I laid on my bed and had been for hours now. "I've been through a lot the past month or two," I thought to myself. Mom knocked.

"Jackie?"

Mom called me Jackie!

"Sweetie, may I come in?"

"Sure."

Mom came in.

"Two-Bit's here."

I was shocked. I was still in my sleepwear! He can't see me like this! Two-Bit walked in.

"Hey Jackie. You still depressed?"

I nodded.

"You gotta get outta the house sometime, the rest of the boys are worryin' about you. I know you loved both Johnny and Dally but you gotta stop being so depressed and plus the court thing is in a few days."

"Not helping," I said sadly.

He gave me a hug. 

"Me and Pony's been through a lot since I moved here."

"Yeah, Pony's sick."

"Sick?"

"Yeah, he wasn't lookin good the past few days, lost weight, lookin pale."

I was snapped out of my depression.

"Let's go see Pony!"

"Wait a minute there girl. You need to get to get dressed first."

"Right."

Two-Bit smiled. 

"The main reason I'm here is that I was wonderin' if you wanted to get some ice cream at the Dingo right now?"

"Sure."

I got dressed and we left.

At the Dingo, we ordered vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles in a small bowl with a side of root beer. We were enjoying it until a Soc walked to us but he was aiming for me.

"Hey Slayer."

"Shut up jackass. I'm not in the mood."

"Come on now, don't be like that. Why don't you come with me and become the Greaser Slayer."

"Thanks but no thanks. Soc Slayer sounds better. Why don't you tell your friends not to offer me over to ya'll ever again. I'm a Greaser. You know why?"

"Why?" He asked dumbfounded.

"Because they know better than you!" I screamed as I smashed the bottle and pointed it at the Soc.

"Woah!" Two-Bit was shocked.

"You wanna die Soc? Huh!?"

He started running.

"That's right! You better run! Don't mess with the Slayer!"

All including the waitresses and Two-Bit cheered for me.
