to giggle and smile brightly.

"Do you think she is okay?" Joey asks Daniel. "I think she is, babe. Mrs. Smallwood is a great teacher. I think Aspen will have lots of fun!" Daniel says as he kisses Joey's cheek.

"Let's go and look for baby stuff and party supplies for the baby shower!" Joey says. "Okay pig, let's go!" Daniel says as he kisses Joey.

A few hours later, Joey and Daniel head to get Aspen from preschool! Joey and Daniel walk in the classroom and see Aspen playing with the dollhouse with a few girls. Joey signs Aspen out.

"Hello Mr. Preda and Mr. Graceffa-Preda! Aspen had a great day! She is very advanced and listens great! She is such a joy to have! You two have done an amazing job raising her, and thank you for choosing our academy." Mrs. Smallwood says with a big smile.

"Thank you very much!" Daniel and Joey say in unison. Daniel and Joey smile at the compliments. They are very happy that Aspen is doing so well!

"Aspen! Your Daddy and Papa are here!" Mrs. Smallwood says and Aspen smiles. "Bye Bye Piper! Bye bye Abby!" Aspen says waving at her new friends.

"Aspen! Hi baby girl!" Joey says as he hugs and kisses Aspen. "Hi Daddy!" Aspen says as she grabs her book bag and lunch box out of her cubby. "Hey sweety! Did you have a fun today?" Daniel asks as he picks up Aspen.

"Yes, Papa! I had so much fun!" Aspen says as she hugs Daniel as she puts her head on Daniel's shoulder. "Somebody is sleepy." Joey says kissing Aspen's cheek.

"See you tomorrow, Aspen!" Mrs. Smallwood says smiling and she waves. Aspen smiles and waves at Mrs. Smallwood. "You ready for a nap, sweety?" Joey asks.

"Yeah. Do I go to school tomorrow? I had fun!" Aspen asks. "Yes you do, baby!" Daniel says kissing Aspen's cheek softly.

Joey, Daniel and Aspen walk to the car and head home. Aspen had a great first day at preschool! :)
