Jake looks at his beautiful girlfriend Sofia's ultrasound picture and says "wow. My little baby in my girlfriend's belly. This is amazing." Jake always dreamed about falling in love with Sofia Carson and someday having kids with her. And now she's pregnant with their 1st baby that's now growing inside her belly. He's excited that he's expecting his 1st baby with the love of his life. Meanwhile, Sofia wakes up the morning after finding out about her pregnancy feeling happy she has a baby inside her. She looks in her mirror and feels her tummy and smiles and says "Hey in there. I'm happy that you're inside me. I'm looking forward to meeting you in 8 months. I love you." Then she goes to Jake's apartment where they sit on his couch and talk about how they're gonna tell her parents about her pregnancy. She says "What if we show them my ultrasound picture?" Jake smiles as he feels Sofia's belly and says "I think it's a great idea sweetheart. We can go visit them next week and we can tell em." Sofia says "I love you so much Jake." He says "I love you 2 Sofia." They kiss as they touch her stomach. A week later, Sofia and Jake arrive at Sofia's parents house and They hug. When they sit down and ask what's going on, Jake says "We have something to tell you all." Then Sofia smiles and says "We're having a baby. I'm pregnant." Her parents and her sister congratulate the young couple and hug em. Sofia's mom asks "how far along are you?" Sofia says "5 weeks." Then Sofia shows them her ultrasound picture. Then her dad says "congratulations Sofia and Jake. You 2 are gonna be great parents." Sofia says "thanks guys." Paulina hugs Sofia and says "I can't wait till we know what you're having." That night, Sofia is at her house and Jake is at his apartment thinking about their new baby they're expecting. Jake dreams about being on the red carpet with the love of his life and fans seeing her growing baby bump. Sofia has a dream about being pregnant and her and Jake walking the red carpet and feeling her baby bump. She is looking forward to having the baby with her boyfriend.
