Aliya was hugging a teddy and sitting, just when she feels thirst, She looks at side table and finds no water jar,she looks here and there and don't finds any Maid around her

Aliya stands up by holding her belly and starts walking downstairs, While walking her leg gets stuck in carpet and she falls down from stairs and she falls on floor, Zain comes in hall and sees aliya laying on floor, Zain hurriedly walks towards her

Zain puts Aliya on bed and doctor takes her inside

Nurse-Sir aap details fill kare dijiye

Zain nods his head and takes the paper and pen from nurse hand and starts filling the details and then signs it,Nurse takes the paper and goes away

Zain takes out his phone and was about to dial ghulam's number, Just when ghulam enters, Ghulam runs towards zain

And doctor leaves,Ghulam sits on bench and bursts in tears, zain gets tears in his eyes, he sits beside ghulam and takes him in hug

Ghulam-pehle harshad aur ab uska baby, meri aliya ko chodage chale gaye, meri beti ke zindagi main khushi kab aayegi

Zain comes out from hug and holds ghulam and says dekhaiye uncle humein strong rehna hoga, kyun ki aliya needs us

Ghulam looks at zain and nods his head in yes

Just when a Nurse comes out

Nurse-patient ko hosh aaya gaya hai

Zain looks at ghulam and signals him to come inside with him, Zain and Ghulam together walks inside Aliya's ward

Aliya was laying on bed, just when zain and ghulam enters inside the ward

And tries to smile infront of her, Aliya passes him a smile and says main thik hoon, aap mujhe Yeh baatiye ki mera baby kaise hai?

And holds her belly

Zain looks at Ghulam, Ghulam signals him to say the truth
Zain with a heavy heart says Aliya you lossed your baby, your baby is no more, tumhare miscarriage hogaya hai Aliya

Aliya was shocked to hear this, Aliya holds her belly and tears forms in her eyes and she says jhoot bola rahe hai na aap zain

And she bursts in tears

Aliya bursts in tears and cries loudly, Ghulam goes beside her and aliya looks at ghulam and says abbu mera saath asie kyun hota hai?

And she cries loudly, Ghulam starts feeling a pain in his heart, after seeing aliya in such condition, soon ghulam finds everything black and he falls on floor, Zain sees ghulam on floor and says uncle, doctor!doctor!doctor

Doctor comes running

Zain-dekhaiye inko kya hua hai?

Doctor-hmm main dekhata hoon nurse, tum aliya ma"ma ke discharge ki tayaari karo

Nurse nods her head in yes and doctor takes away ghulam

Aliya starts crying and says ab main kise ke liye mera khayaal rakho, mera baby nahni reha ab

Zain looks at Aliya and feels bad for her, he was feeling a deep pain in his heart after seeing aliya in such a state,zain loved aliya from the day he has saw her on street, but then harshad falled for her and for his brother's happiness he sacrificed his love for Aliya,After few months when he meet her again, he was again in love with her and this time his love for her had no bounds, even after knowing that she was married to his brother and was now the widow of his brother
