Tokyo, a massive city with massive skyscrapers and was the capital of Japan. The city had almost 20 million people living within it, but now... Only a couple hundreds thousand are left alive because of Shigaraki.

He destroyed over 90% of the city with his decay quirk and combined with a new one that allowed him to create hundreds if not thousands of hands that he used to cover the city and decay it to nothing but dust.

"HeheheHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAAAHAAAHAAAHAAAAA!!!!! IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!" He looked upon the destroyed city with glee but then he saw a single eyesore still standing but barely.

Might Tower was barely standing and it was only thanks to it's reinforced pillars and support beams it was still upright.

"This is the day heroes die.. this is the day I take over and make my own new order" said Shigaraki as he walked forward and placed his hand on the tower, in a mere instant it was nothing but dust.

"Now.." he said as he raised his arms and a massive wall of black sludge appeared and tens of thousands of Nomu's started to walk out, it was a mixture of regular Nomu's, High ends and finally a handful of Super Nomu's "it's time for my rule to commence".

Back at UA Izuku was sitting in the hospital bed next to Rumi who was using his shoulder as her pillow as she breastfed both Kaina and Katsuki.

Ochako was asleep with Himiko leaning against her sleeping and Eri using her lap as a pillow and , everyone else left the room to go get food or something so they could be left alone.

He gently reached his scarred hand down and gently ran his fingers through Kaina's hair as a smile formed "I wish we could stay like this forever".

"Me too Izuku, me too".

They both enjoyed the silence for a couple more minutes before the TV changed to the emergency channel and it showed a bloody news reporter who was holding her bleeding eye.

"Attention everyone.. Tokyo has been destroyed and Shigaraki is back.. almost the entire city has been destroyed... He's brought an entire army of Nomu, there are far too many for us to count... Please Deku if you are hearing this we need you".

Those words made Izuku freeze up on hearing that.

"I need to go.." said Izuku standing up.

"Wait Izuku" said Rumi.

He looked over and she grabbed him pulling him down kissing him "please be careful".

"I promise I will Rumi" he then gave her another kiss before he kissed both Katsuki's and Kaina's foreheads. He then walked over to the others and gently woke them up "guys I have to go".

"Where are you going papa?" Said Eri rubbing her eyes.

"I have to go to Tokyo and stop Shigaraki or at the very least hold him back along with his army until backup arrives" said Izuku.

"But that's suicide!" Said Ochako standing up.

"It may be so but I have too" he then cupped her chin and kissed her just as deeply as he did to Rumi "I'll hold him off as long as I can.

Himiko will you stay here and guard Rumi along with Eri, Katsuki and Kaina?".

"I promise Izuku.. but please come back alive".

He gave her a kiss "I promise, Eri I'm going to need you to be a big girl and protect your siblings ok?".

Eri started to cry but nodded her head "I promise papa I'll protect them".

"I'm counting on you my little snowball" he then gently kissed her forehead and hugged her "I love all of you and I'll see you once this is all over".

He then turned and left to grab his hero costume and head to Tokyo.

Shigaraki was sitting on the Nomu that was formally Dabi and had a massive grin on his face once he saw the last of his Nomu exit the portal, he summoned all his Nomu from all over the world resulting in him having a army close to 10,000 Nomu.

"Go my Nomu! Bring chaos everywhere you go and kill most of the people you come across and capture any with powerful quirks!!!".

The Nomu began charging but then a bolt of green lightening was seen and Izuku slammed into the ground shaking it as he stood to his full height wearing his hero costume with his yellow scarf and white cape flowing in the wind along with his shoulder length white hair with bits of green in it.

"Ah it's so good to see you after so long Deku, tell me do you really think you can stop me and my whole army?" Said Shigaraki grinning darkly.

"It's not that I think I can, it's that I will, I will stop you on this day Shigaraki and your reign of terror will finally end" said Izuku.

"Hahahahaha! You still think you can stop me? It's time I show you what true power is!! NOMU ATTACK!!!!!".

Hundreds of Nomu charged at Izuku who stood still not moving but the ground under him cracked and his lightening became brighter while becoming more refined.

To the spectators watching this fight along with the surviving camera crew, Izuku was not moving but in the mere blink of the eye he was gone and over 70 Nomu we're killed.

Izuku spun around and threw a massive explosion at a massive group of them before he jumped and did a split kick killing two others while he slammed his fist into the ground killing the one that tried to burrow underground to kill him.

He then ducked under a swipe from one and did a high kick; kicking the Nomu in it's chin blowing it's head off it's body.

"Ground Zero!" His hands slammed into the ground and a massive explosion was released blowing lots of the Nomu away.

Izuku's eyes landed on Shigaraki and he saw rage starting to boil in them.

"Delaware Smash!" With a single finger flick he blasted two Nomu away and used this momentum to use Blackwhip like a wrecking ball to kill 13 Nomu.

One Nomu ended up being faster than he was expecting and was able to land a punch on him but Izuku then grabbed it and German suplexed it into the ground destroying it's exposed brain.

"Blackwhip forest" Izuku's hands were covered in a black mist before hundreds of tendrils we're shot out skewering all the Nomu near him. He then used AFO to destroy their quirks which killed the Nomu instantly, his eyes looked up and saw that Shigaraki was starting to get pissed.

Izuku shot forward and punched another Nomu as he then ducked under a slash from one and knees it in it's chin but was then hit by a fireball. He simply ignored the pain and used Fa Jin combined with Shoot Style and Explosion, he shot off and destroyed a bunch of the Nomu. He then spun and kicked another one shattering it's arm and rib cage.

"Compress, Spinner kill him" said Shigaraki growing annoyed.

Both the Nomu roared and charged at him to try and kill him.

Izuku killed another Nomu and saw the two Nomu charging at him, he dodged a blue marble that was thrown at him and slammed his fist into it's chest making it puke blood.

He was then punched by the giant lizard like Nomu, Izuku flew a couple hundred feet and landed on the ground but before he could do anything a bunch of Nomu started to attack him and he raised his arms protecting his most vital areas.

As the Nomu continued to wail on Izuku he opened his palms to release a massive explosion blowing them all back, just then Spinner appeared and released a guttural scream as he slammed his fist on Izuku.

Izuku raised one arm and stopped the attack before he shoved the arm off and jumped doing a quick spin kick to him blowing him away before he created a rifle and shot Compress blowing his arm off.

Shigaraki was close to snapping with anger so he sent more Nomu to distract Izuku.

Izuku continued to beat the Nomu back but with how many were attacking him he was slowly getting overwhelmed and more and more punches were landing on him but he continued to push on.

Back at UA Ochako looked up and saw 2A, 2B and the big Three along with the teachers and Gigantomachia.

"Nezu do we have any help?" Said Aizawa looking at the principal.

"I sent out a call but many simply said no and that they have to prepare to defend their own countries" said Nezu.

Ochako heard this and walked forward towards Nezu "principal Nezu please let me talk to them".

He looked up at her for a long moment before he nodded his head knowing that he could trust Ochako.

After that Nezu had Power loader hook up a monitor and camera that broadcasted a signal across the whole world for everyone to see or hear what Ochako was going to say.

Ochako looked at the camera and took a deep breath "hello everyone my name is Ochako Uraraka, I know things have been dark and hopeless for everyone in the whole world.. we have lost so many people all because of one persons rage and him wanting nothing more than destruction... Everyone has lost someone we all care for and no one wants to keep fighting because of all the pain and suffering we went through... But we still have one person who's still standing up against Shigaraki and Is determined to stop him, his name is Izuku Midoriya.. he's the son of All For One one of the most evil people in the world but Izuku was one of the kindest...

He's our symbol of hope and right now in the destroyed ruins of Tokyo he's fighting Shigaraki and his army all by himself to ensure everyone can live another day and enjoy life.. he's lost a lot and has suffered his whole life but he continues to push on. He is someone who I fell in love with and he is the person who will help lead this world into a new era.. SO PLEASE EVERYONE HELP HIM, HELP US!!! IT'S TIME WE TAKE SOME OF HIS BURDEN AND SHOW SHIGARAKI WE WON'T STAND FOR HIM ANYMORE AND THAT HIS TIME HAS COME TO AN END!!!!.

HELP US DEFEAT SHIGARAKI ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!".

Everyone was silent as Ochako continued to stare at the camera hoping that people will help.

Then Shinso walked up next to her then Tsu, Momo, Mina, Kirishima and soon the rest of the students at UA's hero course stood behind her. The staff then joined and stood behind her showing that they are with her.

All across the world people started to cheer and asking to join in this fight, they will no longer be ruled by fear and will stand up against Shigaraki.

But they all had one question, how will the heroes get to Japan for this final battle?.

"I can help with that.." said a new voice walking towards the classes and teachers.

Aizawa and Mic looked up in shock recognizing that voice and saw Kurogiri but his face kept parting showing Oboro Shirakumo who was smiling.

"Midoriya wanted to keep it a secret until later but now's a good time, he helped break the brainwashing so now I'm free from the shackles that held me and I'm ready to help" he said with a grin "just tell me where the heroes are and I can bring everyone here".

Izuku was slammed into the ground but punched the Nomu away and had to dodge a massive wave of blue flames that incinerated everything.

"D..ku.... To..ga... Safe?...." Groaned the burned Nomu as he continued to walk towards him to kill him.

"Yes Toya... She is and I promise to protect her" said Izuku.

The Nomu stopped for a moment and Izuku saw happiness and relief in it's eyes "th..nk...you...".

"Enough of this" Izuku looked up and saw Shigaraki floating towards him like some sort of god "I shall kill you and steal your quirks Deku then I shall kill all those you love".

Izuku glared back at him and in the blink of the eye they both charged at each other with Izuku slamming his fist into Shigaraki's face while Shigaraki also punched him in the face. The resulting force of the bunch created a massive shockwave that blew everything away near them.

Izuku then swung his leg kicking him away but while he did that Shigaraki managed to use decay on his arm which started to destroy it but it started to heal up right away thanks to his healing quirks.

Shigaraki charged at him and used Air cannon on him which Izuku tanked but then he had to dodge a punch from Shigaraki, as Izuku dodged the attack he kneed him in the gut as the same time as him getting elbowed in the face.

Both of them recoiled from the attacks but Izuku recovered faster and combined OFA and Explosion and slugged Shigaraki with an explosive punch which burned the side of his face making him snarl.

Shigaraki retaliated by using impact recoil and Decay using a open palmed strike to his chest which decayed part of his suit and his chest.

Izuku then sent 100% into his fist and slammed it into Shigaraki's face cracking his skull and breaking his jaw.

Both of them continued to beat each other to a bloody pulp but because they both had healing quirks the injuries could be ignored for now.

To the news crew that survived the blast and we're now hiding and recording this it looked like a battle between gods as each attack shook the ground and toppled any left over buildings.

Shigaraki dodged a punch and grabbed Izuku's side decaying it, he then made his other arm explode showing hundreds of hands which started to grab Izuku and decay him.

Izuku opened his mouth and Blackwhip shot out blinding his right eye forcing Shigaraki to loosen his grip just enough for Izuku to jump back and gain some much needed distance.

He looked down at his right arm and leg and saw that they were almost decayed to the bones but we're starting to regrow thankfully.

Izuku heard a click and saw that his left gauntlet was ready to be used because it stored up enough sweat.

"HAHAHAHA!! You can't kill me Deku!!!" He lunged forward and Izuku parried his attack with his half healed right arm and shoved his hand into Shigaraki's mouth.

Izuku's eyes flashed red as a dark grin formed on his face "die you fucking extra!!!".

*BOOOOOOM*

A massive explosion ripped through everything and blew Shigaraki away, the explosion blew up the entire upper half of his body that now laid on the ground motionless. But it then started to convulse and a new Shigaraki crawled out of it but he was panting in exhaustion.

"Damnit.... I can't let an attack like that hit me again.." he thought enraged, he then called two Nomu's over and took both of their quirks which gave him increased speed and strength along with fire breathing.

Izuku shot forward and did a roundhouse kick to his face but Shigaraki grabbed his leg.

"Got you!".

"No I actually got you".

Shigaraki was then hit in the face with a black tendril but before he could recoil Izuku used his other leg and kicked him in the neck, Izuku then twisted his body much like Rumi taught him for this attack "LUNA TIJERAS!!!".

Izuku flung his body down and Shigaraki felt his head starting to get ripped off but activated all his durability quirks and healing ones which prevented him from getting decapitated but didn't stop his body slamming into the ground head first with enough force to break reinforced concrete.

"Air cannon!!" Came the muffled voice of Shigaraki as Izuku was blasted away and once he landed he started getting overwhelmed by the Nomu near him.

"KILL HIM!!!" Screamed Shigaraki as he charged forward preparing a bunch of quirks to kill him.

Izuku used smokescreen and blasted the entire area with it as he also used 70% and wrenched out of the Nomu dog pile so he could jump up in the air and create his rifle.

Shigaraki blasted through the smoke and saw that Izuku was gone but then he heard a gun shot and then felt a bullet tear off his right arm.

"DABI BURN HIM!!!".

The Nomu charged and sent a massive torrent of blue flames up into the sky which forced Izuku to dodge the attack but then Shigaraki appeared behind him and punched him into ground.

Izuku slammed into the ground and immediately ganged up on by the Nomu as he tried to break free, he looked up and saw another torrent of blue flames and barely dodged the attack but some of the flames hit him burning his arm.

Shigaraki combined all his strength quirks with Air cannon and punched Izuku away, he went flying and slammed into the ground loosing his cape.

"Face it Deku you can't defeat me and my army.. it's all over and your all alone, on this day you shall die" said Shigaraki grinning darkly.

Izuku forced his body up off the ground and wiped the blood from his face, he reached over and grabbed his cape and put it back on.

"I can do this all day Shigaraki..... For one shall stand.. and one shall fall" he said tightening his cape to make sure it won't fall off again.

"Izuku.. Izuku can you hear me?" Said Shinso over Izuku's earpiece.

"On your left".

He turned around and saw a purple portal open behind him, Ochako walked out of the portal along with the rest of 2A and also 2B.

Then hundreds of portals opened and all the heroes of Japan walked out of the portal along with the top 20 heroes of of every country in the world.

Shigaraki took a step back seeing all of this, but then his anger grew seeing all these heroes standing up against him.

Another portal opened up and Chikara walked out of it along with over 500 insectoid looking Nomu standing behind him.

Izuku looked at the all and smiled as he then looked at Shigaraki and activated both OFA and AFO.

"Heroes!! Assemble" said Izuku.
