Okay, the whole thing with Celia was creeping me out. Jade was giving me a 'kill me now' face and I couldn't help smiling a little. We both hate Celia and that fact will never change. "Fine, but don't be too long. I'll come get you after five minutes," I said. I hope that was soon enough. Celia's a little crazy when it comes to Jade... I walked down to lunch and sat down at our table. I didn't want to start eating and have him pop behind me and see the surprise I got him. A minute passed.

Weird... When it comes to Celia, Jade usually finishes it quickly.

Don't forget that he usually screams his head off running from her.

Oh yeah.

SAPPHIRE! GET YOUR FAT ASS UP TO THE SCIENCE ROOM!!! NOW!

That's how you get someone's attention. I ditched my lunch and ran as fast as my annoyingly long legs could carry me. I was running so fast I almost passed the science room. Oops. Topaz is going to give me a hard time about that one... I walked in and saw Celia and Jade kissing. He was clearly not enjoying it.

That. Little. Slut!

Ooh! This is going to be interesting! No one gets between Sapphire and her love for Jade! I better make some popcorn!

Celia notices me and stops kissing him. "Oh. He-llo, Sapphire! You would not believe this, but Jade kissed me! He told me that he loved me and just leaned in...." she said as she fawned over the moment like the creepy girl she was. "That's not what-" Jade tried to explain before Celia cut him off. "He was SO excited about it, that he asked to be my boyfriend! And I said yes!" she squealed. She was clearly expecting me to burst into tears and run off. Yeah, like I'm that immature. Jade mouthed 'I swear that's not what happened,' and I really felt bad for him. I did something that I thought I would never do.

Topaz? Leave her to Jade. Just give him your strength.

Dang it, I wanted to watch you go crazy. Oh well. This will still be pretty fun.

I saw Topaz absorb into him while I asked Celia, "Have you fucked him yet?" "No, but we should later tonight. That's a-" she stated before Jade roared, "HOLY SHIT, NO!" He pushed her off him and was going crazy as a fight started. That's my man. Hmm.... It's so weird saying that without Topaz saying some snarky remark.

Jade's POV

Well, shit.

You got that right.

Not only did Celia smoosh her disgusting, slobbery lips all over my face, Sapphire walked in and now Celia's bending the story to make it seem like I did it. Celia wouldn't let me talk, so I could only mouth 'I swear that's not what happened.' Sapphire gave a small nod saying she understood.

Emerald?

Emerald's soul is away at the moment. Please leave a message after the beep. BEEP.

Seriously, though. I'm going to need your strength.

Alright, fine! I just wanted to make some more biscuits...

I felt Emerald's strength absorb into me. I could tell she wanted to take care of that % but she said, "Have you fucked him yet?" and pointed to me. She wanted me to deal with Celia. She responded, "No, but we should later tonight. That's a-" I lost it there. I yelled, "HOLY SHIT, NO!" as I broke free from her and tackled her. They say that there's a no roughhousing rule, but most often, a fight happens anyway. It was just a punching tackling mess, although I noticed that I was doing more damage than usual.

Emerald? Lay off. We're doing too much damage. I don't want to hurt her that badly!

I can't! There's another force!

What the hell does that mean?!

You really don't get it do you?! It's like being hacked! I can't do anything!

I punched Celia in the nose which knocked her out. I just meant to make her nose bleed. What was going on? I stood up and I felt really dizzy. I staggered around trying to keep my balance.

Jade, we have to retreat.

He grabbed me, well my spirit, and pulled me into the black place that I saw when I was young. I felt my body pass out as I was dragged into the Void.

Topaz's POV

Now, I thought I should tell you something before we move on. Yes, I can see through the fourth wall. I'll try not to do it too often though; I know some of you find it a bit annoying, especially if I do it too much. Anyway, I'll have you know, that even if we didn't expect it to go quite that way, but Emerald and I did plan that. I'll rewind a little bit. To start out, I went to Celia again and did another creepy conscience talk.

Celia?

*Weird spirit thing, you're back!*

Conscience! *Another silent face-palm* Anyway, I know you have something on your mind.

*Yeah. I've tried so hard to show Jade how much I love him and he just brushed it off! How do I make him notice me?*

Hmm.... Maybe he doesn't love you.

*No! I know he does!*

He's been ignoring you. That seems like proof to me.

*That's because he's with Sapphire! He loves me! I KNOW HE LOVES ME!*

I'm not sure about that... But maybe he needs to know what it's like to love you. Maybe you need to force him to feel the love you give ;)

*Yes! YES! That's what I'll do! I'LL SHOW HIM THAT HE'S MEANT FOR ME AND HE DOESN'T NEED SAPPHIRE!*

You do that. *Insert cliché evil laugh. I couldn't resist! XD

I told Emerald about this and he was pretty happy about it. We headed over to a closet to practice out reaction lines. If you just say, "oh no. I can't control this," they're going to know somethings up. So, we wrote scripts that, with a little help of Emerald's foresight, would actually sound real. Yeah, it would be a little bit of improv, but it's not that hard to come up with sassy remarks. All the same, it took a lot of planning. I helped Celia set everything up, while Emerald got Sapphire and Jade in the right positions. There's another side to this, though, that I better explain.

It should be common sense by now that since we are called Bonds, we are bonded with our Catchers, the people that caught us. If you can't figure that out on your own, please drop yourself off at the nearest Insane Asylum, or maybe, Stupidity Asylum. However, that also means we can see inside their minds and, with enough pushing, we can sort of manipulate them. I managed to control Sapphire to tell her Xavier story, while Emerald controlled Jade into dropping his books a lot and being a slow doofus, which was very hilarious from our standpoint.

Lunch came around and Celia was running down the hall to catch up to Jade. I told Emerald to create a mind link. Bonds and Catchers have a mind link that lets them talk to each other. If the link is strong, then they can share pictures with each other, and if the link is even stronger, I can merge with Emerald's mind and watch the events as they play out. Emerald followed Jade and Celia as Sapphire and I went down to lunch. I sat down and breathed slowly. I was about to merge when Sapphire interrupted me.

She dropped her lunch box and was sprinting through the halls. And then she walked right by the science room. Lol, I'm going to give her a VERY hard time about that. X3. Celia lied to piss off Sapphire and I actually looked through her mind and found out she was expecting Sapphire to run out crying and get soo angry. What is wrong with this immature whore?

I merged with Jade and Emerald and heard every bit of their conversation. As much as I wanted to butt in with sassy remarks, Emerald would hear it and would give away the fact that we'd met, and Jade would know about me which would break our rules, and we would fade from existence forever... JUST KIDDING! No, we would disappear for a few days while we had to go back and get schooled by the spirits. My sister had that happen to her a lot and she told me that it was the worst thing. What, surprised I had a sister? She was so much of a troublemaker that she was sent to scouting duty, aka the most boring thing you can possibly do and it's almost impossible to make it fun. She might be stalking you right now, by the way. Don't be alarmed. She can't talk to you anyway, otherwise she's thrown into spirit prison for a week, and your memory is erased. ANYWAY, now for another conversation we've already heard:

That was actually, really believable. Good job Emerald. The plan was following though. Yay! I was watching Jade and Celia fight until he knocked her out and I heard that line:

Jade, we have to retreat.

Jade and Emerald retreated to the Void, and I have never been more excited. Sapphire and Jade were finally going to meet each other and find out about their bonds.
