EPISODE 1: "New City, New Powers, and New Problems"

Derek gains superpowers after an accident in Sam's new laboratory goes wrong. While Derek gets used to new powers, James and Noah must adapt to California life in a new school. We meet Henry and their cousins and find Matthew's biggest secret.

EPISODE 2: "Cosmic Twins"

We learn the backstory of Bryce, Noah's secret twin brother, and the family that took him in.

EPISODE 3: "The Birthday Boy and his Other Half"

Noah meets up with his twin brother for the first time in years after being separated for too long and also learns more about their cousins on Henry's side.

EPISODE 4: "Derek the Electric"

Derek develops electricity manipulation, and with the mentorship of Noah, he learns to control. Meanwhile, the boys are encouraged to try out for the football team.

EPISODE 5:  "Couples with Benefits"

Mark admits he's gay and joins sides with James to be closer to Bryce, his love interest. Sam bumps into his high school girlfriend and the mother of his children and hits it off immediately. Meanwhile, James and Claire are caught having teenage sex, and Matthew tells Henry their family super secret.

EPISODE 6: "Alexander's Plan"

Alexander plans to eliminate any threat that gets in his way of creating his very own super soldier army, starting with his own family, plotting to use Henry as Patient Zero for a Super-Virus. Meanwhile, Samual and Danielle reconnect and James and the boys accidentally reveal their secret to Claire when they're forced to save her uncle at his restaurant.

EPISODE 7:  "Fall of El Señor de Los Tigres"

We learn the backstory of how Noah, Max, and Grace killed the most notorious mafia boss fugitive in the world. During a raid in Claire's uncle's restaurant, James and forcing the boys to show off their superpowers and save everyone from harm.

EPISODE 8: "Superhuman Baby Bump"

After confrontation Claire admits to Noah that she might be pregnant. She asks him to keep it secret from James to protect his offspring and himself from Maximus. Meanwhile, Danielle and Samual get cozy with each other again as if they never left each other's side. Dexter also joins in the mix as a third wheel best friend raising their son.

EPISODE 10:  "Soaring Truth"

More people have seen the surfacing videos of James and his family using their superpowers. With his secret on the line, he starts to panic. James, Mark, Noah, and Bryce make the football team, although the football and cheer squad continue to ridicule them.

EPISODE 11:  "MESSAGE IN THE BLAZE"

Henry agrees to let the boys become city superheroes after proving themselves worthy. During one of their shifts, they run into El señor de Los Tigres' son's slave workers, forced to do his dirty work. A message burned into a side of a building threatening James, and his secret identity leaves the Knights fearful for James's life.

EPISODE 12: "MIA, ALSO KNOWN AS KITTY ELECTRIC"

Mia and Max put on super suits and become city villains. James and the boys are tricked into attending a football party, while henry is kidnapped and used as a pawn to kidnap James and lure him in so Alexander can render him powerless again and steal his blood. Henry is taken as a vessel for Alexander's dark plan while James is left for dead.

EPISODE 13: "From COMA to Fame"

James wakes up several months later to a new world. His girlfriend is now eight months pregnant, and the whole world knows his family's superhuman secret. Plus, he doesn't have his whole strength and all of his powers. Grace has a new boyfriend and is finally happy to get over her crush on Derek.

EPISODE 14: "SEVENTEEN AND PREGNANT"

Claire's due date is slowly approaching, and the urge to protect her and her twin babies grows more vital. However, James' full strength has yet to kick back in.

EPISODE 15:  "BULLETPROOF BLOOD"

Alexander works on a new serum, combining a flu-like virus with James's superhuman gene, while Max and Mia torture Henry as he struggles for his life. Meanwhile, the Knights aid in the search for Henry, and Sam allies with an old doctor friend to help James regain his powers. The same doctor that gave Sam his powers, Dr. Wright. We also get a glimpse of why?

EPISODE 16:  "Interview with a Superhuman"

Noah does an interview with a local tv station based on his family and life story while devoted fans watch. Also, Grace lands herself an internship on set. There's a new woman in Derek's life, and he slowly starts to fall for her, and Grace is jealous. Meanwhile, Max and Mia cause trouble in the city.

EPISODE 17:  "Losing Alpha"

James must complete a few high school tests before advancing to his senior year. With the pressures of gaining his full strength and becoming Alpha again, having babies on the way, becoming a high school senior, and dealing with Max, James starts to lose faith in himself. Henry is injected with the Superflu in a live stream titled  Super genetics: Patient Zero.

EPISODE 18: "Seniors with Power"

Now that James is a senior, with Sam's help, he can focus on his unborn children and protecting Claire while gaining his full powers. Claire also starts to develop more superpowers along with James.

EPISODE 19:  "Engagement"

Sam decides to propose to Danielle and discuss possibly having a new child. Meanwhile, Sam also talks with James about proposing to Claire during graduation.

EPISODE 20:  "Superhuman Labor"

Claire goes into Labor, and with no time to take her to the hospital, the Knights family works together to aid her in her birth.

EPISODE 21:  "Patient Zero"

James now has his full powers back and makes plans s for his graduation day and future with Claire, buying a ring in preparation for proposing. Meanwhile, Maximus learns the truth about his parents and has had enough of Alexander's abuse. He has a change of heart and leads the feds and cops to Henry, unaware that he's infected with a new super virus. James is kidnapped and used as bate to get Claire, Sarah, and the children.

EPISODE 22: "Ramsom on Graduation Day"

A fight between Maximus and Mia leaves Claire injured and presumed dead, unaware that Max and Mia plan to protect Claire from Alexander while returning the twins to James and his family with a letter explaining why.
