"So now we have to make the mousse," I said.

"Right, we have time so let's take a small break," Jayla insists. It's true, it's been a few hours since I've been cooking.

"Okay, to my room, I'll be right there," I tell them. I grab a bubble gum flavored lollipop from the fridge and swirl it around my tongue and get a few more snacks like cookies and cheeseballs and head back to my room.

"I bought snacks!" I announce. 

We all dig in, but I finished up all the cheeseballs because they were my favorite, who doesn't like cheese?

After an hour or two I decide to get back to cooking so the girls come with me again to make the mousse.

I gather the ingredients for the chocolate mousse, dark chocolate, heavy cream, sugar, and a few eggs.

Jay and I chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. The chocolate slowly melts, becoming smooth and glossy. I set it aside to cool slightly.

Next, I separate the eggs, placing the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another. I whisk the egg yolks with sugar until they become pale and creamy. Then, I fold the melted chocolate into the yolk mixture, making sure it's well combined.

In a separate bowl, I whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. The cream is light and airy, perfect for folding into the chocolate mixture. I carefully fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture, trying to keep as much air in the mousse as possible.

Kylee whisks the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. The whites are fluffy and hold their shape well. She gently folds the egg whites into the chocolate mixture, making sure everything is well incorporated.

I spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes and place them in the fridge to set for at least two hours. 

"OKAY GIRLIES WE ARE DONE!" I yell.

"Yasss let's get girl time, we have to get ready,"

TIME SKIP A LITTLE- 3 HRS

Me and Jayla were busy eating a bunch of chocolate muffins and cookies, while Kylee was watching some series on Netflix from my laptop. She was chewing on some gum, and the room was filled with sweets, candies and empty bags of chips.

It was about 5 in the afternoon, so We better have to get ready. The girls will also have to leave.

No wait I forgot their staying over.

I get up from my bed and smoothen out the sheets and take the rubbish and put it to the trash before looking towards Jayla and Kylee.

"Hey girls, coming downstairs with me? We also have to start getting ready before 7," I said.

"Okay, Right behind you," They both reply.

I go downstairs and see Javon and Jaden playing games on My couch with my gaming setup and TV.

"Yo, Luni, I didn't know you played games," Jaden smirks at me. I roll my eyes and grab the controllers from them and glare at them both.

"Ever heard of asking before using someone else's property?" 

"Uh, no because it doesn't say that" Jaden snorts. Javon on the other hand just laughs. "Well, you guys were being boring, so Jaden dragged me to this so, kill him,"

"I wish I could kill you, but unfortunately I have to go get ready, and so do you boys so get out," I kick them out.

 I go back to the room with the girls following behind. I take a shower first, washing my hair and then dry my body with a towel and then do my skincare. After that I proceed to do some light makeup, mascara, eyeliner and some concealer by my eyes.

I get into my dress and straighten my hair and put a few gold jewelries, a necklace, earrings and a butterfly shaped ring.

I put some soft colored matte lipstick and cherry Chapstick and get back to my room where Jayla and Kylee had already showered from the guest rooms.

They both are wearing their dresses and Jayla was working on Kylee's makeup.

"OMG Girl, you look like a 10!" Kylee exclaims and gives me a small hug. "So do you babes. You girls ready?" 

"Yes, just give me a minute love, I need to grab my heels and yours," Jayla says. She hands me the nude heels and i don't wear it because we were staying home for now and the party is at like 10.

"Luni how do you get an hourglass body?" Kylee blurts. I raise my eyebrows at her and she just shrugs. 

"Well, that dress frames your body, not tightly or in a way OfCourse but it's like really pretty,"

"I don't know to be honest," I point out.

We get downstairs Where Mum is already helping to organize the plates, and dad is also there helping my mum. He is wearing a black t shirt and jeans; Mum is wearing a long but minimal beige floral dress with mini flowers.

"Hey mum, hey dad," I greet. "Hello Luni, Hello girls," They greet back. Jayla and Kylee greet back, and they go to the living room, and I take out the lasagna and put it on the table. The warm smell wafts around the house and then I take out the cake followed by the mousse.

After the plates and forks were assembled, I took out some glasses and a bottle of soda and juice and some extra bowls for the dessert.

"Your food smells delicious honey, the Waltons will be here in 10," Mum praises and kisses my forehead. "And you look really beautiful," 

"Thanks mum, you do too,"

Dad laughs and hugs my mother and they both bring out some candles and lights them creating a soft atmosphere. The lights were on, and they turned off a few so it was a bit dim but bright enough.

Soon enough, the doorbell rings and I go to answer it. Jaden And Javon were both wearing a Black hoodie and jeans, their hair was slicked back though. Jessica was wearing a simple red dress with off shoulders and DJ in a white shirt with grey jeans.

"Hello, welcome, come in," I Greet them with a smile, not to Jaden OfCourse. Jess gives me a soft smile and DJ Too and both follow me inside to the dining room where Kylee and Jayla were waiting for us.

"Hi guys," Kylee waves.

"Hey. Thank you so much for dinner, you girls look amazing, especially Luni," She smiles warmly at me. I smile back and we all take a seat, and my parents greet as well.

"Let's start, help yourselves," I smile.

They take a slice of lasagna, and my mother cooked some chicken too, but she did it with jess at her house. I bite into my slice, and I close my eyes because it tasted so good, especially the creamy layer.

"This is so good, who cooked it!" Jaden exclaims, shoving the entire piece in his mouth. I smirk and look at him. "Me,"

His eyes turn wide, and he chokes, and Javon rolls his eyes and hands him a cup of water.

"No never mind actually, it's awful, I meant the chicken anyway," He glares. 

"Jaden, please be nice to Luni, she cooked all this," Jessica glares back at Jaden. 

"Fine fine, whatever,"

The rest of the dinner continued with me and the girls with the twins chatting, often Jaden and I getting to an argument and then we moved on to the cake and mousse.

After that Mum and jess offered to do the dishes while we just chill until the party, because jess, DJ And my parents were also going somewhere.
