Some time later

"The court finds the accused guilty and on cases of attempted murder, harassment, assault and kidnapping two innocent citizens. In every court trial, the truth must be supported by factual evidence. Since one of the victims were thoughtful enough to capture the evidence and show it to more than million people making them all witnesses for this case. The accused, Chang Mina is exposed for all her crimes and thus according to the Section 239 of the Criminal Law Procedure, The accused is found to be guilty. Therefore the accused is sentenced for lifetime imprisonment in prison. The court is dismissed." 

The Judge announces and Jimin feels the ability to breathe again. He sighs in relief and collapses on top of Yoongi who quickly catches his tired boyfriend. 

"We won! Hyung we won!" Jimin whispers sounding like he didn't believe himself

"Yes Jimin-ah, Jungkook will be glad to hear that. At last some good news after such a long time" Yoongi said smiling widely and Jimin sighed dreamily feeling happiness cloud his mind. 

"Finally that bitch got what she deserves." Yoongi said smirking

"Yeah I never knew her name was Chang Mina" Jimin said laughing "I thought her name was actually 'Bitch'" 

"Me too mochi, me too." Yoongi said chuckling along.

It has been three months since Taehyung had slipped into coma, and everything was not going good. 

Jungkook quit being a idol claiming that it was the reason his Taehyungie won't wake up. 

No matter how much any of the hyung tried, Jungkook wouldn't change his mind. 

There was some criticization and hate from fans but most wished him best and hoped that he would return when Taehyung wakes up. 

The younger was always seen 24/7 in Taehyung's room saying that he wanted to be the first person that the older saw when his lover wakes up. 

Jimin and Yoongi hurried towards the familiar VIP room where they knew they'd found Jungkook, to let him know the good news. 

Jimin also had a surprise with him that he knew Jungkook was going to love. 

As soon as they entered the room they saw Taehyung lying in bed as usual, the heart monitor showing his lowering heartbeat.

Yoongi's eyes widened when he saw how low the rate was on the monitor but he quickly sighs when it soon came back to the normal pace. 

"Fighting Taehyung-ah" Yoongi whispered and caressed the sleeping boy's hair lovingly 

Jimin smiled sadly and dropped a soft kiss on his soulmate's cheeks, swiftly wiping his tears away. It always broke his heart to see his loud smiling chatty bestie lying their so quiet and motionless. 

"Jimin." Yoongi said softly, and the younger shook his head and sighed. 

"Where is Jungkook?" Jimin asked looking around in confusion but his question was soon answered when he heard the sound of vomiting coming from the attached bathroom. 

"What the fuck." Yoongi muttered panicking and rushed into the bathroom to see a pale Jungkook vomiting heavily 

Jimin's eyes widened worriedly and he swiftly rubbed the younger's back in a way of providing comfort until he finished. 

As soon as he was done and washed his mouth with clean water, Jungkook was met with two pairs of worried eyes staring intently at him. 

"I am fine." He said ignoring them and walked back into the room. He was about to go to his usual place which was between Taehyung's limp arms but then Jimin stopped him from doing so.

"What?" Jungkook asks his voice emotionless and blank 

"Have you looked at yourself recently?" Jimin asks sternly eyeing the younger from head to toe "Do you even know what you look like right now?" 

"Don't know, Don't care" Jungkook muttered and tried to push Jimin away but the older held his ground and did not move an inch.

"Won't you ask us why we came?" Jimin asked his voice serious 

Jungkook sighed and asked in the same blank tone "What brought you both back here?" 

"Today was that bitch's final trial day in the court." Yoongi said quietly and feels a little joy when he saw a little spots of life come back into Jungkook's blank eyes and he asks 

"And what was the result?" 

"She is sentenced to life imprisonment." Jimin said smiling but that immediately dropped when he didn't get the required reaction from the younger

"Only life imprisonment? What about torture and hanging her?" Jungkook asks coldly "She made my Tae suffer so much and what does the law give her in return? A lifetime of cozy stay in the prison?" 

"They couldnt hang her because what she didn't kill Taehyung and it was charged as 'Attempted murder' only." Yoongi explained but that only seemed to worsen the whole situation

"So the Law wants my boyfriend no um my fiancé to die if we have to seek justice? What a fucking piece of bullshit." Jungkook said breathing heavily 

"Jungkook!" Yoongi said worriedly and reached to touch him but Jungkook flinched away and said in a small tone 

"Please hyung. Just go, I will be alright." Jungkook said softly, eyes blood shot and skin pale. His body had lose lot of weight and he now looked like almost like a piece of a stick, his eyes had lost its usual sparkle and now had dark eyebags under them. He looked like an absolute mess. 

He had pounding head aches most of the time due to his recent appetite loss and sleepless nights. 

More than that Jungkook was suffering form some kind of post trauma that always made him flinch or hide away when people even the ones close to him tried to touch him. 

The doctors who inspected him said that it was due the trauma that he had gone through, the younger was suffering from heavy guilt thinking that all that happened to the love of his life was his fault. 

he had nightmares of people touching him inappropriately and killing Taehyung, and suddenly everything and everyone around him felt scary. Like they all were monsters waiting to torture him. 

It didn't change no matter how many medicines he took and all the doctors came into the conclusion that maybe Taehyung waking up would improve his condition as the older was also a victim and would be able to provide Jungkook more comfort than any of us could. 

Yoongi gulped blinking back tears, as he walked out of the room his heart heavy and melancholic.

Jimin was about to follow him as he didn't want to worsen Jungkook's fear. But then he remembered the surprise gift he had to give to the younger.

"Here, it was something Taehyung had been working on a month before the incident. He wanted to show it to you himself but now that he is not able to I am giving it to you. It was his gift to you. I hope it giver you strength Jungkook-ah. Fighting!" Jimin said softly and placed the usb on top of the bed and walked away. 

Jungkook quickly took it and plugged it into his phone, and inside the usb he found a music clip named Sweet Night. 

he tapped the play button. 

At first there was a lot of shuffling noise but then soon it disappeared and Jungkook heard the familiar deep melodic voice he had missed. 

"Uhm Anneyohaseyo! So Jungkookie if everything goes according to my plan you should've got this from Jimin because that bratty soulmate of mine insisted that he will give it to you on our anniversary and film your reaction!"  Taehyung's cheery deep voice plays out and Jungkook feels his heart rate increasing as he feels the silent tears falling down his cheeks.

He fucking missed the older so much. 

"You know Kookie, I've admired you so much as a musician that I couldnt help but make a song. I want this to be a gift to you on our anniversary! Its not that good but I really hope you will love it! Oh Also before starting 'Borahae Jungkookie!' I love you more than anything in this world and if I could stop time I would gladly do so that we both can be together forever. But sadly I can't however I can promise you that No matter what happens I will love you and stay with you forever."  

"So don't you worry love, because all of this is not a coincidence. We're completely different baby as we've found our destiny in each other. Now I should really stop blabbering and start!" Taehyung said and Jungkook felt Goosebumps arise on his skin as he heard the older's giggled at the end

And unconsciously Jungkook found himself smiling and chuckling for the first time in a few months 

"Presenting Sweet Night by Kim Taehyung for Jeon Jungkook!!! Okay clap or else I will make you sleep on the couch you brat!" Taehyung playful voice rang out and Jungkook immediately clapped in tiny , a giggle coming out his throat. 

Taehyung then started, the beautiful melody of guitar immediately got Jungkook humming sweetly along to the music. 

A bright smile on his face

 Taehyung was right. 

They're the ones who found destiny and he was sure that the same destiny would bring them back together as one.
