Izuku stood Infront of his class and watched Nine climb out of the ocean and glare at him, his respiratory mask was shattered.

"So your the one Shigaraki warned me about" said Nine as he activated his weather quirk and started to create a massive storm above him.

"One for all 40%" muttered Izuku as he blitzed forward in incredible speeds already faster than before and appeared infront of Nine.

Izuku kicked his leg forward and it slammed into Nine once again and sent him flying.

Nine quickly summoned a massive bolt of lightning from the storm above and it slammed into Izuku hurting him greatly.

Izuku quickly stood back and charged at Nine with him cocking his fist back to punch him.

Nine responded by creating a air wall that blocked the attack then countered by creating a massive blue hydra that tried to eat Izuku.

"Damnit..." Said Izuku as he dug his feet into the ground trying to stop the attack. He looked behind him and saw the town and activated Blackwhip and had it dig into the ground slowing it down. "OHIO SMASH!!!".

Izuku's fist slammed into the hydra destroying it immediately and he quickly looked up and saw a punch of purple lasers coming at him. He quickly dashed off dodging them and went in random directions as he got closer to avoid being hit.

"DAMN YOU!!!" yelled Nine as he created a massive tornado and sent it towards Izuku who got hit by it and was trying to regain his balance. Nine grinned and shot out two blue hydras that split up and hit Izuku from different sides.

Izuku got hit by another one and quickly dodged a massive boulder that almost took his head off.

"100% TEXAS SMASH!!!" Yelled Izuku as he kicked his leg down towards the bottom of the tornado and it collapsed it freeing him.

He quickly shot off and tried to get in close to Nine but thanks to Nines quick reflexes he was dodging most of the punches. Nine turned his body to the side and slammed his hand on Izuku's stomach and shot a laser through it.

Izuku coughed out blood and before he could react Nine used a combination of his storm quirk and hydra quirk.

"Die!!!" Yelled Nine as he sent Izuku flying and started to use the hydra and slam Izuku around the area and fling him like a ragdoll.

Nine then threw Izuku towards the city where he slammed through multiple buildings and slowly forced himself up.

"He's strong..." Said Izuku as he upped his power to 50% and shot off towards Nine and was able to punch him in the stomach before Nine could react.

Nine grunted in pain and grabbed Izuku by the face and tried to steal his quirk.

"AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!" Izuku screamed in a massive amount of pain from feeling like his brain was getting ripped out.

Nine ended up in a massive black void which greatly confused him.

"Where am I?" Muttered Nine in confusion as he looked around, something caught his eye and he saw 8 balls of light rocketing towards him.

Before he could even react all 8 balls of light slammed into him with enough force to destroy a small city and they kept. Zipping around him hitting over and over again.

After what felt like hours the 8 balls of power combined into one and hit him sending him out of Izuku's mind.

Before he left someone grabbed his face and... All he felt was fear from the figure above him. It was as if death was staring at him.

"Don't ever think about doing that to my son again" the figure said before he crushed Nines skull and quickly disappeared before the previous users found him.

Nine let go of Izuku and grabbed his head in pain and kept shaking because his body felt all of that and he saw his life flash before his eyes.

"What... Was that...." Nine thought as he looked up and saw Izuku slowly stand up. "I don't know what that was but I'm gonna kill you then steal that boys quirk and kill Shigaraki".

Izuku forced his body up and used Black whip to stabilize his broken arm and leg so he can move easier and with less pain.

"I have to finish this" thought Izuku as forced his body to use 60% and shot forward while ignoring the pain he was in.

Izuku's fist collided with Nines air wall and cracked it before he shot off and tried to go around him and hit him from the back.

Nine turned around and used his weather quirk and had a bolt of lightning hit Izuku which wounded him even more.

"Keep going... Don't stop..." Thought Izuku as he forced his body to keep moving.

To the spectators watching this fight it looked like a green bolt of lightning shooting off randomly to try and hit the figure standing in the middle.

Izuku was running low on steam but kept forcing his body to move and decided to try and end it in a single punch.

He shot Black whip out and grabbed 2 massive boulders and swung them from opposite directions towards Nine which forced him to block those.

"100% JAPAN SMASH!!!!" Yelled Izuku as his fist slammed into Nine and shot him backwards.

Nine went flying and kept slamming into the ground before he came to a stop at a cliff edge.

"Damnit..." Thought Izuku as he fell down and was barely standing as now both arms and one of his legs were broken. "Get up... Get up... GET UP!!!!!".

Nine slowly stood up and had massive purple lines covering his body which seemed to be destroying it and was seething in rage at all of this.

"IM GOING TO KILL YOU DEKU!!!!" Yelled Nine as he put all his effort into creating a massive storm that covered all of Nabu island. The storm was so large and powerful it covered over 50 miles and was creating waves 9 feet high with winds reaching 60 mph.

Izuku used Black whip to hold himself to the ground and he turned around and saw in the distance 1A was holding on desperately. Trying not to be blown away.

He could only imagine what the civilians are facing right now and knew he had to keep fighting.

"One for all please... Give me strength so I can beat him.. I can't do this alone and I need you so please allow me to use my strength and not All Mights. I may not be strong enough to handle it but please I need it" said Izuku hoping the previous users were listening.

Izuku got no response and was about to fight Nine regardless when he felt a hand on his shoulder and looked at the figure. He recognized as the first user he saw all the time ago.

"Your ready ninth... But be warned your body will destroy itself using 100% but we know you need it, so we will do our best to keep the damage to a minimum". Said the first user before he disappeared.

Inside Izuku's mind the first user was walking past all of the other users towards the massive stars where the green one was connected. To three of the stars, with the first one being a massive yellow star which was All Mights, and then a silver one which was Nana's. With the final one being a red one which was connected to Banjo.

Around Izuku's star was white wisps which prevented Izuku from using his full power which the first placed on him to protect him.

"Are you sure he's ready?" Said the fourth who hasn't fully manifested yet "he's still a kid and very weak".

"It's not that I'm sure... It's that I know he's ready to handle this power" said the first as he reached his hand forward and removed the white wisps. "Now go Ninth... Kick that man's ass!".

Izuku felt a massive wave of power suddenly flood into him and it felt as if his own body was going to explode from the power coursing through him.

"We'll only be able to hold your body together for 1 minute so don't waste any time" said the first user.

He suddenly felt a bunch of foreign powers surge into him and felt all his pain and exhaustion disappear.

"Right..." Said Izuku before he closed his eyes and activated his One for all. "One for All 100%".

The ground beneath Izuku shattered from the power he was generating and his dark green hair shined turquoise green and stood up. The lighting around Izuku intensified and was cracking and breaking the ground each time it touched it. The smell of Ozone was heavily present around Izuku.

Nine looked at Izuku and noticed he seemed stronger but brushed it off "now di-".

He blinked and he noticed he was laying on the ground and the ocean around him was parted and Izuku had his fist imbedded on his stomach.

Just as he realized that Izuku moved that fast he felt the pain wash over him and blood leaked from his eyes, nose, mouth, and ears.

He blinked again and he was high in the air and Izuku was above him and axed kicked him into the ground with enough force it shook the entire island.

"W-what... The f-...uck..." Said Nine as he looked up at Izuku's form in the sky and it scared him.

It looked like a god looking down on a mortal and he was the mortal.

"D...on't u-underestimate.. me" said Nine as he had the massive storm send all of it's power to a single point and the lighting bolt struck down. Nine couldn't help but grin as he saw it heading towards Izuku and he wasn't even moving. but it was quickly replaced with fear for what he saw Izuku do.

Izuku swung his arm back and the force of it disrupted the lightning bolt and destroyed the entire storm cloud above the whole island. Letting the sun shine through as if light finally pierced the darkness and won.

"What are you..." Said nine backing away while feeling nothing but pure fear in his body.

"I'm the symbol of hope" said Izuku as he appeared above Nine faster than the blink of the eye and had his fist cocked back.

Nine watched as in slow motion as Izuku's fist came towards him and as it did the last thing he saw was a one of those bolts of lightning around him. Turned black with a red hue and his eyes flashed red.

"SMASH!!!!!" Yelled Izuku as his fist landed on Nine and it shook the entire island and created massive waves across the ocean around the island.

The people of Nabu island and class 1A looked at Izuku with wide eyes and the watched him slowly raise his purple broken arm. Into the sky as if to declare victory and as he did that the light of the sun cascaded his body.
