Riots broke out into the streets when people found out that the hero association was planning to overthrow the government and enact martial law.

Across the whole country riots were going off and lots of the people in the riots tracked down the members and dragged them from their workplace or homes and beat them to death right then and there.

It was complete chaos in the streets and the Anbu had to increase the patrols they did to help maintain order and to the humiliation to lots of heroes the rioters listened to the Anbu.

Heroes were at a all time low and most were out right hated and persecuted till they had to retire.

On one rooftop Tobirama sat on it overlooking the city watching as people went by their day.

He then sensed someone appear behind him and looked seeing Aizawa standing there holding his hands up showing he wanted no trouble.

"I'm simply here to talk and nothing else" said Aizawa.

"What do you want to talk about" said Tobirama ready to take him down if need be.

"Principal Nezu wishes to talk with you" said Aizawa.

Tobirama looked at him for long moment "and why does he want to talk to me?".

"I'm not sure but he's been interested in speaking with you for a long time now" said Aizawa.

"Tell him I'll speak with him in one week from now" said Tobirama before he ran off to finish his patrol.

Tobirama ran from roof top to roof top and eventually arrived at the spot he wanted to get to and perched himself on the top of it and overlooked the alley.

Down at the bottom was Giran who was trying to recruit some more villains for the league.

Ever since he killed Shigaraki, the league has been oddly silent but that told Tobirama that they were planning something big and he knew he had to learn it.

"Go to this address and you'll be handsomely rewarded if you join" said Giran as the tall well built hooded figure nodded and walked away.

Giran lit a cigarette and started to walk away but before he could get far he suddenly felt the wind pick up and he was being held upside down by his foot over a very tall building.

"Ahhh!" He started to panic and then his eyes landed on Tobirama and he felt his blood run cold.

"Your gonna give me the information I want or else" said Tobirama glaring at him.

"A-any information I-I provide h-has a price s-so unless your willing to p-pay then I have no interest" he said trying to not sound scared.

Tobirama's eyes narrowed "fine then have a nice fall".

"Wh-AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" He started to scream as he fell over 10 stories and saw the ground closing in very fast but before he hit it he felt his leg get pulled and his leg popped out of his hip "AGHHH FUCK!!".

Tobirama slowly pulled him up and held him by his dislocated leg "talk or I'll do the same thing to your other leg".

"Ok! Ok! What do you want to know!" Said Giran, he knew he couldn't intimidate Tobirama or even hold anything on him since his informers could find literally nothing on him or his Anbu that wasn't already known.

"Tell me about the League and the Meta Liberation Army" said Tobirama.

"I don't know where exactly the league is other that somewhere in Kamino ward and for the MLA they are in Deika City" said Giran.

"Good" said Tobirama dropping him where he fell and slammed into the fire escape then against a wall before he fell into an dumpster with multiple broken bones.

Giran was groaning in pain and then felt something heavy land on him and saw a brief case and he slowly and painfully reached up opening seeing what he assumed was well over 1 billion yen.

Tobirama walked into his base and saw his Anbu training rigorously while others were heading out on missions or relaxing.

He continued to walk down the base and then saw Eri out the corner of his eye trying to throw a kunai but kept missing every time.

A small smile formed on his face and he walked over to her and watched as she kept trying but couldn't hit the mark.

"Flick your wrist when you throw it" said Tobirama.

Eri turned around and saw her papa and nodded her head, she took a deep breath trying to look brave and then grabbed the training kunai. She pulled it towards her chest before she threw it and this time she flicked her wrist and it hit the outer edge of the target.

"I hit it" said Eri happily.

"Indeed you did and with time and practice you'll be able to hit the bullseye" said Tobirama.

"TOBIRAMA!!" Yelled a voice that made both him and Eri flinch.

Marching up to them was a very angry Kaina who was wearing an apron and had her hair in a ponytail, in her hand was a frying pan.

"What have I told you about training Eri! She's still young and should enjoy her childhood!" Yelled Kaina.

"I agree but she also needs training and I plan to help and incr-" he didn't get to finish that sentence because Kaina slammed the frying pan into his face making him go flying and smashing through a wall.

"SHE'S ONLY 6 AND I WON'T LET YOU TRAIN HER TILL SHE'S AT LEAST 10!!!".

"I think I just fell in love again... Also I'm pretty sure somewhere in her family history there was an female Uzumaki in it.." thought Tobirama.

"Now come on sweetie I made us lunch" said Kaina turning into her happy self and took Eri's hand leading her to the kitchen.

"Ok Mama" said Eri following her, she knew that mama is scary when angry and didn't want to see angry mama..

Ever since Tobirama and Kaina got together, Kaina officialy took up the mother role and very much enjoyed being a mother. She still went out on patrols and did her other Anbu duties but she spent more time at base raising Eri and helping all the other orphan children regain happiness to act like kids again.

"You ok Hokage-sama?" Asked Dabi who was munching on a bag of chips.

Tobirama stood up tearing the wall up more and dusted himself off like nothing happened "yes I'm fine".

"She has you well whipped" snickered Dabi.

"Just you wait Dabi, soon you'll be the one getting whipped" said Tobirama making him shiver.

"Pssh yeah right single life for me" said Dabi.

Tobirama just rolled his eyes and walked off to where Kaina and Eri were to eat the food she made.

Kaina turned out to be an amazing cook and he was pretty sure that it Mito was alive she'd be begging her for cooking tips while yelling at Hashirama.

A week past since then and Nezu was sitting in his office looking over paperwork before he stopped and cupped his hands together "it's a pleasure to finally meet you Hokage".

An invisible barrier disappeared and before Nezu appeared Tobirama standing before him with his arms crossed.

"The pleasure is all mine, now why did you want to talk to me?" Said Tobirama.

"For a multitude of reasons but mainly so I can offer an olive branch to you since your changing the world so fast" said Nezu.

"And what were you going to offer?" Said Tobirama.

"Before I answer that let's have some tea, it helps calm the mind" said Nezu grabbing a second cup and filling it up before he refilled his own.

Tobirama took the tea and took a sniff of it "this is Jasmine Tea".

"Indeed, it's quiet healthy for the body and I much prefer using plants or natural healing methods instead of taking medicines" said Nezu taking a long slow sip of it.

Tobirama let a rare smile appear on his face and took a sip of it as well "I agree, I prefer the things nature offers instead".

Both of them enjoyed the moment of silence before Tobirama decided to speak up " so what is it you want".

"I wish for once this is all over that you and your Anbu will help teach future heroes that value of truly protecting the innocent and not being blinded by greed" said Nezu. "I can see from your eyes you've had a lifetime worth of experience with it and I'm sure you can help future heroes become true heroes".

Tobirama crossed his arms and thought it over, thinking about all the pros and cons about this to see if the benefits outweighed the negatives.

"I only see one real problem with that as of now".

"Oh? And what would that be Tobirama?".

"Bakugo, it's because of him my parents are dead and he has fallen far from anything a hero should be, he's becoming a second Endeavor and there's truly no good way to fix him unless you throw him in jail and throw the key away".

Nezu interlocked his fingers and nodded his head "I do agree that Bakugo is a lost cause but you understand I have to have evidence before I can do anything".

"And I shall provide it, my men are going through the hero associations servers that we stole as we speak".

"Well then I look forward to seeing the full grasp of the evil they committed".

"Since you want that then I want access to UA's resources to help make my organization global".

"Hehe consider it done" said Nezu as he stood his hand out and Tobirama took it and they shook.

Tobirama came back to his base and informed everyone of his meeting with Nezu and that they will be going after the Meta Liberation Army to isolate the League.

He then walked back to his office and looked over all his paperwork while making a shadow clone to go over everything that wasn't critically important. He then took the paperwork he needed to his room to work on it.

As he read the reports and filled them out he felt a pair of arms snake around him and a large heavy mass press against his back.

"Hey Tobirama" said Kaina resting her head on his shoulder.

"Hello Kaina, you seem really happy".

"Mhm, Eri made some friends with those orphans and is currently trying to get them to play and some of them are starting to regain their humanity after what the hero Association did".

"That's really good to hear".

Kaina pouted since he wasn't giving her attention and was more focused on his paperwork.

Tobirama was suddenly turned around and saw Kaina straddle his legs and put both her hands on his shoulders as she looked him in the eyes.

"Paperwork can wait, I want to spend some time with my water dragon~" said Kaina as she leaned in and kissed him wrapping her arms around him and giving a slight moan into the kiss.

"Paperwork can indeed wait" were Tobirama's thoughts as he happily kissed her back and placed his hands on her hips.
