Shantivan..

"Isn't Khushi here?" Arnav asked sitting with the ladies and Aman at the living room.

"No.. She went to her friend's home, woh.. one member of their team.." Dadi said.

"Yes, she went with Nakuul to have dinner at his home.." Aman added nodding his head.

"So you all knew where she's going?" Arnav asked. His heart pricked just by realizing that she informed everyone about this, but him.

"Haan.. Bro's wife is much responsible, always tells kahan (where) she goes.." Pinky said smiling.

Arnav nodded with fake smile, "So I will go back home.."

"Were you waiting for Khushi bitiya only? Can't you spend time with your Dadi at least?" Dadi pouted.

"It's nothing like that Dadi.. I'm just tired.." Arnav sighed.

Dadi kissed his forehead and patted his back letting him go.

Nakuul's home..

"So me and Anika met in college times and fell in love with each other, we both were graduating in fashion designing course but I dropped out when I found my passion for cooking.. I realized that fashion designing wasn't really my thing and wanted to become a Master chef. Things were going well until her family started having problems with me because I was a chef in restaurant and she was a head designer in one of the best companies here, we started fighting again and again but it didn't broke us apart.." Nakuul said.

"So why did you both broke up?" Khushi asked with confused expression.

"She betrayed me.." Nakuul said with sad chuckle.

"What?" Khushi widened her eyes in shock.

"Yes, you see our fightings didn't broke us apart but surely made us feel separated from each other.. We weren't that close anymore and during that time I found her with a friend of hers that worked in same company as hers.." Nakuul said.

"Does that mean she betrayed you?" Khushi raised her eyebrow.

"Yeah.. he was holding on to her waist and she was resting her head on his chest as both walked out of a restaurant probably after dating and went to his car.." Nakuul frowned thinking about the scene.

Khushi thought for a while, first Arnav misunderstood her because of his family and then she found Sheetal dancing in front of him and she could have thought Arnav was betraying her with Sheetal because his family had already made him against her and he could have moved on with Sheetal, but she didn't because maybe Arnav had or not trust on their love but she had full trust in him that happens what happens, he would never betray her with another woman. He would never follow the steps of his father.

"Nakuul should I tell you one thing as your friend?" Khushi asked.

"Yeah feel free to share anything with me.." Nakuul smiled.

"I don't think Anika was at fault.." Khushi bit her lips, she didn't know if he would get angry for her to poke her nose in their personal matter but if she could save their love, then she's ready to try, "I already told you my and Arnav Ji's story.. just like in our story, his family played enemy and managed to separate us.. I think same happened with you too, you told me that her family wasn't happy with you.. maybe they only brought that guy to Anika's life and made all this to make you think Anika moved on in her life.."

Nakuul looked at her for a while, then raised his eyebrow, "You think so?"

"If she loved you more than anything, do you think these small fights would have separated you both?" Khushi asked.

Nakuul gulped at the realization that he might have judged his Anika wrong.

Khushi pressed her hand on his as if consoling him, "You still have time.. go and ask her the truth and resolve your problems together.. If there's lack of communication and trust in a relationship, then only it's bound to break.. Just like mine and Arnav Ji's and now yours and Anika..but it's never too late to amend our mistakes right?"

Nakuul had small tears forming in his eyes, he smiled a little side hugging Khushi.

"Khushi.. actually.. I can't wait till tomorrow.. I need to talk with her now.. Would you mind if I go now.. I'm so sorry I didn't want to leave you alone like this.. but.." he stammered too lost in his own emotions. What if Anika is innocent? What if all this Khushi said is truth? He just can't wait to listen everything from her mouth only.

"Don't worry about me.. I can manage.. You just go and talk with Anika and tomorrow bring good news for me.." Khushi chuckled pushing him to go.

Nakuul blinked his eyes thanking her for being understanding and then left from there running to his life, Anika!

Khushi took her purse and also left his home. She went walking searching for an auto rickshaw but no one was available.

The night was dark and the roads were all empty with only few cars coming and leaving now and then.

She gulped walking as fast as she could to reach home, that's when a car stopped behind her abruptly and she gasped frightened and shocked.

She turned slowly as if she would find a ghost in that car, but the one she saw made her heart sigh in relief.

She smiled and rushed to him, throwing herself in his arms, wrapping her arms around his neck and he circled his arms around her waist automatically.

"Khushi what are you doing here alone?" Arnav asked with worried tone.

"It's a loooooooong story.. I will tell you on the way Arnav ji.." Khushi said breaking the hug.

"Okay.." he nodded and lifted her in his arms taking her to his car.

Khushi rested her head on his chest, playing with his shirt buttons while he walked till the car. Everything changed in her life since this man made an entry, from the Khushi who would find peace in any corner of this world she became dependent of his whole being to feel to secure, to find peace and to feel at home!

Arnav on the other side was worried for her being alone on roads at this time, he felt so much anger inside him for Nakuul who invited her for dinner but didn't drop her home. Tomorrow he would make sure to teach this Nakuul a lesson for leaving her alone at night like this.

But his heart found some peace after seeing her face, hearing her voice and having her in his arms. It's been two days that both didn't talk or even see each other properly and he was missing her like hell that's why he went to Shantivan today to get a glimpse of her so that his impatient heart finds some peace and let him sleep tonight.

"Arnav ji I'm angry with you.." Khushi said when he made her sit on the car and helped her with seat belt.

"Why?" he asked raising his one eyebrow perfectly.

"Won't tell.." Khushi pouted crossing her arms.

"Tell me.. what made my Angel angry with me?" Arnav asked this time in a soft tone, "What did I do?"

"You didn't came to meet me today.." Khushi replied with brimming tears in her hazel eyes, "Do you know how much I waited for you?"

Seeing those tears in her eyes and hearing these words just made him curse himself for even thinking she was happy without him, she didn't made a space for him in her new life. That's completely a lie! He's her life and she's his life!

"Even I waited for you.." Arnav said.

Khushi looked at him with questioning eyes.

"I was in Shantivan now waiting for you but Aman and Dadi told me you went to have dinner at Nakuul's home.." Arnav said.

"I did call you to inform but your phone was unavailable.. you didn't came to meet me whole day so I didn't get chance to tell you also.." Khushi said.

Arnav frowned as he took out his phone from his pocket and saw that phone battery is dead.

"I'm sorry.. I didn't even realize my phone battery was dead.." Arnav said hitting his forehead.

Khushi nodded her head, "It's okay Arnav ji.."

She was relieved to know that it wasn't because he moved on in his life that he forgot about her. He also missed her as much as she missed him.

He went to his side and started driving on way to Shantivan.

"Arnav ji.. I want to go back home.." Khushi said.

"We are going back home Angel.." Arnav smiled.

"Nahin.. home.. our home!" Khushi shook her head.

Arnav applied brakes and looked at her wide eyed, "What do you mean?.. Sheesh Mahal?"

Khushi nodded her head smiling at his shocked expression.

"Are you sure Khushi?" Arnav asked unable to contain his happiness, his eyes were twinkling in happiness now.

"Yes.. I'm sure.." she nodded her head.

"Sure wala sure?" his smile grew even more.

"Very much wala sure!" Khushi giggled.

"Look how both are enjoying after sending us to roads.." Nani said watching Arshi in the car.

Akash looked at both angrily.

"Hello hi bye bye.. How much I wishwa to be in that car enjoying AC.." Mami looked at them dreamily, thinking about her luxury life.

"Start saying hello hi to reality.. because now we're on roads with no place to go!" Mama said.

"Bye bye good life.." Mami pouted sadly.

"Let's leave before they notice us.." Nani said and they started walking faster.

But Khushi turned at right time and saw them, "Arnav ji.. woh dekho.. Raizadas!"

"Hmm.." Arnav nodded watching the walking silently in fear to be noticed by them.

Khushi looked at him, "Are they living on roads now?"

"Now.. Before they were at your Buaji's home.." Arnav said.

"Really?" Khushi widened her eyes. So much happened behind her back and she didn't know what happened.

"I went there today to tell the truth about Akash to Payal.." Arnav said.

"Did she believe in you?" Khushi asked.

"At first no, but then I made her understand in my way.." Arnav sighed, "She only threw them out of their house and now they don't have place to go.."

"Akash is such a cheap man.. I can't believe he continued this act of loving Jiji just to have a place to stay.." Khushi shook her head in disbelief, "It's good that Jiji opened her eyes in time.."

"Thank you Arnav ji.. you managed to do what I couldn't.." she smiled.

"You don't need to thank me.." Arnav pinched her cheek, "I should thank you for saving me from my so called family, for fighting with them alone, for uniting Di with her family (Mahi and Shyam), for taking care of Dadi and Maya aunty like your family, for loving me without expecting anything in return.."

Khushi got tears in her eyes, Arnav shook his head and hugged her tightly, "No tears baba.. I will fill your life with happiness only now.."

Sheesh Mahal..

Khushi stood at their room, staring at it around as all those moments she shared with him played as flashback in her mind.
They were happy, sad, crazy and loving moments between them spent on this room only and today she's back at the same place, her little world with him!

Arnav wrapped his one arm around her waist, hugging her from behind as he pecked her cheek, and huskily said: What happened Angel? What are you thinking?

Khushi slightly turned to face him, "About us.."

"Arnav ji I have came back here to stay with you.. but there's one thing I want both of us to follow from now on.." Khushi said.

Arnav nodded his head obediently, "Anything you say.."

"I know that we both will fight one or other day, but when that day comes our trust on each other should remain intact and we shouldn't speak ill of each other characters.. Instead of handling our problems and fights with anger, I wish we both sit and discuss about it calmly.." Khushi said.

Arnav agreed in no time, "I will work hard to put everything on place in our relationship Khushi.."

"I will too.." she blinked her eyes.

"I will never say those hurtful words to you.. I know how much it broke your heart that day.. I know that I can't take back my words now and I know that you will never be able to forget it now.." he cupped her face.

Khushi stare into his eyes, all she could see was love and truth in it. He was meaning each word he said to her.

She knows it won't be easy to give him same love and care that she gave before he pointed his finger to her character.. but she will try to forgive him!!
