Tobirama looked over towards the intense battle between All Might and Mirio against All For One, both heroes were doing good in the fight but it seems that All For One was fighting for his life.

"Dabi, Kaina how are things going?" Said Tobirama using his earpiece.

"Absolutely amazing, I got my clothes from the dry cleaner and I even found a 10,000 yen bill on my way here, how are you sir?" Said Dabi.

Tobirama's normally passive face grew a slight twitch but he suppressed it.

"We are doing good Tobirama, these Nomu aren't that strong and it's pretty easy to take them out, though it's harder to protect the civilians since lots of these heroes are also attacking us" said Kaina.

"If need be suppress the heroes but don't kill them, after today things will change" said Tobirama as he then ran towards the battle between All Might, Lemillion and All For One.

"Air cannon, impact recoil, metal spikes!" Said All For One as he sent a massive air blast filled with spikes towards the two heroes.

All Might moved in and sent a Detroit smash which dissipated the attack, then him and Mirio charged forward with Mirio disappearing into the ground while All Might tried to punch All For One. The attack was blocked and he was met with a metal spike being slammed into his shoulder making his left arm useless giving it went through the bone.

"POG CHAMP SMASH!!!" Yelled Mirio slamming his fist right into All For Ones face giving a sickening crack and everyone could see that the villains jaw was broken. But they then saw it heal and after a moment it was like nothing happened.

"I must say All Might you did find yourself a good successor, his quirk is by far the most annoying thing I've faced compared to all the previous wielder's" said All For One. "But after today that will change, both you and your successor will lay dead at my fight much like that damn vigilante who's been throwing wrenches in my plans since day one!".

"Flying Raijin Slash!" Said Tobirama appearing Infront of All for one with his blade extended out, he then turned around and formed a blue ball of chakra in his hand "Rasengan!".

The attack smashed into All For Ones gut and slowly and very painfully drilled into his body grinding away at the flesh before he was blown back.

Tobirama stood up and glared at the villain "you truly are a man possessed by evil, you were so desperate to defeat me you brought back a man that could've easily destroyed the world and no one but me could've stopped him".

"Hahaha you call me evil yet you wish to cause civil war and plunge all of Japan in war, it will kill thousands of people and yet you can look at me and call me evil" said All For One. "Don't make me laugh, your just as guilty as I am, the only difference is that you pretend to be good for this stupid species known as humanity".

"If bringing happiness and making a world where people can be happy and children no longer need to battle, where children don't longer need to fear being in war. Then so be it, I shall plunge my heart into darkness and drench myself in as much blood as I need to; to make sure no one has to suffer like that ever again.

Like my brother once told me, I wish to make a place where children can be adults, people can be people, parents can be parents and no one has to burry a family member because of war, famine or greed" said Tobirama. "It is a stupid dream because we humans are complicated beings who always seek more even if it is at the cost of others, a dream like that isn't possible and yet I will still strive for it because even though we are evil... I know we still have good in us all the same".

All For One stood up and his injury healed as he glared at Tobirama "even you admit that we are evil, that's why I shall rule this world, I shall make a world where only the strong shall survive and the weak will die".

Tobirama closed his eyes "this ends now All For One, I won't let you destroy this world".

Tobirama sent a massive amount of chakra into his legs and shot forward slamming his elbow into his chest which made AFO grunt in pain. He then blocked a strike from the villain while also kicking the side of his head shattering what was left of his mask making it so it's harder for him to breath.

AFO's arm exploded with lots of different quirks showing a grotesque large arm and he then managed to punch Tobirama away. Tobirama used this to go through hand seals and sent a extremely powerful blast of water that was strong enough to cut through steel.

The attack was dodged by AFO but then he was attacked by All Might "NEW YORK SMASH!!!!".

"Damn him!" Yelled AFO as he slammed into the ground and stood up but before he could react Mirio popped up and sent a California smash straight into his chest.

"KUROGIRI GET GIGANTOMACHIA!!!!" Yelled AFO in desperation as he stood up from the attack, his healing quirks we're starting to not be as effective given the amount of damage he keeps taking.

A massive portal opened and they saw a giant man start to walk through but before he could get fully through something happened.

"Now" said Tobirama.

Himiko appeared behind Kurogiri and stabbed him in the side of his head killing him instantly and causing the portal to snap shut and cut the giant in half.

"AGHHHH! MASTER HELP ME!!!!" Yelled Gigantomachia as he tried to hold his insides in but was loosing way to much blood.

AFO froze when he saw this, he then looked over at Toga who smiled and waved at him while pulling the blade out of the side of his head.

"This can't be... This can't be happening.... Garaki bring in my other Nomu!" Said AFO using a quirk. Instead of hearing him all he heard was someone else.

"I'm sorry sir but that doc is dead along with all those Nomu, Tobirama saw this coming so he sent us to kill them" said a Anbu in Garaki's base before he plunged a kunai into the doctors head killing him.

AFO froze, he couldn't comprehend it, every single plan he had, years.. decades of planning have all gone to waste, his league is dead, his army is gone, Kurogiri and Gigantomachia along with the doctor are dead. His allies are either dead as well or too scared to even show their faces, everything he planned has come crashing down and AFO simply fell to his knees not able to handle it anymore. Nothing has gone according to plan and now everything is simply in shambles.

Tobirama walked up to him standing behind him and in his hand was a Chidori, he didn't even let AFO have any last words before the Chidori went right through his heart killing him.

"Your reign has finally come to an end All For One" said Tobirama as he pulled his arm out and the body of All for one fell to the ground dead.

Tobirama then turned and looked at All Might and Mirio who were both staring at him.

"He is dead and can't hurt anyone ever again, his organization is gone as well, I only have the remnants of the hero association and villains along with the government as my enemy, so tell me All Might" said Tobirama glaring at him as he flexed his chakra showing him just how powerful he was "will you also be my enemy".

All Might stared at him for a long time not saying anything before he shook his head "no.. my time as a hero is up anyways...".

"What but All Might we need to stop him" said Mirio looking at him shocked.

"No Mirio.. even if I wanted to I couldn't... My time is all used up" said All Might as he deflated into his normal form.

Tobirama looked at them both before he turned and saw that most of his Anbu have defeated all the Nomu in the area along with the heroes that did attack them.

"Just know this Lemillion, I shall change the government to ensure something like this doesn't happen again and if you do stand against me. Then you will be my enemy" said Tobirama as he walked away towards his forces to help them clean up the remnants of the Nomu.

"Mirio I know you don't agree with him... But the tides are changing... And as sad as It is sometimes we need change or to completely change the system" said All Might.

"I don't understand sir".

"You will one day, just know this... Sometimes change is a good thing while other times it isn't, you must know when is the time for which" said All Might.

Mirio's mouth thinned into a line as he looked at his master before looking back at Tobirama and the Anbu cleaning up everything.

For Tobirama and his forces, once they finished up they all fled the scene giving more and more heroes were showing up along with police officers. Though some of the heroes and police didn't raise a finger to them while others attacked them on sight.

After they left, all that was left for the heroes and police to do was start making sure everyone was alright and help any that were injured.

Tobirama and his Anbu arrived back at base where they were all greeted by members that were either too young or to injured to help in battles.

For Tobirama and Kaina they didn't even get 10 feet into the base before they were both tackled by a little white missile that was Eri, she was hugging them both very tightly.

"I was really worried... I thought I was going to you get hurt papa..." Said Eri as she hugged them.

Tobirama picked her up and gave her one of his rare genuine smiles "don't worry Eri, I will do everything I can in my power to make sure I will always come back".

Eri nodded her head and then she hugged Kaina "I was worried about you too mama".

Kaina smiled and kissed her horn as she hugged her.

"Hokage-sama" said one of the Anbu walking towards him "what will we do now sir?".

"First... We must let things calm down a little bit in order for the heroes to drop their guard and then we can begin our mission" said Tobirama. "There is a very high chance this could lead into civil war which is something I would like to avoid to stop needless deaths, but if it is not avoidable then I will bare the full weight of the consequences".

The Anbu nodded their heads in understanding, they will continue follow him on his journey until he achieves his goal which will allow them to achieve their own goals.
