When I heard that (Y/N) wasn't abducted by villains I was certain it was because of what I proposed we did a few days ago at the mall.

I saw the reflection of doubt and uncertainty in her eyes and tried my hardest to make her believe it was all a joke. But I couldn't help but think that running away together would be bliss. But now, all I feel is guilt, knowing that I was the reason she felt she had to run away and not face me again. I had my head in my hands as I sat on the edge of my bed. School had just finished and I was back in my dorm room with Mineta and Kaminari. They were both doing something, I'm not quite sure what... I'm too focused on the issue at hand: (Y/N).

It definitely did not help when Narumi had to show up and cling onto me in front of (Y/N). I can't even begin to imagine how (Y/N) felt...

'This isn't fair on her'

"Ugh why did Narumi come and why did I suggest something so reckless" I groaned in frustration

'I'm going to walk around campus a while, maybe clear my head. I know (Y/N) must be on her way back to school or maybe she's already here... but I can't face her after what I put her through'

-Kaminari-

'I had the wii song stuck in my head for the whole day and now it's just getting annoying...'

I slumped down on my chair and logged onto my laptop. I needed to get back to planning a prank to do on each student during the camp trip. This is serious business. I was stuck in thought when Todoroki's intense brooding and bad mood overshadowed my thoughts. I glanced over at him, annoyed, as he continued mumbling something before a name caught my attention.

'Narumi?'

"hey Todoroki, If I cracked an egg on your left side will it actually cook?" I said trying to bring him back to reality so he wouldn't rain on my parade with his bad mood

He looked up, kinda dazed and furrowed his brow before getting up to leave.

"offer still stands" I shouted as the door closed behind him

'Where have I heard that name before?'

-Bakugou POV-

The news broke out soon after school ended that (Y/N) was - in fact - not abducted by villains. I was packing up some equipment from training in one of the buildings when I heard footsteps approaching. I turned and saw (Y/N) blocking the light from the doorway. She peeked inside and spotted me. She started walking towards me and I resumed packing the equipment in my training bag and zipped it closed, swinging it on my back and walked past her. As I proceeded to walk past her, she stopped and turned. I just continued walking.

'Damn I'm so pissed at her right now. She can't just run away without a word then come back like nothing happened. If I didn't have such tough hair I would've been bald by now from the stress. I actually cried when I was in my room. CRIED. I don't cry, especially when it's about a girl'

"Why are you so angry at me?" I heard her behind me. I turned slowly, not knowing how I would react when I saw her face again after thinking about some of the worst things that could have happened to her. Oh yeah, pissed.

"Because you ran away and I thought that you maybe died or something I don't know!" I yelled

"Well I'm not dead, I'm fine" she said

"Well that's fucking great but that doesn't change what you did and how fucking stupid it was"

"Well I'm sorry but you have to understand why I decided to run away"

"yes I understand but maybe next time don't be such a prissy little girl and tell someone"

"Why are you being like this?!"

"BECAUSE!" She raised her eyebrows waiting for a reply "BECAUSE YOU CAN BE SO FUCKING ANNOYING SOMETIMES!" my voice cracked as I shouted at her

"WHY DID YOU ACT LIKE YOU CARED THEN?! BEFORE ALL OF THIS WHY DID YOU KISS ME IN THE BATHROOMS? WHY DID YOU HELP ME WITH MY QUIRK? WHY DID YOU PROTECT ME AT THE TRAIN STATION? Why did you act like you cared?"

"I DON'T!" I snapped

There was a long pause as we both faced each other

"fine" she said quietly, tearing her eyes away from mine and staring at the ground

"Fine" I whispered before turning back around and letting that tear that sat on the crest of my eye finally fall to the ground.
