Izuku Hasashi/Tarantula: Formerly a Yagi, Izuku became the disciple of Scorpion and Iroh. Thanks to this, he masteted the Shirai Ryu's Ninja Arts and learned how to bend fire and lightning. He is also a vigilante known as Tarantula, who seeks to avenge his adoptive family.

Takeda Takahashi: Izuku's friend and also disciple of Scorpion, who seeks to help him in his quest for vengeance.

Zuko: The renegade prince of the Fire Nation, who became Izuku's best friend as both have traumatic family experiences.

Hanzo Hasashi/Scorpion: Izuku's master and adoptive father. He taught him the Shirai Ryu's ninja arts before he died at the hands of D'Vorah and got revived as a servant of Quan Chi.

Iroh: Izuku's second master. He taught him how to bend fire and lightning and became like an uncle to him.

Ty Lee: Izuku's first girlfriend. She is very flirty towards him.

Izumi Yagi: Izuku's bully sister who became an obsessive yandere and seeks to have her former brother for herself.

Katsumi Bakugou: Izuku's second girlfriend, who got happy about Izuku being still alive. She became Ty Lee's rival as both compete for Izuku's love.

Sakura Todoroki: Izuku's third girlfriend, who gets jealous of Ty Lee, Katsumi and any other girl who talks with him.

Toshinori Yagi/All Might: Izuku's former father, who became glad about Scorpion's death. Unbeknownst to him, Hanzo will be back from the Netherrealm.

Raiden: The god of Thunder who choose Izuku to be one of the warriors to represent the Earthrealm in a new Mortal Kombat.

Azula: Zuko's sister and archenemy, who manipulated Izumi, making her believe that Zuko might kill Izuku.

D'Vorah: Responsible for the death of Izuku's adoptive family under Quan Chi's commands. Unbeknownst to her, Quan Chi revived Scorpion and made him his servant.

Jacqui Briggs: A member of the Special Forces, who respects Izuku for being Takeda's friend.

Bi-Han/Sub-Zero: In this universe, Bi-Han is the current grandmaster of the Lin Kuei. He never got killed by Scorpion and got saddened by knowing that the one he considered as a brother in childhood has died.

Kuai Liang/Tundra: Bi-Han's young brother and disciple. He is a good friend of Tarantula despite of being a Lin Kuei.

Kitana: The current empress of the Outworld, she brought peace and freedom to the world which once got tyrannized by Shao Kahn.

Quan Chi: The mastermind behind Scorpion's murder, who revived him as his servant.

Shao Kahn: He seeks nothing but to reclaim his throne in the Outworld and conquer the Earthrealm by any means.

Kano: The Leader of the Black Dragon and one of Tarantula's archenemies.
