Day 1

I follow James through the crowd and off the platform. "My mum and dad are held up so we are going to take a muggle bus back to the leaky cauldron and meet them there!" James explains and I nod. We catch a bus, and with a few scattered looks, we reach the leaky cauldron.

The pub is empty apart from a few elderly witches and wizards. We take a seat at a near by table and order two Butterbeers. "Are you excited?" James asks with an excited smirk. "Of course! Are you?" I answer and he nods. "I can't wait to get home! See mum and dad, sleep in my own room, stay up all night talking with you!" he lists and gives me a side hug.

A bartender walks over with our drinks and we thank him. "Mmm I haven't had Butterbeer in ages!" James sighs after taking a mouthful. "You had it like...3 weeks ago in Hogsmeade!" Albus laughs walking up to us with Scorpius. "Where did you two get off to?" I ask with an eyebrow raised. "We wanted to...check something out in Diagon Alley..."Scorpius replies.

"Mr Potter, your mother has sent a car for you," one of the staff calls from behind the bar. "Oh ok, thanks Dan!" James calls back, standing up. We walk outside to see a small car with the motor running. We all get in the car and it takes us to the Potter's house. We walk u to the rather large house and James opens the door. Everyone walks inside and into the lounge area.

Ginny must have heard the door because she jogged out from the kitchen, wiping her hands on her apron. "Oh kids! You are early!" she says and walks over, giving James and Albus a tight hug. "Oh Lani, Scorpius! Welcome!" she says turning to us and giving us another tight hug. "Attlita! Mariettalia! Scorpius and Lani are here!" she calls and two young girls come running out.

One jumps into my arms, the other into Scorpius'. "Sissy, you are home!" Attlita squeals happily and hugs me tightly. "I feel like it's been ages since I saw you both! You look taller Mari!" I say with a smile and crouch down to their level. "I am 5!" Mariettalia says with a cocky smile and I laugh. "Yes, I know, so old!" I comment and she scowls playfully at me. I stand up to my full height, "Where is Lily?"

"She is in her room, Lily dear? Your brothers are home with Lani and Scorpius!" Ginny answers and moments later Lily comes in and runs at us. "James, Albus, Scorpius, Lani!" she squeals and hugs each of us, "you're finally here! I've been waiting for ages!" We all chuckle and hug her back.

"James, how about you show our guests to their rooms and I will be up in a minute with some snacks?" Ginny suggests and James nods, taking my hand. We walk up a staircase to a long hallway with many doors either side. "Mari and Lita, you guys are sharing a room with Lils, Scorpius is sharing with Albus and Lani gets her own room," James explains, pointing to 3 doors. "Wait, why does Lani get her own room?" Albus asks, slightly annoyed and James turns to him, "Because she deserves one and mum said that she couldn't be in the same room as me."

"Why?" Lily asks and James' eyes widen and he blushes slightly, "Uh...I don't know..." I shake my head with a chuckle and he rolls his eyes sarcastically at me. Lily, Mariettalia and Attlita walk into their room and so do Scorpius and Albus. I follow James into his room and he closes the door. "So, why aren't I allowed to sleep in here tonight?" I ask with a smirk, walking towards him. He smirks and pulls me to sit next to him on his bed, "Because she thinks that we will..." he starts but I kiss him firmly on the lips and he smiles, "do that."

I chuckle and wrap my arms around his neck. He softly kisses me again and holds my waist. Suddenly the door opens, it's Albus. "Uh...what are you doing?" he asks, looking between us. "Nothing..." James says and Albus shrugs, "Ok whatever...can I borrow this?" he answers, holding up a book on James' desk. He nods and Albus leaves the room. "What time is it?" I ask, looking out the window to see a near black sky.

"Uh...6 o'clock..." he replies, looking at a clock on the wall, "Wait, that means that dad's home!" James hops off the bed and out the door. He runs down the stairs and I follow, the other kids also on their way down. Harry walks into the household as we reach the bottom of the staircase. "Dad!" James and Albus say, running up and hugging him tightly. "Hey! Sorry I'm late, Hermione needed me to stay back for a bit..."Harry says, hugging each of his children.

"Good evening Lani, Mariettalia and Attlita," he greets with a smile and we wave at him, "So happy that you are staying with us this week!" Ginny nods in agreeance and walks up to Harry, placing a kiss on his cheek. "Dinner is almost ready. Al, could you set the table?" Ginny asks and he nods. Him and Scorpius use Wingardium Leviosa to set the table and soon everyone is seated at the table. "I hope you all like Shepherds Pie!" Ginny laughs and we all start piling our plates.

After we finish our food, Harry and Ginny say that we can stay up for a while. Me and all of the other kids enter the upstairs games room and sit down to watch a movie. "Can we watch romance?" Lily asks and Attlita nods excitedly. "Hell no! Action/Adventure!" Albus suggests and Mariettalia agrees. "What about a good mystery or drama?" Scorpius asks but James shakes his head. "Horror!" he chants and I copy him. "No, horror is too scary!" Mariettalia whines and the younger girls nod.

"Fine...what about Underway?" I ask and everyone looks at me confused. "What's that?" Scorpius asks curiously. " It is about two friends who are being chased by an evil doll. They have to find out how to stop the doll from destroying the world and they end up falling in love. That sounds like it covers everything!" I explain and everyone nods, satisfied.

After the movie, everyone just stares at the screen, open mouthed and wide eyed. "Damn...that was...AWESOME!" James comments and everyone nods. "Kids, time to get ready for bed! You can stay up later tomorrow!" Harry calls from downstairs. I brush my teeth and hair, tying it up into a messy bun. I get changed into my night clothes and stand in James' doorway. He is taking off his shirt to go to bed and notices me, "Oh, hey!" he says and I walk over to him.

"You ready for bed?" he asks and I nod, sleepily. "Do you want to sleep in here with me?" he asks and I smirk. "I thought I wasn't allowed," I chuckle and he smiles. "Yea but since when do we follow rules?" he asks and I chuckle again, "I guess you have a point...yea ok!" He lets me under the sheets and holds me close. "Goodnight Lani," he whispers and I whisper back, "Goodnight."

Day 2

I am awoken by a terrible screeching noise. I groan and turn to the window, just covered by a thin draping of fabric. A slither of sunlight reaches my eyes and I wince, pulling a pillow over my head. After a few minutes I sigh and sit up. I rub my eyes and hop out of bed, walking over to the bathroom.

I brush my teeth and hair, changing the style to a loose braid and put on some white denim shorts and a blue blouse. I walk out of the bedroom and downstairs to the kitchen where everyone is seated eating breakfast. "Good morning Lani," Ginny greets as I sit down. Everyone gives me a wave and James smiles at me, "Did you sleep well?"

"Oh yes! I did!" I answer as I grab a piece of toast. "Mrs Potter, what are we going to do today?" Scorpius asks from across the table. "Anything you want Scorpius, do any of you have plans or ideas?" Ginny replies. "Well...we could..." Albus starts but James cuts him off, "Lets go back to Diagon Alley! We can owl Uncle Ron and Aunt Hermione and meet them there too!"

"Oh what a brilliant idea! I will owl them right now!" Ginny laughs and walks out of the room. "Can we come?!" Mariettalia and Attlita ask simultaneously and I chuckle. "Of course!" I answer and they squeal in delight, running up the staircase to get ready. "Damn they get excited!" James laughs, standing and wrapping his arms around me. "Ha. Try living with them!" I laugh back.

After everyone gets ready, we floo to Diagon Alley. We walk around the narrow streets until we meet the Granger-Weasley's at the entrance to Gringotts. "Ooo Lani can we go in there?!" Mariettalia asks, tugging on my sleeve. "No we can't, they don't like it when nosey little witches like you go poking around in their vaults," Scorpius laughs. "Aww...well can we go to Florean Fortescue's Ice-Cream Parlour?" she asks again and I nod.

"Of course! Scorpius, take her to the ice-cream please," I answer and Lily, Hugo and Attlita jump around excitedly. "Us too!" they say excitedly. Scorpius looks at me wide-mouthed, "Why me?!" he whispers loudly and I playfully roll my eyes. "Because I don't want to, ok we will see you guys later!" I answer and pull James away. "It's ok, me and Rose will come too! Won't we Rose?" Albus says and Rose rolls her eyes. "Fine, whatever..." she sighs frowning at Scorpius who is staring at her dreamily, "Just tell him to stop staring at me!"

Me and James walk into Quality Quidditch Supplies and walk over to the new brooms. "Wow look at that Nimbus 3000!" James sighs, running over to the broom. "How much is it?" I ask walking over and he frowns. "1300 galleons..." he sighs and I smile softly at him, "Well...maybe you should wait for Christmas, you might get something even better!" He nods and we continue to walk around the shop.

After a few hours we meet back up with the Potter's and Granger-Weasley's. "Well it was nice catching up today! We will see you at Christmas anyway but I hope you guys have a fun holiday!" Ron says as we part and go back to the Potter's household. Me and James sit in his room and talk while Ginny makes dinner with the help of Harry, Albus and Scorpius.

"What do we have planned for tomorrow?" I ask as James idly plays with my hair. "Hm...how about we just stay home? We can watch movies and eat popcorn!" he suggests and I nod with a smile, "Ok sounds good!" We soon eat dinner and fall asleep in the lounge room together, exhausted from the day.

Day 3

Me and James woke up together at 10:30am, still on the lounge. "Finally, you guys are awake!" Albus sighs as he walks into the room, "Hurry up, follow me, we have made popcorn!" Me and James follow him into the upstairs games room and sit down with the others. "Rose found this great muggle game in the Gryffindor common room before school ended! She gave it to us yesterday because she didn't understand how it worked!" Scorpius explains, handing me and James two controllers.

"What do you do?" James asks and Scorpius points to the screen. "You choose a character and the use the buttons on the controller to move the character to fight your opponent's!" he explains and James nods. "Ok so...I press this and it chooses my character?" I ask, pointing at a button and Scorpius nods.

I press it and choose my character, James does the same and we start playing the game. "Wow! This is so fun!" I exclaim, mashing the buttons to make combo moves. "James stop being so bad!" Albus cheers as James character gets bashed up by my own. Soon the game is over and it turns out that I won. "Yes! Lets play again!" I laugh and the others nod. We spend the whole day playing the game, eating popcorn and sitting around.

Days 4,5,6 and 7

The last few days where pretty boring, we didn't do much. Me and James went out a few times and watched some quidditch at a local pitch, hidden of course so the muggles can't see, Scorpius and Albus were talking about school and studying and Lily, Attlita and Mariettalia were practicing their 'wandless magic' which none of them succeeded to preform.
