As Sofia gets checked in and she starts laying in her bed, Jake gets a call from Taylor Swift saying "Hey Jake. I called Selena and our fellow squad members and They're all on their way now." Jake says "Thank you. How far away are you?" Taylor says "We'll be there in a few minutes." Jake says "ok. We'll be here." Then Jake replays the info to his beautiful pregnant girlfriend Sofia Carson.

While helping Sofia, Jake gets a picture texted to him from Taylor Swift, Cara Delevigne, and Jamie King and Sofia's parents and it turns out to be a picture of the baby's room. Amazed by it, Jake decides to surprise Sofia once they get home. Then all of Sofia's friends and squad members and their families come check on em where the doctor tells em "Sofia is doing great. 5cm." Then the doctor goes to check on another patient while Jake stays with Sofia to help her as she awaits the time ti have the baby.
