Two Years Later......

The soft golden light of the new day gleamed brightly amongst the magnificent garden, as the cerulean blue sky complemented the soft fluffy clouds above.

Dusty rose chiffon drapes wrapped every inch of the manor as the interior of the Shah mansion gleamed with elegant light fixtures.

The aroma of traditional desi delicacy invaded everyone's senses as the beat of the dholki, along with the giggles from the bride and her groom, indicated the commencement of the wedding reception.

Ayla and Ahaan were finally tied in the most sacred bond ever to exist, and the two had waited patiently for this day since the moment Ahaan had proposed to Ayla two years ago.

When Ahaan had spoken his wishes to marry Ayla to his brother and sister-in-law, he received a plethora of mixed reactions. Noor was over the moon hearing Ahaan's wishes, while Irtaza was skeptical over what Ahaan had proposed.

Despite knowing his brother's pure intentions, Irtaza was still overprotective towards Ayla, and so he told Ahaan to prove himself worthy of his little sister, and when Ahaan proved his worth, Irtaza wholeheartedly gave the duo his blessings.

Now fast forward two years, the duo finally tied the knot and were happier than ever before.

However, the journey Ayla and Ahaan shared was different; Ayla somehow still lived in the reminiscences of her traumatic past, but with the selfless love and support of Ahaan, she was growing stronger each day and was blooming into a headstrong woman.

Lost in the thoughts of her blooming present, Ahaan broke Ayla's reverence and spoke his next words with a goofy smile on his face.

"Darling, where are you lost? Are you already thinking of ways to get rid of me? If you are, then let me break it to you were stuck together forever, and I'm not going anywhere."

Shaking her head over his goofiness Ayla decided to tease her husband further, and so she said.

"Tumhare jaise monkey ke saath tu ab puri zindagi mana hai rehna hai, so it's ok. I guess I can handle a monkey for the rest of our lives."
(I am the only one who has to spend the rest of my life with a monkey-like you)

"Oh really?"

And with that, the usual banter of Ayla and Ahaan began, but they couldn't proceed further as the sound of tiny footsteps broke the duo's trance.

A little girl around the age of two was walking towards her chachu and masi with the most breathtaking smile on her face.

Neharika Noor Irtaza was the perfect mixture of her parents; she reflected the true essence of Noor and Irtaza, and they were truly blessed to have her as their daughter.

Neharika climbed the stage with her tiny feet, and as always, debated on whom to go to first. Because from the moment Neharika was born, she was inseparable from her aunt and uncle. And the two would always fight for her attention, just like they were about to now.

"Haaye, my little Neha is looking so beautiful. But, Ahaan, you're going to lose today because my Neha will come to her masi, not her chachu."

"No darling, meri Neha mere paas hi aayegi."
(My Neha will come to me)

"No, she will come to me."

And just like always, the duo would've continued their banter if they had not paused upon hearing their sister's voice.

"Aaloo, Ahaan, our Neha isn't going anywhere; you both can take turns with her; she already loves all the attention you guys give her that she barely has time for her mama. But don't worry, Aaloo, I will do the same with your daughter, and then we can be even."

"I'm already so excited, Noorie, just imagine they will be besties since birth, oh my gosh, Ahaan, now I can't wait till we have a daugt-"

Ayla didn't realize what she had just said in the moment of pure excitement, but upon recalling her words, tears brimmed her eyes.

Because despite growing from her traumatic past and healing all her broken pieces. Ayla physically and mentally wasn't ready to share the purest form of intimacy with Ahaan.

Her scars were still too deep and fresh for her to even cross that line with her husband. But just like every other promise Ahaan had made to Ayla, he promised her that they would grow from this pain as well.

Because their love was bounded by their souls, and for them, that was the purest form of intimacy they would ever know.

Wiping away the stray tear, Ayla looked at Ahaan, reassuring him that she was okay. And so, grabbing her hands gently, Ahaan placed a fleeting kiss on the back of her hand and spoke the words he knew always calmed her heart.

"I love you, darling, and don't worry, we will have a daughter one day, and just like our Neha, she will be the most amazing part of our lives."

"I love you, my monkey."

Noor looked at her sister from afar with so much love and joy. Her Ayla had come a long way, and she was truly grateful for every blessing they had received from above.

Because despite all the trials they faced after losing their parents and older sister in a plane crash many years ago and the suffering they faced in recent years, the abundant joy and happiness they were bestowed upon with now, filled all the void in their hearts.

Feeling a presence behind, Noor instantly recognized his scent and turned around towards her husband. Irtaza was standing in all his glory, yet his gaze was only admiring his wife. He could stare at her all day, and each day he fell more in love with her.

Upon looking at the mischief grin on his wife's face, Irtaza questioned her.

"Sunshine, what are you hiding from me? The last time you had this kind of grin on your face, we found out that we were having our first baby, our Neha. Are we having another baby?"

Without thinking twice, Noor grabbed Irtaza's hand and softly placed it above her abdomen as she whispered the next few words with immense joy.

"You are about to be a baba again, Irtaza; our little family is growing. I love you so much, and thank you for giving me a family, our family."

Irtaza's joy had no bound; he was going to be a father again, and he would forever be thankful to God for blessing him with the light of his life.

"Sunshine, I'm so happy today; thank you for giving me every joy in this world that I thought would never be mine. You truly are the light of my life, and I am nothing without you.

Mein tumse beintehaa mohabbat karta hu, Noor Irtaza. I love you with all my heart."
(I love you beyond anything in this world)

"Mein bhi tumse beintehaa mohabbat karti hu Irtaza, our life is nothing without you."
(I also love you beyond anything in this world)

Four lives were entangled together by one unfortunate event. Yet, somehow, fate had bounded them together in the purest of ways.

None of them were perfect; they all had flaws, but one thing was perfect in every sense their love.

Because in the end, their love was Beintehaa, their love was truly limitless.
