Y/N Point of View

Y/N: "Hey James Wait for me!
I shouted,even though I just met last week. I felt like I have known him forever, maybe it might be a friendly feeling that I am used to.

James stopped and waited for me to catch up, he waited patiently for me until I caught up to him. His tall frame towered over me, considering he was like 6 feet tall.

James: "Hi there lass."
He patted my back, as a greeting I huffed trying to catch my breath back.

Y/N: "Would you like to hang out with me during your free time?"
I asked sheepishly, twirling my fingers.

James: "Where would you like to go?"
He asked, raising his eyebrow. I thought for a moment, and finally came up with a solution.

Y/N: " you know, you can choose James!" I said as a beamed with happiness, but James looked surprised. "I apologise, but did I scare you?"

James shook his head and held out his hand.
James: "No no, you didn't scare me Y/N." He mumbled to me, "I was just surprised, that's all."

He then motioned me to walk with him, and we began to walk in the streets of London. James was a nice young guy, who I met in my apartment he was only a few doors away from me. He also, helped me get fitted into London by showing me shops, and other places that I could visit.

Y/N: "Have you thought of where you wanted to go James?"
I asked as I stopped, walking wondering if James decided where we would go.

James: " well Y/N I actually,I wanted to go to a new museum that they opened last week and there is a special exhibit." "I know it might sound lame to you lass, but you can come with me now if you are interested?" He scratched the back on his head, and looked at me nervously.

I chuckled softly, and held his arm to calm him down.
Y/N: "Oh James calm yourself, I am quite a history geek myself."
He looked at me with a small smile due to my reaction.

Y/N: "I heard that they got a new exhibit, the one about pirates I know that is one the you are talking about." "I wanted to see it myself, but I wasn't convinced if you wanted to go or not, so I'd like to go with you."
I squealed with joy, that James ad the same interest as me.

James: "Alright then, I'll meet you back at the apartment 1 o'clock today is that okay with you?" He said, giving me a small smile, while he ran his hand through his hair with his tied black Bandanna.

Y/N: "it is fine with me, I'll see you soon James!"
We both soon parted ways, James carried on walking to do some business. I returned back to my apartment, and I was excited as a fan girl I began to choose what to wear when I meet James.

Few hours Later

Me and James met up at the arranged time, we had both agreed on. I wore Nike t shirt, black jeans, trainers and wire black leather jacket, to match with James.

James: matching jackets like me eh, you look nice by the way Y/N."
He smirked, while leaning next to my door with his arms crossed.

Y/N: "Thanks James, you look good yourself."
I replied back the compliment to him, I turned around and locked the door behind me while blushing.

We made it to the museum to see the new pirate exhibit that they have displayed. However, when me and James were admiring the theme of pirates my blood froze and the tow models of pirates.

It resembled me and James compared to the other pirate models like Edward Kenway, Blackbeard, Charles Vane, Jack Rackham etc.

Y/N: " James.. is it just me... or do those two look like us."
I tugged onto his leather jacket sleeve, while not breaking contact from the two pirate models.

Instead James looked perplexed at the models, he was just as confused as I was. But, even he could see the similarity.

James: "it says here on the bottom, that Captain James and his unknown female companion were partners in crime as she was his quartermaster."
He said, while tapping his finger on his chin in curiosity.

Y/N: " I wonder what her name is, also you have noticed he is wearing the bandanna as the same style as yours, the difference is the colour."

James seemed to notice that as he touched, his bandanna and we both kept looking at each other in confusion. James kept on gazing at the wax models.

James: "My theory could be reincarnation."
He suggested to me, I laughed and shook my head.
Y/N: "I don't think so James, maybe it's a weird coincidence they look like us which is cool."

I suggested to him, I wonder if this could be our ancestors, but I cannot be sure.
James: "Y/N are you ready to get something to eat now, I don't mind paying."
James kindly offered, with smile on his face as he gestured me to the food area.

My stomach rumbled loud, and me and James laughed.
Y/N: "judging by my stomach, I think it is perfect time to eat."
I rubbed my stomach, and we went to the food area.

We both decided to have a subway, and we ordered what we wanted and decided to eat in. As we both dived into our food, I could not help but to tell James how I feel.
Y/N: "um James, I have something... to tell y -you."

I stammered a bit, James looked up to me, and he placed his subway into his tray and wiped his face with a napkin.
James: "what is it Y/N?" "Hold on your cheeks are getting red, do you have a fever, or... are you blushing?"

He hit right on the nail, and I messed with the straw of my drink. While, James began down his drink by making huge slurping noises.
Y/N: "I just wanted to tell you, that... I love.. having you around as company and I'm having a great time with you."
I spoke with full confidence this time, than earlier.

James stop drinking, from his subway cup. And looked at me, and he removed his lips from the straw and smiled.
James: "I won't lie to you Y/N, even I enjoy your company too, compared to me other mates who are loud and rough all the time."

Y/N: "ohh I would like to meet these, rough loud friends of yours?"
I teased, as I wiggled my eyebrows and drank from my straw.
James: "In time Y/N, you will."
He blushed lightly, and patted my hand and we stuffed our faces back into our food.

March 1720 Nassau
Y/N: "Captain James!" "Our ship is leaving you will get left behind if you don't hurry up!"
I yelled at him, from the helm as his quartermaster.

James: "all right quartermaster Y/N, here comes your Captain."
He said, in a calm manner, and hopped onto his ship and ran up to the helm.
Y/N: " huh what kind of Captain is bloody late, for the departure of his own ship?"

I joked, and crossed my arms against my chest and looked at the bright blue sea.
James: "my kind Y/N, only me."

He stood behind me, and his hands were placed on the railing of the helm. His body pressed behind mine and he pecked my cheek and went to the wheel.
Y/N: "yeah... only you Captain, by the way you missed Captain James."

I mimicked, and I whistled James laughed and grabbed me towards him. His lips crashed into mine, and I wrapped my arms around his neck. Out lips locked, and we both battled for dominance until we pulled away.

James: " did I miss now?"
He teased, and went back to his position.
Y/N: "no.. Captain you right on the target."
I winked back at him, and we set sail.

I quite proud that I updated, another quick one shot. Although I might not continue this one shot longer. Because, I'm running out of ideas but we'll see.
