Tobirama was sitting in his office watching the news and seeing how the world is reacting to All Might's true form.

It was safe to say people were panicking and some were asking what was happening to him.

Villains saw this as a opportunity and started to attack more often with crime levels increasing all over Japan.

Because of this Tobirama increased his Anbu's patrols all over Japan to help take down the increase in crime across the country.

"Papa!" Yelled Eri running into his office with a massive grin on her face. She started calling him Papa and Kaina Mama, thanks to Dabi telling her they were her parents.

Tobirama was happy but still threw Dabi under the bus by making him do sewer patrols for a month. He couldn't stop laughing when he saw the color drain from his face.

"Yes what is it Eri?" He said looking at her and noticing she was wearing a mini version of Anbu clothes.

"Watch this" said Eri as she pulled out training kunai which were dull so they wouldn't hurt anyone and threw 4 of them at the wall. With 1 sticking in the wall and the others falling to the ground "look and soon I'll be as good as you".

Tobirama could literally see the happiness and innocence radiating off her "she's too adorable and innocent for this world...". He thought while covering his eyes from the light.

"I've been practicing and I'm gonna be a super cool ninja like you" said Eri as she did a little pose.

Tobirama felt a arrow pierce his heart for how cute that was "she could make Madara give up being evil just by smiling...". "Eri if you were to become a Anbu like me and everyone else you'd have to do a lot of training but I'm sure if you trained hard. Enough you'd become a powerful ninja".

She smiled brightly and ran over and hugged him tightly "thank you Papa".

Tobirama smiled and rubbed the top of her head.

"Hokage-sama forgive me for interrupting but I have urgent news" said a otter masked Anbu entering the room.

"Report" said Tobirama going into Hokage mode.

"The league of villains has launched a massive attack on Hosu releasing over 30 Nomu and a army of villains. The heroes and police are getting overwhelmed at the moment.

Endeavor, Ingenium, Edgeshot along with lots of other heroes are there trying to take back the city but are loosing" said Otter.

"Assemble the Anbu. We are taking back the city and shall show the world that we will help this world" said Tobirama.

"Can I come papa? I wanna help" said Eri looking up at him.

"I'm sorry but no, this it's too dangerous for you so I want you to stay here and guard the base along with all the rookies that are here ok?" Said Tobirama.

"I promise papa, I'll protect this base!" Said Eri raising her arms in determination.

In Hosu the city looked like a massive war zone.

Building were burning, bodies laid the streets and civilians were running away panicking from all the chaos ensuing.

"PROTECT THE CIVILIANS AT ALL COSTS!!" Yelled Ingenium looking at other hero's and police officers that were desperately. Trying to hold their ground against the Nomu and villains.

"INGENIUM LOOK OUT!!" Yelled Native.

He turned and saw a Nomu's fist coming towards him and if he moved the people behind him would get killed.

"Water bullet Jutsu" said Tobirama sending a water bullet at the Nomu with it cleaving it's head off its body killing it instantly.

The Nomu fell to the ground dead and Tobirama walked right past its body with a bunch of Anbu behind him.

"Stain take care of the villains. Lion kill any hard hitter Nomu. Cobra provide sniper support" said Tobirama.

"Hai Hokage-sama" they said.

"All other Anbu kill any villains and Nomu you come across but your top priority is to protect the civilians" said Tobirama.

"Hai Hokage-sama!!" Said over 200 Anbu surrounding the area.

The heroes looked in shock while most of the civilians were crying in happiness and hope, knowing they are safe now.

Tobirama then shot off while holding his Katana and he cleaned two Nomu's in half while creating a water whip to decapitate a flying one.

The Anbu charged taking down any Nomu or villain near them while protecting the civilians.

Lion created a hell storm of blue flames killing over 20 in a mere instant.

Cobra jumped on top of a building and began sniping any villain or Nomu she could see.

Stain charged and began cutting down villains "Hokage-sama has decreed that you must be slain and I won't disappoint him!!".

All around Hosu Anbu we're running around saving people and killing villains.

Tobirama shot a massive wave of water at a bunch of fires to put them out but noticed that it will take too long to stop this.

"Eagle bring me up" said Tobirama.

An Anbu with a eagle mask appeared behind him "hai Hokage-sama" he said as he grabbed him and lifted him up into the sky.

Tobirama started to go through hundreds on hand signs and soon the dark sky started to get darker.

"Water style Jutsu: Poseidon's wrath" said Tobirama as it started to down poor heavily to the point nothing but the rain could be seen.

People started panicking but the Anbu helped escort them out because they could still see.

He then looked out into the distance and saw Shigaraki standing on top of a water tower along with Kurogiri.

Tobirama then body flickered away and landed right Infront of them startling both of them.

"What th-" said Shigaraki before Tobirama's lighting covered hand plunged through his chest and out his back where his heart is.

"Your not escaping this time" he said coldly.

Shigaraki's body fell to the ground and before Kurogiri could react Tobirama's arm shot out and grabbed his metal collar almost crushing it.

"And you. Your gonna tell your master what happened here and that he's next" said Tobirama releasing all of his KI.

Kurogiri felt pure fear enter his body and couldn't move or breath. The air was thick and it felt like if he simply blinked he'd be killed.

"Now go before I cleave your head off" said Tobirama.

Kurogiri just made a noise and made a portal quickly leaving.

Tobirama looked back at the city and pulled out a kunai "I'm tired of these games. All for one".

"F-forgive me master..." Said Kurogiri bowing before All for one.

"This is... Unfortunate... Our plans are now pushed back.." said All for one.

"N-not only that but... He said your next.." said Kurogiri.

"Oh did he now? If so then let's see who will win this battle?

Tobirama was standing in the middle of the street watching his Anbu finish mopping up the enemies.

In the corner of his eye he saw a camera crew looking at him but he simply ignored it.

"TOBIRAMA!!" Yelled Endeavor as he charged at him.

Before he could get closer a bullet flew through his legs right at the knees.

He fell to the ground painfully and before he could do anything else a lion masked Anbu was standing Infront of him with blue flames licking his arm.

"Try it I dare you" said Dabi.

"You... Who are you..." Said Endeavor glaring at him while also remembering those blue flames.

Dabi smirked under his mask and slowly pulled it off showing his face and shocking Endeavor.

"What's wrong dad? You look like you've seen a ghost" said Dabi.

"Toya that's enough" said Tobirama using his real name.

"SMASH!!!" Yelled All Might soaring through the air and trying to punch Tobirama.

He simply raised his hand and caught his fist "so your here to try and beat me again".

"I'm here to stop you! Your tearing apart our country and what you doing is illegal!!" Said All Might.

Tobirama glared at him "you can't stop me and I'm only tearing it apart to fix this world from your mistakes".

All Might glared at him and tried to punch him but Tobirama ducked under it and brutally slammed his fist into his side making him. Puke out blood and revert to his real form.

"Your a weak and frail old man. It's time you realize you can't stop me and it's time for you to finally give up and retire. Your time is over All Might and I'll finish the job that not even you could and kill All for one" said Tobirama.

"Hokage-sama all the villains and Nomu have been killed or defeated" said Kaina kneeling before him.

"Good then we are leaving" said Tobirama as they all body flickered away.
