Sixteen-year-old James Everett Knight must navigate his superhuman abilities while keeping them hidden from his father and others. When a mysterious superhuman threat emerges in Phoenix, James is forced to confront his fears and protect his family and city. However, when a cure researched by his uncle is stolen, James becomes the target of his enemies, who seek to exploit his powers for a sinister plan. With the assistance of his brother, uncle, and ally, James must protect his city from the threats that arise while keeping his secret identity hidden from those around him. Can he balance his ordinary life with his extraordinary abilities, save his loved ones from harm, and live the semi-normal life he's always dreamed of?

Synopsis (WARNING ⚠️ SPOILERS):

1. James, a regular six-year-old turned super kid, stays with his uncle Samual while his dad, Matthew, takes his brother Derek to the police station, where Derek gains superpowers. Fast-forward ten years, and James, now sixteen, battles bullies Mark Reignson and villains Max and Noah with the help of his cop brother Derek and Uncle Sam, all while keeping his powers a secret from his cop father, Matthew. During a car ride, they encounter two new super-powered individuals involved in superhuman criminal activities.

James has a crush on Mia Reignson, Mark's cousin, which leads to a fight with Mark. He meets two new students, Max and Noah Kinley, who transfer from California, James's birthplace. Mia asks James to attend the Halloween fair with her.

James reveals his secret and his uncle's cure for his powers on a date. He discovers that Max and Noah are dangerous super-powered individuals. Max, Mark, and Mia steal the cure from Sam, and on Halloween day, they take James's powers and blood, leaving him devastated as his father goes missing. James, Sam, and Derek strive to regain his powers, and Noah offers to help.

Sam reveals the true reason behind James and Noah's powers, involving Alexander, Sam's brother, who created a malicious procedure known as the SUPERHUMAN-PRODIGY-PROJECT-for-YOUTH (SPPY), turning Sam into a teenage father with superpowers.

Noah joins James, Derek, and Sam to regain James's powers, but their efforts seem futile. Max injects James's blood into his uncle Matthew and plots to terrorize James, his family, and the high school.

A battle ensues between Max and James's family. Despite being powerless, James confronts his fears to help his father. James regains his powers amid chaos, and the family plans to return to Los Angeles with Noah.

Meanwhile, Mark and Mia inject themselves with James's blood. Alexander reveals his plan to create a super soldier army using James's plasma through a flu-infected host, aiming to eliminate James's family as obstacles.

2. James was an ordinary six-year-old, staying with his uncle, Samual, who was babysitting while his dad, Matthew, took Derek Knight, James's brother, to the police station where he worked, but got superpowers in an accident that changed his life.

We fast-forward ten years when he's sixteen, battling bullies (Mark Reignson) and bad guys (Max and Noah) with his brother, Derek, who's a cop, and uncle by his side, while keeping his secret from his father (Matthew), also a cop. James and Derek meet two new supers with his brother during a car ride that soon turns into a chase after two superhuman teenage delinquents rob a bank and commit grand theft auto.

   James has a crush on Mia Reignson, Mark's cousin. James talks to Mia, who mentions the Halloween blood drive, and his bully, Mark Reignson, is unhappy about James talking to her. They get into a fight, which leads to more problems for James.

James meets two new Australian-American students, Max and Noah Kinley, who transfer to his school from California, James' birth home. Mia asks James about attending the Halloween fair with her.

James takes Mia on a date where he tells her his secret and the cure his uncle has been working on. He also finds out that Max and Noah are the menacing supers.

Max, Mark, and Mia steal the treatment from Sam, and on Halloween day, Max, Mark, and Mia take James's powers and a liter of blood from James as he's bound to the chair at the blood drive.

Devastated after his father goes missing, James, Sam, and Derek can only try to get his powers back, but when Noah volunteers to help, they have not lost all hope.

Sam also reveals the real reason James and Noah have superpowers. Alexander is Sam, Henry (Mentioned in the first season and seen in future seasons), and Matthew's brother. He created a malicious procedure to create the SUPERHUMAN-PRODIGY-PROJECT-for-YOUTH or SPPY. He forced Sam into becoming a teenage father while learning to adapt to his new superpowers and lifestyle.

   Noah allies with James, Derek, and Sam (his father) and helps James regain his powers, but it's useless. Max injects his uncle Matthew with James' blood and plans to terrorize James, his family, and the high school.

Max causes trouble at the school and battles James and his family, and there's a battle between Max, James, and his family. Even though James is powerless, he still faces his fears and fights to help his father. Sam reveals his powers, and James gains his powers back amid chaos: James and his family plan to fly back to Los Angeles, California, with Noah.
