Third Person POV

"Uy psst, nagawa mo ba yung project?"

Pagpasok ng section A sa silid aralan, agad nang nagtanungan ang mga estudyante na para bang may rambulan kahit umagang umaga, all were panicking dahil daw ang bobo ng mga kapartner nila sa English Ivory project.

"Hay nako! Pah-chin, ang bobo mo!" Sigaw ni Baji habang siya ang naglilista ng notes.

"Aba tangina mo? Sino ba itong nag PROCRASTINATE kahapon ah?" Irap ni Pah-chin. "O, English pa yun ah."

"Pake ko sa english mo huwag mo akong ineenglish english dito punyeta!" Reply ni Baji.

"Ang hirap naman ng project... si Mikey kasi eh!" Sabi ni Kazutora nang sinisi ang kapartner niya.

"Luh?" Napalingon naman si Mikey habang kumakain galing canteen.

"Ay eheh." Si Emma naman ay todo kilig nang hinampas sina Senju at Hina sa kilig dahil partner niya raw si Draken.

"Alam mo nung isang araw ka pa kinikilig." Sagot ni Senju.

"Partner ko si Draken eh, odiba? Siya pa talaga yung nabunot ko sa papel?! Imagine niyo yun? Meant to be yarn?" Emma squealed na halos muntik na mahulog sa upuan.

"Emma." Draken called from behind her chair.

Hina and Senju secretly teased her nang lumingon si Emma.

"Po?" Emma said.

"Yung project? Nasimulan mo na ba?" He asked.

"Oo naman, ako na bibili ng materials mamaya pag tapos ng klase." Emma said, and pinipigilan niya talaga yung ngiti niya na may kasamang blush, may kasama pang sabunot kina Hina sa likod.

"Nah, it's fine, ako na bibili, hatid na rin kita mamaya." Draken said at umalis na rin ito pabalik kina Mikey.

"AHHHHHHH!" Sigaw ni Emma nang sinampal at pinagpapalo sina Senju at Hina sa kilig.

"Ikalmo mo beh!" Reklamo ni Hina.

"Teka nasan na ba si Y/n? Malapit na mag seven ah? Never yun na l-late!" Senju asked.

"Huy hala teka, nagchat siya sa gc nating apat kagabi na late na daw siya nakauwi eh." Reply ni Emma.

"Ay weh? Bakit daw? Hindi ko binuksan phone ko since kahapon eh." Sabi ni Hina.

"Ewan, may pinuntahan daw siya."

"Sino kasama?"

"Walang sinabi eh."

"Hina." Hina heard someone call her name that made her look behind, and si Ran pala yun nang pumasok na ang mga magbabarkadang sina Sanzu.

"I already bought the materials." He said as he gave Hina the paper bag, sila kasi ang magpartner.

"Ay wow ha, thank you! Bayaran nalang kita, hati tayo sa bayad ng materials." Sabi ni Hina.

"No need." Ran replied.

"O edi sanaol matino partner." Pinaparinggan ni Chifuyu partner niya na may kasamang whistle.

"Wow, ginusto ba kita maging partner?" Reply ni Tubolt.

"Rindouuu musta project natin?" Akbay ni Sanzu kay Rindo.

"Anong project natin? You mean project ko? Ako lang naman gumawa lahat." Rindou rolled his eyes.

"Tutulungan naman kita! Next week pa naman deadline eh!"

"Hanma, why your research about Ivory Tower is incomplete? Kinuha mo ba ito sa google?" Meanwhile, sa gilid ng classroom, si Kisaki naman ay sinesermonan si Hanma.

"Eh sorry na, cinopy and paste ko lang naman sa google eh." Sagot ni Hanma habang napapalo nalang si Kisaki sa ulo.

While section A is all in shambles, si Mitsuya naman ay tahimik sa gilid habang naka headphones, nakikinig ng music nang tahimik, not even caring about a single thing about the project dahil madali lang naman daw.

And the fact that ikaw pa partner niya.

At dito, nahinto ang gulo nang pumasok si Ms. Kaye sa classroom, ang kanilang guro.

"Good morning class, please sit down." Ms. Kaye said as she placed her bags on her desk.

"How is everyone's project? Okay naman?" She asked.

"Yes miss, bobo lang po mga partner namin." Bulong ng iba.

"Well then, let's start our new lesson habang ginagawa niyo ang project sa Ivory since next week pa naman ang deadline." She said as she wrote on the board.

"So, for today's lesson—"

Pero napalingon ang lahat sa harap ng may isang babae nagbukas ng pinto sa classroom at para bang galing sa marathon.

"Sorry po! I'm late!" You said habang nakahawak sa tuhod at humihingal.

"Wait— bakit parang familiar yung dala dala niyang jacket?" Sabi ni Mikey nang tumingin sa dala dala mo.

"It's fine, Ms. L/n, first mong ma late ah," Ms. Kaye said. "Anyway, please take your seat."

"Yes Miss, thank you." You bowed and walked to your seat.

"Huy! Anyare Y/n? Saan ka galing kagabi?" Tanong agad nina Emma.

"H-ha?" You stuttered habang napatingin kay Mitsuya.

"Ah wala, hinatid lang ako ni ano... haha..."

"Ni ano?" The girls said as they raised their brows on you.

"Baka may jowa kang hindi sinasabi samin ha?!"

"Hindi! Si ano kasi— si Mitsuya hinatid ako galing sa mall since nag aya sina Luna at Mana!"

"HA?!" They shouted in unison.

"Girls at the back!"

"Ay sorry po hehe."

"Wow bago ngayon ah, hindi na boys at the back." Sabi ni Baji.

You looked at Mitsuya and saw that he's just quietly taking notes while his headphone is around his neck, pushing his eyeglasses up with his finger, and you can't help but blush at sampalin sarili mo. "Rupok mo talagang malandi ka hayop!"  You thought to yourself.

Pero nanlaki ang mga mata mo nang naalala mo na you will return the jacket pala kay Mitsuya mamaya.

After the English class, agad na ring umalis si Ms. Kaye.

"Class is dismissed, don't forget your project next week!" She smiled as she went out of the classroom.

After hours of classes and subjects, napunta na rin kayo sa last subject, at halos maging kalansay ka na sa sobrang antok, at pinipilit mo nalang buksan mga mata mo.

Sakto, biglang pumasok ang sub teacher niyo for the last subject.

"Good afternoon class, prepare for today's lesson and take down notes." She said as she immediately wrote on the board. "We have a recitation and quiz tomorrow." 

"Inaantok ako." You yawned while writing notes. "Hays mga five na kasi ako natulog kagabi!" You grumbled as you laid your head on the table.

"Pipikit lang ako... tapos iiglip." You thought as you closed your eyes.

One and a half-hour later...

The class lasted for like years. You were laying your head down the table as you were sleeping, at hindi na iglip yun. Hindi mo namalayan na nakaharap ka pala sa left mo, kung saan nakaupo si Mitsuya.

"Class is dismissed, thank you class." The teacher said at umalis na rin ito palabas.

"Tara computer shop!" Sigaw ni Hanma nang wala ng teacher.

At... naging zoo nanaman ang section 1, habang si Y/n ay tahimik na natutulog.

"Psst! Gising na oy!" Tapik nina Hina sayo, pero ayaw mo talagang magising. "Tapos na klase."

"Inaantok pa ako." Bulong mo habang nakapikit.

"Mitsuya, let's go sa canteen na?" Tawag nina Ran.

"I still need to study for the quiz tomorrow." Mitsuya said.

"You two haven't started the Ivory Tower project yet?" Koko asked.

"Fuck, yeah I forgot about that." Mitsuya sighed. "It's fine, madali lang naman."

"Who's your partner ulit?" Sanzu asked.

"Si Y/n—" Sabi ni Mitsuya at lumingon sayo, pero natutulog pa ata ang partner niya. "Yeah, nevermind."

"Mukang pagod o." Rindou said as he looked at your sleeping figure.

"Bantayan mo bebe mo Mitsuya ah!" Asar nina Mikey habang palabas na ng pintuan.

"Sige na, mauna na kami sa canteen, we'll wait for you there, pupunta pa raw si Rindou sa bahay ni Sanzu gagawa ng project." Kakucho said at lumabas na rin ang mga magbabarkada except for Mitsuya.

"Huy ayaw mo talaga magising? Bahala ka jan hindi mo mapapanood mga nagbabasketball!" Reklamo nina Emma.

"Ay! Psst." Bulong nina Emma. "Tignan mo oh, kung iiwan natin si Y/n dito, edi maiiwan sa classroom sina Mitsuya and Y/n mag isa."

"AY HAHAHA oo nga noh." Tawa ng mga babae.

"Sige na! Sige na! Ehem! Ehem!" Kunwaring ubo nila "Mitsuya!"

Mitsuya looked to his side and raised his brow. "What?"

"Mauna na kami ah, mukang ayaw talaga magising ni Y/n eh! Ehem! Bantayin mo siya ah!" Agad nilang sabi at tumakbo palabas ng classroom. "Byeeeee!"

Mitsuya furrowed his brows and just shrugged while he wore his headphone and turned his music up. He took his books and notes out to study daw for the quiz tomorrow.

Talking about the quiz, na miss ni Y/n ang lesson dahil tulog... lagot nalang sakaniya.

Minutes have passed, and Mitsuya has finished studying, he sighed as he kept his books inside his bag and stood up.

Pero bigla itong napahinto as he remembered that you were still sleeping beside him on your chair. He looked at your sleeping figure and saw your resting sleeping face while hair strands covered half of your face.

Mitsuya's eyes looked at the notebook under your head, and he carefully pulled it as he grabbed your notebook and checked your notes.

Lahat ng seatwork ay perfect score, nice handwriting, neat notebook, just like his.

But one lesson is missing, and yun yung topic niyo kanina habang tulog ka.

Mitsuya hesitated for a bit as he soon then gave in, kinuha niya ang ballpen niya and he wrote the lesson notes for you instead.

"I can't believe I'm doing this." He thought as she shook his head.

After minutes of writing the lesson notes for you, he puts the notebook back on your table beside you.

He hesitantly tapped your shoulder to wake you up, but he took it back as he just sat back on his chair.

"I'll just wait for you to wake up." He mumbled as he leaned back on the chair and wore his headphones back. The classroom is quiet with only the ticking of the clock is heard, and kayong dalawa nalang ang naiwan.

"Huh?" Your eyes immediately shot open as you raised your head, looking around only to see that you're alone with Mitsuya.

"Oh? You're awake." Mitsuya opened his other eyes as he side glanced at you, and he then stood up from his seat and slung his bag on his shoulder.

"Ay sorry, nakatulog ako." Sabi mo sabay kamot sa ulo.

"It's fine." He coldly replied.

"And by the way, are you free later?" Takashi added and you turned your head to him.

"Huh? Saan?"

"The English project."

"Ahhh." Tawa mo. "Oo nga pala."

"Um, at your house?" You asked.

"Up to you, I'm fine with anywhere."

"Edi sa bahay ko nalang?" You said while fixing your bag. "Para ipakilala kita kay mama hehe, char." Isip mo.

"M'kay." He shrugged as he walked outside the classroom.

"Huy andali lang!"

"Mitsuya!"

Tawag nina Ran nang pumasok kayong dalawa ni Mitsuya sa canteen.

"Uyyy, hahatid mo si Y/n?" Asar ni Sanzu.

"Hindi ah, gagawa lang kami ng project." Depensa mo, pero nakita mo sina Hina sa kabilang table ng canteen. "Ay teka lang, may pupuntahan lang ako." You said as they nodded.

"Anyway, alam niyo ba itong trend sa tiktok?" Sanzu said as he placed his phone on the table.

"Yuck! Nagtitiktok ka? Baduy mo." Rindou scoffed.

"Oo, tangina famous ako dito." Sanzu winked. "Follow me on tiktok."

"Cancel Sanzu please." Koko said.

"Mitsuya, may papagawa kami sayo bilis." They said.

"What?"

"Alam mo 'to?" He said as he passed his phone to him.

"I'm not in that side of tiktok," Mitsuya cringed as he scrolled through the dancing videos. "I'm in the astrology side— politics— book— argumentative deba—"

"O tama na, na n-nosebleed ako," Sabi ni Sanzu. "Basta ang mahalaga pogi, okay na yun."

"Yung bitches come and go br—" Sabi ni Kakucho.

"Ginawa ko yun, dami ko nga thirst traps," Sanzu grinned. "Dami simps eh."

"Yung call me so I can make it juicy for you"

"Ginawa ko rin yun."

"AY OO YUN! That's what I'm talking about, I forgot the title." Ran said as he clicked a video and passed the phone to Mitsuya.

"What am I going to do here?" He said as he watched the videos of people na sumasayaw kuno sa trend.

"Do it."

"Hell no." Mitsuya grunted as he gave the phone back to them.

"I'll go now—" Takashi said, but he was grabbed by Ran and the others at hinila papuntang cr.

"Ain't no way I'm going to do this fucking thirst trap looking kind of shit—"

"Sayawin mo langgg!"

"Mitsuya—" Pagbalik mo sa table nila, mga bags nalang ang nakita mong nakaupo sa table at upuan.

"Saan nag punta mga 'yon?" Reklamo mo.

"Mitsuya? Ran?" Tawag mo habang naglalakad sa hallway, finding them, until napahinto ka dahil may naririnig kang music galing sa CR.

Napahinto ka ng narinig mo yung music sa loob ng cr, at umusog ka ng onti sa pinto para pakinggan. "Huh? Familiar ng music na yun ah? Yung sa tiktok?"

"Look, I don't have time to do this shit." Mitsuya groaned while inside the CR.

"C'mon bro, isang take lang! Please?" Sabi nina Ran, Sanzu, Rindou, Koko, at Kakucho.

"The campus crushes?" Isip mo nang bigla kang napanganga "The fuck? Ginagawa nila sa cr nang sabay?!"

You checked the time in your phone and saw that it's almost four, and kailangan niyo pang gawin yung project. "Hays, ginagawa neto nina Mitsuya."

You decided to just open the door and your eyes widened while blush filled your cheeks on what you saw.

Sinasayaw ni Mitsuya ang trend, your one and only academic rival.
