"Gregor Minsk, the counterfeiter I've been chasing for two years, has finally resurfaced. And he's just as evil as ever.", said Amy at the morning briefing. "Right. You hate him because he has a typo on his counterfeit bills.", said Gabriella and raised an eyebrow at her friend. "No. Because he passed 4$ million in fraudulent bills, Gabby.", said Amy and looked at the girl. Gabriella made a staring contest with Amy, trying to crack her. And she finally did. "But also two Rs in "pluribus?" I mean, did none of those cashiers take Latin?" "Knew it!", cheered the younger detective and went over to Jake to fist bump him. "You owe me something cowboy!", she whispered. "We'll see Bambi.", whispered Jake back. "Bambi? Really? That's the best thing you got?", asked Gabriella sceptical. "Yeah, I mean your eyes are brown and big like Bambi. Okay forget it.", said the older man embarrassed and watched Gabriella to go back to her seat.

"Okay, let's give Amy a round of applause for whatever that was.", said Gina and clapped while she pushed Amy away. "Police briefing. Still in progress.", said the Latina annoyed. "And you did great. But let's get serious, people. Tomorrow is the wedding. My mom is marrying, shudder, Charles' dad, toilet emoji.", began Gina to explain making Gabriella to smile. She was so excited for the wedding that it was the only thing she talked about with her friends. "We are gonna be brother and sister. To think this started with us just going to town or each others sexy parts.", said Charles happy making everyone to groan. Rosa held Gabriella's ears shut so she couldn't get traumatized from the older man's words. "Boyle, promise me that is not in your toast.", begged the younger girl and removed the hands of her best friend away from her ears. "It's not.", said Charles nervous.

"Come on, man. Look, I need everything to be perfect. Status update, Rosa. How are the flowers?", asked Gina and turned to Rosa. "I don't know. Yellow." "Terr-bear?" "I had my tuxedo altered to make it tighter like you wanted.", said Terry slightly uncomfortable. "Delicious. Jake, have you checked in with the jeweler?" "Yes. They said the ring will be ready at 2:00 on the wedding day. I'm gonna pick it up on my way to the ceremony.", explained Jake quickly. "This is very important, Jake. Are you sure you can handle it?", asked Gina a little worried. "Uh, well, let's see. Easy, last-minute and crucial as hell. Meets all the Peralta criteria.", counted Jake and smiled at the end. "Gabby bear? How's everything going?", asked Gina as she turned to the younger girl in the room.

"Everything is great. Troy and I picked up our outfits while Eliza and Charlie got the playlist done.", said Gabriella and smiled. "Good. These tasks are top priority around here, people. I don't care how many criminals go free. All right? Dismissed.", finished Gina her talk. "Uh, I'm not done with my briefing yet.", complained Amy. "Gina said that we're dismissed!", shouted Gabriella to Amy making her to frown. She then turned to Rosa. "Whatever Gina says, you just gotta do it. There's no other chance."

Gabriella sat at her desk while she did her homework, like always. "Gabriella Peréz! We have to talk!", shouted Eliza Crown as she marched inside the bullpen, going straight to her best friend's desk. "What's going on Liza?", asked Gabriella confused. "We have a major problem. I just checked the guest list and you wouldn't believe who is going to come." "Who?", asked Gabriella oblivious and not truly caring about it. "Josh Salazar.", after hearing the name out of her best friend's mouth, turned Gabriella her head towards Eliza. "Josh? Really?" "Yes! That's a disaster!", said Eliza dramatic, drawing attention towards the two teenagers. "What's a disaster?", asked Charles from his desk. "Nothing!", shouted Gabriella over making Eliza to roll her eyes. "Josh Salazar aka Gabriella's first and last ex boyfriend is going to be at the wedding.", she explained.

"That Salazar you told us at Halloween?", asked Rosa just to be sure. "You told them!", snapped Gabriella at her friend. "No, Charlie told them. I just confirmed it, besides it's good that they know." "Why?", asked the junior detective in training. "Because Rosa can punch him and the rest could arrest him.", said Eliza simply. "That is how you're visualizing it. We won't arrest a kid who hasn't done anything.", said Amy and took a sip from her coffee. "Speak for yourself.", said Rosa and looked at Jake and Charles who nodded.

"No. Nobody will punch or arrest anyone. Not even Josh.", declared Gabriella and looked at her friends serious. "No one should actually know about Josh especially not my uncles. They would kill him and then me. I can't risk that." "We won't arrest him right guys?", asked Amy as she looked at her colleagues.

"Anyway, we have to go. Need to pick up some other stuff for the wedding tomorrow and we have school in about 45 minutes.", said Gabriella and zipped up her backpack. She then took Eliza's hand, leading her to the elevator. "Bye! See you after school!", said both girls together. The squad watched the elevator doors to close before returning to their conversation. "We will keep an eye on Josh Salazar."

School was finally over and Gabriella found herself on a shopping spree with her best friend Eliza. "Charlie is joining us later. I told him about the crisis during Biology class.", said the curly hired girl. "Great. Another person getting involved into my love life.", said Gabriella sarcastic. "A love life that doesn't truly exist?" "Shut up!", said Gabriella smiling and threw a red shirt at her friend. Eliza caught it and decided to get a look at it. "Nice! I will buy it.", she declared. "Be quick, Charlie texted that he's waiting for us at Starbucks.", mentioned Gabriella as she looked at her phone message. Eliza paid for the shirt and linked arms with Gabriella, making their way to Starbucks.

Charlie Fletcher waited impatiently for his two girl friends. He constantly looked at his phone making himself nervous. Until he heard a familiar laugh. "Finally!" "Sorry Char. We had to stop at Forever 21 to look for some jewelry.", apologized Eliza and threw her arm around Charlie. "You two are always late. No wonder you're best friends.", laughed the boy making both Gabriella and Eliza to frown. "Shall we get something to eat?", asked Gabriella then. "Not from here. It's too expensive for my liking. Let's go to a diner or something.", suggested Charlie. Both girls nodded and linked arms with their friend. "Diner it is then!"

A little while later, the three friends sat at a booth in the diner they all loved since 1st grade. It's where Charlie's mom actually worked so they mostly got food for free. Mostly not always. "Liza told me about Josh coming. You okay?", started Charlie the conversation while pouring some syrup over his pancakes. "Why is everyone asking me that? Of course I am fine. Yes, we dated. And yes we broke up but it's not the end of the world!", said Gabriella frustrated and put some pancakes into her mouth. Eliza and Charlie shared a well known look. "You're totally not okay.", declared the curly haired girl and slurped from her vanilla milkshake. Gabriella only looked confused at her. "You're sweating, playing with your thumbs and totally freaking out. It's obvious honey.", explained Eliza slowly. "That's not true peach!" "And now you're denying it.", chimed Charlie in and sipped from his coffee.
"Who's denying what?", asked Penelope, Charlie's mom as she approached their table. "Gabriella is freaking out because Josh will be at the wedding tomorrow." "Eliza!", warned Gabriella her friend and sent her a glare. Eliza shrugged her shoulders. "Your ex is coming to the wedding of your friend? That's a disaster!", said Penelope and sat besides her son. "Even Charlie's mom agrees with us. You gotta stay away from him hun." "How can I stay away from him if he's going to follow me around?", asked Gabriella now even more frustrated.

"And most importantly, how are we going to keep Troy away from Josh?" "I didn't think about that!", said Charlie realizing. "We will find a way.", ensured Eliza her friend and put her hand on top of hers. "May I also say something?", asked Charlie's mom suddenly. "Sure Pen." "Don't be a coward.", said Penelope stern. "A coward? I don't think I understand you.", said Gabriella confused. "Go with Troy and forget about Josh being there. If you're always thinking about him, you might miss the fun. And also the chances." "I love wise Penelope! Can she adopt us Charlie?", asked Eliza her best friend hopefully. "No! Absolutely not!", said Charlie and dropped his fork. "I would be honored to adopt you two but as my almighty son here already said, no. But you girls can still come over for dinner sometimes. It's no problem for us.", winked Penelope while ruffling her son's hair and walked away.

"What are we doing now?", asked Eliza and leaned on Gabriella's shoulder. "What my mom said. Ignore Josh and have fun with Troy. Liza and I will try to help as much as we can.", said Charlie and smiled. "Thanks guys, you're the best! Group hug without Troy!", shouted Gabriella making her friends laugh. The three then hugged each other tightly. Charlie and Eliza would do anything for both Gabriella and Troy. They knew that the two had feelings for each but won't admit it. And what is a better opportunity than a wedding to confess those feelings by a slow dance?

It was officially the day of the wedding and everyone including the Scooby gang were excited. Everything was beautifully decorated and it looked amazing. "Oh, Regina, everything is so beautiful.", complimented Gina's mom the decorations. "Well, as long as you're happy, I'm happy.", answered Gina making Gabriella and Eliza to smile. Both girls stood besides Rosa while the boys were checking the location out. "Rosa, ah, there you are. Can you help my dad with his cuff links?", asked Charles. "Sure, but I'm taking these two with me.", said Rosa and looked at the two girls who were giggling about something stupid. "I would do it but it's bad luck for a boy to see his father on his wedding day." "Wasn't it the opposite Boyle? That a bride can't see the groom on their wedding day?", asked Eliza earning a high five from Gabriella. "Oh, well, in that case, no.", answered the older woman. "Rosa, please. It's a slippery slope from uncuffed sleeves to Lynn just wearing an old turtleneck down the aisle.", explained Gina. "Actually, my dad can really rock a turtleneck. Gives him a sexy Elliot Gould vibe." "Charles, shut up. Rosa, go find Lynn Boyle and cuff his ass.", ordered Gina frustrated.

"On it. Come on you two.", said Rosa finally and took the hands of the two girls, leading them out on their way to find Lynn. "You look really pretty in that dress.", complimented Rosa her younger friend. "Oh why thank you. You look amazing yourself Rosie.", complimented Gabriella back. She wore a short light blue dress with white high heels that weren't too high. Her hair was half up half down and she of course wore her heart necklace and bow ring. Eliza on the other side wore a similar dress to Gabriella's but with different shoes and accessories. Her hair was also in a half up half down with a pearl hair clip. "Was it your plan to look alike?", asked Rosa as she looked between the two friends. "It was Gina's idea. And Boyle's.", answered Eliza and stroked her dress. "You both look like sisters yet it suits you." "Thanks Rosa. Your dress isn't bad either.", said Eliza and smiled. Rosa nodded, accepting the compliments from both. "I guess we're here. Let's cuff Lynn Boyle's links!", said a determined Gabriella making both Rosa and Eliza to chuckle. It was nice to see her thinking about something else then Josh Salazar.

"There you go.", said Rosa as she cuffed the links. "Thanks.", chuckled Lynn. "You nervous?", asked Gabriella softly. "Oh, not at all. I love Darlene Linetti with all my parts." "Don't you mean heart?", asked Eliza sceptical. "No. I mean parts.", said Lynn making both girls to look at each other in shock. "Wow. I can't ever imagine being with someone and not having any doubts.", said Rosa, taking over the conversation. Gabriella only looked at her with a confused look. Was Rosa Diaz scared of a romantic relationship with Marcus? "I have little doubts. Tiny little doubts. You think that's a problem?", asked Boyle's father nervous. "I mean, not if you're sure she's the one.", tried Rosa to comfort the older man. "Yes. Of course. But I was sure about my five other weddings, too. Please don't tell Charles. He only--he only knows about three. Back-to-back Catfish situations, you know? Same kid both times actually.", explained Lynn Boyle leaving Eliza Crown wide eyed. "That's okay. Just took you a while to get it right.", said Rosa trying to comfort Boyle senior and fist bumped his shoulder.

"Ha ha yeah or maybe he's just doing the same thing over and over again.", joked Eliza and earned a punch from Gabriella. "Ow!", she winced and sent her a glare. "That's not helping at all Liz!" "No she might be right. Lynn Boyle rushes headlong into another mistake. Like the time I tried water aerobics and I broke my neck.", chuckled Lynn anxious trying to make the situation seem funnier. "This is a disaster!", whispered Gabriella to herself and leaned her head on Eliza's shoulder. "All right, I'm gonna go get Charles. You two stay with him.", ordered Rosa to the younger girls. "No way. We're not spending another minute here!", said Eliza and walked out, holding Gabriella's hand leading her somewhere else.

"Liza, where are we going?", asked Gabriella as she stopped walking behind her friend. "Charlie said that they're done and are waiting by Gina for us. She has some problems and needs our help.", explained Eliza and dragged Gabriella again. The girl just rolled her eyes but forgot to watch out and suddenly bumped into two people. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you two, I wasn't watching and--" "Gabriella?", asked suddenly a familiar voice. The brunette girl looked up and almost fainted. "Josh?", she asked. "It's good to see you.", said Josh Salazar with a smile and hugged his ex girlfriend. Eliza watched the scene and almost screamed. She texted Charlie immediately. "Babe, who is this?", asked a blonde girl who Gabriella has never seen before. "Oh uh, Marissa, this is my ex girlfriend Gabriella. Gabriella, this is my new girlfriend Marissa Myers.", introduced Josh the two girls to each other. "Nice to meet you Marissa.", said Gabriella and put on her fake smile. Marissa nodded her head before gesturing to Josh that they should go find seats. As soon as they were gone began Gabriella to freak out.

"Girlfriend?! How?!", she asked hysterically. "Hey, hey, hey! Honey stop over the top!", calmed Eliza her best friend. "Breathe. It's fine." "Sorry for our lateness. Troy here, had to go to the toilet.", apologized Charlie but then dropped his smile at the sight of Gabriella. "What happened?", he asked worried. "We saw Josh.", began Eliza and looked at Troy. "And his girlfriend."

"Girlfriend?", asked Troy as they all walked towards Gina. Gabriella was leaning her head now on Charlie's shoulder, trying to cope the news. "Yes. And she was really pretty.", added Eliza at the end. "Her name?" "Marissa Myers.", answered Eliza fast. "I've heard that name before. Wasn't she the Queen Bee of high school last year?", asked Charlie. "Yes, exactly until she switched because of some accident in class. It's rumored that she has diabetes.", said Gabriella and now looked up.

"Hey Gin!" "Oh thank God! Gabby bear and gang, I need your help. The guest are all here and nothing is ready. We don't have a ring, the cake says, "Darlene and Lunn," and the smoke machine is not working.", explained Gina the situation to the kids. "I could crouch by the altar and vape.", suggested Hitchcock confidently. "You are a stone-cold atrocity. Okay, we just need to make sure nothing else goes wrong." "We failed at that.", mentioned Gabriella from her spot. "I already saw Josh and his girlfriend.", she said the word "girlfriend" like it was poison. Gina decided to ignore the comment from the younger girl and continued. "Charles...Where is your dad? Where is Lunn?" "Um, he's still having a little trouble with his cuff links. You know us Boyle men and our clumsy ham hands.", joked Boyle. "Please say you're not gonna reference your ham hands in your toast.", begged Charlie. "Well, she made me take out the brother-sister sex stuff, so there was this big hole on page 18.", explained Charles and pointed towards Gina. "Page 18?", asked Eliza shocked and looked at Charlie who was still holding Gabriella on her side.

"Made it! Made it in time.", shouted Jake from behind making Gabriella to look up in happiness. She immediately went towards and embraced him in a big hug which he gladly accepted. "You look really pretty.", he complimented. "I have to agree. The dress is really beautiful and it suits you so well.", chimed Amy in. "Oh and Eliza, you of course look amazing like always!" "Thanks Santiago.", accepted Eliza the compliment and smiled. "Ew, Amy! Your dress is filthy. Luckily I brought you a spare outfit.", as Gina said that looked Amy at her shocked. "I knew I was gonna hate whatever you chose." "Oh my God. It's Jenny. She's here. Okay, how do I look?", asked Jake the three girls. "Handsome!", said Gabriella and smiled. "Very handsome.", chimed Eliza in. "You look great. Go get her, Bond.", said Amy jokingly. "Thanks, Maxi Pads.", joked Jake back and walked away.

"Okay. Jake has the ring.", shared Gina the news. It turns out that Jake accidentally lost the ring during a fight with a criminal. Eliza high fived with Gabriella who high fived Troy who high fived Charlie. "I found an extra place setting for your psychic." "Strange, she said you wouldn't be able to.", interrupted Darlene her daughter. "Because she's a fraud.", chimed Gabriella in the middle. "Gabby bear is right. You need to start seeing my psychic. Best of all, I fixed this!", said Gina happy and turned on the smoke machine. "It's working! How'd you do that?", asked Charles impressed. "I grew up with a smoke machine in the apartment, Charles. I liked to enter the kitchen in the morning with vivacity." "Regina, you're amazing. Everything's just perfect. Thank you for making this the third-best day of my life.", said Darlene happy. "Third?", asked Gina confused. "First was having you. Second was sleeping with a roadie for the Steve Miller Band." "I love you, Mom.", said Gina softly. "I love you.", said her mom and both began to make smooching noises. Gabriella found it really sweet yet kinda crazy. She wished that she and her mom had such a good bond to each other but life thought different.

"Grab some of those if you're throwing 'em out. And some for you guys.", said Charles while throwing around some air kisses to the kids. They all laughed and shook their heads before leaving the two soon-to-be stepsiblings alone.

"How do I look?", asked Lynn Boyle as he arrived. "You look incredible!", said Charles happy and did his handshake with his dad. "I heard about Josh.", whispered Rosa in Gabriella's ear making her freeze. "Please don't do anything stupid.", begged the younger girl. "I won't. As long as he doesn't bother you.", said Rosa and looked at Gabriella who rose an eyebrow. "I promise!" "All right, I trust you.", laughed the younger girl and side hugged her older friend. "Are you really doing fine?", asked Rosa serious. "To be honest, no. I didn't think that he would move on that quickly. It's been a year since our break up and I'm still single.", complained the girl. But what she didn't seem to notice was that the right guy was already there. The right guy has always been there but she tried to deny it. "You're going to find the right person soon.", said Rosa and pulled the girl closer to her. "Yeah, maybe you're right.", said Gabriella and met Troy's eyes. Both saw the sparks inside but decided to ignore it which was a big mistake. Because Eliza and Charlie already saw that and with one look understood both that they had to slow dance tonight, no matter what!

"You're the worst family in history, but at least you're ready. Scully's run out of songs. Right now he's singing.", mentioned Gina as she came back to the foyer. "Don't, don't, don't you forget about me!", sang all four kids together and laughed. "Best rock and roll song ever written. Tied with Kokomo.", said Charles in unison with his dad. "Wrong! The best rock and roll song ever written has to be Runaway by Bon Jovi and don't you try to argue with me!", said Gabriella and put her hand on Boyle's shoulder making him smile. "Hey! So we have good news and we have great news. The good news is we found the ring. The great news is we'll never lose it again.", said Jake immediately as he and Amy entered the foyer. "What are you trying to say?", asked Troy confused and walked over to Gina. "The ring is stuck on his finger. I told him not to be cute about it.", said Amy frustrated as she showed Jake's hand. "I'm cute about everything.", defended the man child himself. "That's true!", chimed Eliza in getting a smile from Jake.

"Okay, okay, what do we do?", asked Gina panicked. "Terry could pull the ring off.", suggested Charlie. "I can but it would hurt your little fingers.", warned Terry Jake. "That's fine. I just won't look so I don't know when you're gonna do it.", said Jake preparing himself until he saw something he wished he didn't. "Jenny! No!", he screamed and made the Sarge to pull the ring off. "Keep it together Peralta. We have a wedding to attend!", snapped Gabriella at him. "The flower girl is right. Let's go!", said Troy making his best friend to send him a glare. "You're my helping hand, do you know that?", she asked. "Of course and I'm very glad about that.", said the Jinx boy and put on his charming smile. Gabriella only rolled her eyes and grabbed his hand in hers pulling him away from the small crowd of detectives.

Gabriella and Troy walked together down the aisle, spreading some rose patterns around. "Don't we look like a couple that's about to get married?", he asked all of a sudden. "We kinda do.", she said giggling. "I'm glad Gina asked me to help you. I really enjoy it.", as Troy said that, blushed Gabriella. "I'm glad too.", she said making Troy to smile even more. Both then reached the end and it was time to go on their seats. Gabriella looked at him one more time before placing a small kiss on his cheek. The Jinx boy smiled and bowed in front of her, taking her hand and placing a gentle kiss on top. "Thank you my lady." "The pleasure was all mine my lord.", she joked and walked away. Everyone saw the cute scene and began immediately to whisper asking around if the two were dating. Josh was watching them and he didn't liked that at all. Then Darlene walked down the aisle and she looked beautiful. "I'm Captain Raymond Holt. Welcome. Marriage is a contract...but it's so much more than that. Marriage is love. It's a commitment, it's joy, it's understanding, it's patience, it's anger, it's reconciliation, it's everything. It's like oatmeal. It...sustains you.", finished Holt his speech.

Gabriella only smiled through her tears and looked at Troy. She smiled at him and he smiled at her. Both knew they were made for each other but it was hard to admit it. Kevin saw it and offered her a tissue which she gladly accepted. "Darlene, do you take Lynn to be your lawfully wedded husband?" "I do." "Lynn, do you take Darlene to be your lawfully wedded wife?" "I do." "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride.", finished Holt and made everyone to clap and cheer.

Gabriella was on the dancing floor together with Charlie and Eliza. Until they saw Marcus. "Is she going to say it?", asked Eliza excited. Gabriella nodded her head. "Say what?", asked Charlie confused. "The L-word you idiot!", joked Gabriella. Charlie then realized what she meant. And then boom! Rosa kissed Marcus while Gabriella made a picture. Rosa saw it and laughed at the action. "You guys are adorable!", she squealed. "That's enough Gabby, please delete the pic.", said Marcus laughing. "Let me think. Uhm, no.", said the younger girl and ran away with Marcus chasing her. Rosa only smiled at the sight. She adored their relationship in secret because nobody was supposed to know about her soft side.

"Gotcha!", yelled Marcus as he caught his little cousin. "Oh no! Please somebody help me!", joked Gabriella and laughed. "Don't worry my lady. Sir Jinx is going to free you from the evil dragon.", played Troy along. Marcus and him then fought out of fun making Gabriella to laugh. "Okay, okay you win but make sure to send me the picture Gabby.", said Marcus. "Sure thing sir!", said Gabriella and waved to him. She then turned around only to see Troy's hand in front of her. "Would you like to dance?", he asked with hope in his eyes. Gabriella then put her hand in his. "I would love to.", with that sentence they both went on the dance floor. Everybody was looking at them but they didn't care. They let the music to swallow them away. Both felt like on cloud 9 and it felt amazing. "Thank you for everything.", whispered Gabriella in his ear and let her head down on his shoulder. "I will always be there for you. Always.", he whispered back and kissed her head lightly.

Everyone saw that and everyone smiled at the sight of the young couple. Everyone except Josh who was clearly jealous. But both didn't seem to care. They danced the night away and for the first time it felt like they both understood their feelings for each other. Now they just need to confess them to each other.
