The blacklist is for people who have broken too many rules or have given me issues.

Being on the blacklist means you no longer get to adopt from this book. People on the blacklist will get to keep any adopts they have previously gotten from here, but will not get to take any new ones.

You are not allowed to gift/trade/sell my designs to people on the blacklist. Doing so will result in a spot on the blacklist yourself.
