Ten years have passed since Izuku and Kyouka first met. A lot has happened, such as Izuku no longer hanging out with Bakugou. He discovered that Kyouka lives near his apartment, and Izuku found out that Kyouka is a genius in music. Izuku also learned that he won't be able to become a hero by slacking off, so he trained his body, learned various fighting styles to avoid being a one-trick pony. He also mastered the art of quick and accurate analysis to enhance his performance. Was the training painful? It was, but it was worth it, as his physique was now excellent for someone of his age and more.

Kyouka didn't lag behind; despite being a musical genius, she also aspired to be a hero—the heroine singer, Earphone Jack. So, she trained, not as much as Izuku (according to her, Izuku didn't train; he tortured himself), but she was in excellent physical condition, and she honed her Quirk.

They were almost always together, and they were also in the same school as Bakugou, Aldera Middle.

Speaking of Bakugou, he hadn't changed much; he just became more annoying. Even though he got beaten by Izuku for trying to fight him without a Quirk, it only made him angrier and more determined to show the 'useless' Deku his place.

Kyouka: This guy...
She said with an angry expression.

Izuku: Let him be, as long as he doesn't mess with anyone.

After that, some time passed, and the bell rang for them to leave. Izuku and Kyouka were packing their things, but they weren't alone.

Bakugou: We're not done talking, Deku!
-He threatens, using a bit of his quirk to create sparks-

Izuku: We have nothing to talk about with you. Our dreams won't be affected by an idiot who thinks he's better than others and by no one.
 -Izuku and Kyouka walk past him, but before that, Izuku looks at him with a serious expression-

 -Izuku didn't insist on going with her because he knew that if anyone tried to mess with her, they'd be in trouble.

 They parted ways, and Izuku went through a tunnel, but he wasn't alone.

????: A perfect meat sack!
-The stranger lunged at Izuku, but Izuku dodged.-
 Stranger: Damn! Stand still!

????: Why would I stay still?! And what the heck are you supposed to be, slime?

When the slime tried to lunge at Izuku again, a hero appeared.

????????: FEAR NOT, CITIZEN! YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE I AM HERE! -???????? delivered a powerful punch to the slime, smashing it to the ground.

Izuku: A-ALL MIGHT?! Can I have your autograph, please?! -Izuku handed his analysis notebook to All Might, who gladly gave his autograph.

All Might: THANK YOU, YOUNG...?

Izuku: Izuku Midoriya!

 All Might: YOUNG MIDORIYA! NOW, COULD YOU HELP ME ROUND UP THIS GUY? 

Izuku: Sure!Izuku helps All Might collect the villain.

 All Might: THANK YOU AGAIN, YOUNG MIDORIYA.

Izuku: Wait, All Might!

All Might: I'M SORRY, YOUNG, BUT I DON'T HAVE TIME.

 Izuku had many questions, so he did the most sensible thing... he grabbed All Might's leg when he leaped. 

All Might: YOUNG? LET GO OF MY LEG! 

Izuku: B-but if I let go, I'll die!

 All Might: EH?... OF COURSE!All Might landed on the nearest building. 

All Might: YOUNG MIDORIYA, DON'T DO THAT AGAIN, PLEASE. THAT WAS VERY DANGEROUS.

All Might: It's okay, young man, but I have a question... Almost everyone around me said that I can't become a hero, but I want to be a hero like you, a hero who brings a smile to everyone's face! - Izuku looks into All Might's eyes - Can I become a hero even if I don't have a Quirk?

-Smoke starts to emanate from All Might -

A-A All Might? Are you o- AHHH???!!! A-A-ALL M-M-MIGHT????!!! W-WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?

All Might was looking somewhat different.

Izuku analyzed the situation and the villain.
The explosion occurred in a place that sold dough, and the villain had two weak points: the eyes and the mouth.

 Izuku realized that his legs moved on their own.

Death Arms: Wait, kid!

Kamui Woods: Darn it!

But he had no time to think. He grabbed a bag of dough and threw it at the villain's eyes.

Slime Villain: Y-YOU WRETCH!

At that moment, the slime villain loosened his grip on Bakugou. Bakugou managed to catch his breath and look at the person who was freeing him, only to be shocked when he saw that it was Izuku.

Bakugou: D-Deku?! What the he—Izuku interrupted him.

Izuku: Shut up! I'm saving you! I didn't have much time to think because my legs moved on their own.

Izuku managed to free Bakugou and bring him to the heroes in time.

Slime Villain: NO! MY HOSTAGE!

All Might: I AM PATHETIC, HAVING TO LET A CHILD DO A HERO'S JOB, WITHOUT EVEN GIVING MY PLUS ULTRA!

Slime Villain: W-Wait, I— he was interrupted by a Detroit Smash.

(Ignore Bakugou and Izuku )

It started to rain.

 Civilian12: D-did he change the weather with a punch? 

Civilian13: GOOD JOB, ALL MIGHT! 

The civilians began to celebrate. While Bakugou was being taken care of and praised, the heroes were trying to give Izuku a lecture. 

Death Arms: What you did was dangerous, kid! 

Kamui Woods: Yeah! Imagine what would have happened to you if All Might hadn't come.

MT. Lady: Yes! Leave that to the heroes!

 Izuku: And let that idiot die because of heroes like you? 

Kamui Woods: What do you mean, 'heroes like you'? 

Izuku: Heroes who only take action in front of a camera, that's pathetic. A hero has to risk their life for others, not make excuses about waiting for a hero with the 'right quirk.'
 -The heroes were stunned after that-Anything else? I have to pay for the pasta I took and go home. 

Izuku went to the pasta vendor and left, leaving pensive heroes, surprised civilians, and an excited All Might behind. 

Izuku was walking home when he heard footsteps. He quickly turned around to see Bakugou.

 Bakugou: DEKU! I didn't need your help! I could have freed myself!

Izuku: Okay, you dummy.

Bakugou got angry but didn't attack Izuku. He just started walking home, stomping angrily.

 Izuku: Amazing how this floor can handle some heavy steps :) 

All Might: I'M HER-Coughs blood-here. 

Izuku: A-All Might? What are you doing here? You came to scold me too? 

All Might: No, I came to thank you for saving that kid, Young Midoriya! 

Izuku: It was my fault in the first place. 

All Might: That's not true. 

Izuku: W-wel-was interrupted by All Might. 

All Might: Young Midoriya, you were the only one to do something to help that kid. Before you respond, let me ask you something.

Izuku: O-okay. 

All Might: Your legs moved on their own, didn't they? -Izuku nodded- As I thought, the story of a hero always begins when their legs move on their own, Young Midoriya, you really are a hero.

 Izuku's eyes were teary, as All Might was the second person to call him a hero, something not even his mother believed. 

All Might: That's why I came to offer you something, young one. Would you accept inheriting my quirk?

 Izuku: W-what?

 All Might: Many people debate what my quirk is, but none of them get it right. Its name is One For All.

 Izuku: 'O-one for all?'

All Might: This quirk was passed down to me by my master, and today, I'm offering it to you, young one. Do you accept? 

Izuku: Yes! - Izuku said with unwavering determination.

 Just to clarify, All Might said that Izuku could become a hero because Izuku was prepared for it. How so?
Simple, even though Izuku was quirkless, he didn't just stand still with the dream of becoming a hero. He trained his body to prepare for the future.
Unlike the canon, where strangely Izuku didn't train at all (I don't know if they explained why), only analyzing quirks, not getting in shape, and not learning any fighting style before meeting All Might.
