Jacy came down with a black choker on, it's her 18th b-day she says, "mom I am going out with Miles my bf" she walked out the door in short shorts and a bra crop top that's lace, Jacy who is 16 says, "I am going to Kylie's house MY BF cuz nobody cares about party hats and cake, we are not 3" she walked out the door in a shirt black dress and a dark red choker, they dyed their hair dark purple the day before and came back home at 2am and kacy at 3am, they went to bed and the woke up the next day, just to go to their bfs house at 5am, they also had ditched school the last three days and only done a couple homework assignment but been assigned exactly 248 projects but at least kacy did 200 of them and  Jacy did 171 her mom gave up and decided to get a babysitter, so the girls were grounded for 2 months and we lpthink learned their lesson
