SUMMARY

Heather Tyler is the complete opposite of her sister: uptight, a control freak, and focused. She remained in school while Rose dropped out and is now attending university, studying to become a writer. While Rose is supportive of her sister's dream, her mother Jackie keeps telling Heather that college is giving her "airs and graces."

When Heather visits Rose at work, the two sisters are cornered in the basement of the shop by mannequins and are rescued by an eccentric man with a Northern accent, big ears, and a leather jacket.

After helping him save the universe, he invites them to travel through time and space in the TARDIS.

INFORMATION

I. The story begins during Series 1 of "New Who" and continues throughout the entire show.

II. Heather is the older twin. I imagine her personality to be similar to Amy Santiago, Katniss Everdeen, and three of my personal favorite OCs from three writer on this website: the 2nd Bad Wolf and the Tenth Apocalypse (both from the brilliant mind of WritersBlock039), and the First Glorious (from the equally brilliant mind of TheGameIsOn97)

III. I imagine the development of the Doctor and Heather's relationship to be similar to Jake and Amy's relationship from Brooklyn Nine Nine. They finally get together by "The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit," with some complications around the beginning of Series Three.

IV. In between "Runaway Bride" and "Smith and Jones," Heather dyes her hair brown and her clothing style changes significantly.

V. On account of being twins, Heather and Rose have a close bond. Heather is the one who takes Rose's absence the hardest and is upset with the Doctor when he brings Martha Jones aboard. But Heather eventually warms up to Martha and apologizes for her vindictive behavior.

VI. Rose is paired with one of my OCs, Vincent Thompson, who will make an appearance in the Duchess Saga and the Regent Chronicles.

VII. Heather becomes a Time Lady after taking in the vortex at the end of Series One.

VIII. The Doctor and Heather get married in an original episode that will replace "Waters of Mars." In my opinion, that episode was complete and utter trash.

IX. Heather finds a way for Rose to jump between parallel worlds without tearing a hole in the universe after Journey's End.

X. Donna doesn't lose her memories in the Meta-Crisis.

XI. During Series 6, Heather learns that she is pregnant.

XII. Please find a way to include Jenny (like Jenny is working with Torchwood and she finds them around "The Stolen Earth/Journey's End").
