~Y/N POV~

Today was the day I start officially start working for Jungkook as his assistant.

I'm stood in front of the tall building with jihyun holding my hand equally gawking at the huge building in his little eyes.

"Wow, mommy this is huge!" Jihyun

I chuckled to myself about his comment and kneeled down to have a few words with him before walking in and taking him to his new daycare but Jungkook asked if I come up to the top floor first where his office is before heading to the daycare.

"Jihyun, sweetie. You remember your starting your new daycare today, right?"

He nods, pressing his lips into a thin lipped smile.

"Your going to be a good boy for me okay?"

"Yes mommy." Jihyun

He's so sweet.

"If you have any problems in this place just let me know okay?"

He nods again.

"Right, okay. We have to go see Jungkook first before I take you to your new daycare."

He squeals out loud, drawing attention to us for the crowd out people around us.

"Yayyy! Kookie!" Jihyun

I stroke his cheek and peck him before taking his hand again and guiding him into the building, staying close by my side.

Approaching the reception my nerves came back to again that I've been swallowing deep down. There was a woman at the desk as I walked in, she must be at least the same age as me, and she was very beautiful with her smooth skin and long black hair. When she looked up at me I felt a little intimidated by her eyes.

"May I help you?" Receptionist

"I'm here to see jeon Jungkook. I'm his new assistant."

I tried to be polite as possible. She scanned me up and down as if she was judging me then quickly flashed a fake smile.

"I see. He's been expecting you. His office is on the top floor." Receptionist

"Thank you."

I didn't waste time walking away with Jihyun towards the elevators. She made me super uncomfortable.

I pressed the highest number button, once we entered the elevator and waited for the elevator to go up. It was empty so Jihyun took the chance to let go of my hand and put his hands up against the wall of the elevator to have more feel of the movement of the elevator going up. He loved elevators, and his giggling proved nothing had changed.

"Mommy I have butterflies in my tummy!" Jihyun

He rubs his tummy with his little hands and slightly sticking his belly out his jacket.

"Jihyun come here, the elevator is stopping."

He pulls down his jacket and come back to hold my hand. It's a good thing he's a good boy and listens to what I say.

Like I had said the Jihyun the elevator came to a stop and opened the doors to reveal a little waiting room, with a black two seater sofa, one black chair and a desk with a computer which was currently empty. I assume that will be my place to work since the desk is right next to the double brown doors.

"Mommy is Kookie here?" Jihyun

I scanned the room for further clues there was no one here but I then noticed a sigh next to the double doors that read Jeon Jungkook in black writing.

"I think so sweetie. Hold on."

I seated Jihyun in the black sofa to wait while I knocked on the double doors. Waiting patiently there was a series of voices behind the door until Jungkook opened it with a bright smile on his face.

"Good morning Y/n." Jungkook

Again he was dressed well in a navy blue suit and white shirt causing the black tie to pop out so much. Try not to drool, y/n. Hold it together, he's just wearing a suit.

"Kookie!!" Jihyun

He came running over from behind me and I watched how jungkooks eyes lit up and bent down to pick up the boy in his arms and hug him tight.

"Hey Jihyun! It's so good to see you!" Jungkook

"I missed you Kookie!" Jihyun

Jungkook ruffles his hair with one hand while his other arm was scooped up from underneath him.

"I miss you too buddy. You excited about your first day in your new daycare?" Jungkook

Jihyun nods at him, looking down at jungkooks black tie on his chest.

"Yeah." Jihyun

"Hey how about uncle Hobi over here?"

Jihyun quickly turned around to face hobi now standing in view behind Jihyun. The interaction between the three made me melt. It was so good to see Jihyun getting well with those two.

"Hobi!!!" Jihyun

He wriggles in jungkooks arms, causing Jungkook to laugh but hold tight to not drop my son. Jihyun stretches his arms out to him and hobi happily took him and walked further into the office.

"Come in y/n." Jungkook

He moves to the side to allow me to walk in. The office was huge, with a wide window for the view, I mean seriously there was no wall in the left side, it was nothing but windows. His desk placed in the middle of the room with a huge book shelf behind it and at least three spaced out long seated sofas in the room. But that's not what caught my attention the most, there were a further five guys in the room, including Jimin. They were all spaced out with in the room but I remember all of them.

"Y/n you remember the guys, right?" Jungkook

I nodded at him but kept my eyes on Hobi with Jihyun who was now shyly saying hello to Jimin, standing next to Jungkooks desk.

"Y/n, it's good to see you again. You haven't changed at all." Namjoon

He held out his hand for me as he walked over to greet me first. I shook his hand and smiled up at the tall guy. He doesn't look as dorky as he did in school, but now more grown up and smart in a suit compared to what he use to wear in school. I suppose after all these years everyone matures with age.

"It's good to see you again too."

He nods and now Taehyung comes up from behind shyly, he hesitantly held out his hand but I knew that's not want he wanted. So I reached out for his hand and pulled him towards me, and in for a hug. It surprised him but he hugged me back when he relaxed in my arms. He use to hug my in school sometimes on my low days to cheer me up, it was always in private but it was nice. I wont forget.

"Hi Tae."

"Hi Y/n." Taehyung

We pulled apart and his wide boxy smile was spread across his face.

"Your son is so cute!" Taehyung

He gushed with his eyes on Jihyun. I nudged him with my elbow and chuckled at him.

"Go say hello to him. He'll love you."

He laughed and patted my shoulder to then walk off towards my son that was now standing looking out the window with Hobi and Jimin.

"Your still so straight forward as ever."

He chuckled and that's when I turned around to see Yoongi standing beside Namjoon with a small glass in his hand, grinning ear to ear.

"Hyung is that alcohol already?" Jungkook

"No, do you think I'm stupid when there's a child in the room. I stole some of the apple juice." Yoongi

He rolled his eyes and took a sip of his drink.

"It's good to see your attitude hasn't changed either Yoongi."

I chuckled and he laughed at my comment to then walk to the closest sofa and take a seat while drinking of his drink in the glass. We didn't speak much in school after the incident either but I'll never forget him punching two different guys because of the names I was called in school.

"You can't forget about dear old me Y/n." Jin

"Yeah old, you've go that right." Jungkook

Jin reached over to smack him in the head with a glare and to return back to me with a handsome smile.

"I couldn't forget you jin, even if I tried."

He laughed and pulled me in for a side hug.

"You look as beautiful as ever Y/n." Jin

I blush at his compliment and look away to tuck a hair behind my ear nervously giggling like a little girl. I was away to say something back but Jungkook cleared his throat from beside me and took my hand to lead me further into the office.

"Jihyun come meet everyone else!" Jungkook

My son happily pulled away from Taehyung who had a hold of his while squatted down and ran towards Jungkook who took a seat at his desk chair while I stood right next to him. He picked up my son and sat him his knee.

"Jihyun, this is my friends from school They knew your mommy too." Jungkook

I watched how Jungkooks eyes were solely on Jihyun as the little boys eyes lit up to look at me with a smile.

"Realllly Mommy?" Jihyun

I nodded at him and smiled back.

"Yes Jihyun. We all knew each other from school."

Jihyun laughed, he seems to very comfortable around them already. Maybe it's because they're boys too or something, I don't know.

"Now this is Namjoon, Jin and Yoongi." Jungkook

He pointed at the three men in the middle of the room. Yoongi still sat on the sofa softly smiling at Jihyun and waving. Namjoon was now just a little behind me at the desk, he laughed and said hello to Jihyun and Jin still stood next to Yoongi on the sofa but he too smiled and waved shyly at my son.

"You already know Jimin and -" Jungkook

"TAETAE!" Jihyun

He shouted with his arms in the air making everyone in the room laugh at his outburst. He's really too cute for his own good. Jihyun wriggled out of Jungkooks arms and ran back over to Taehyung that's stood by the window, showing a colour of pink on his cheeks from Jihyuns outburst.

So far the first introductions well. Jihyun seemed to have taken to everyone really well but sometimes I just can't get over how Jungkook looks at my son. Maybe it was a love at first sight sort of thing? I don't know but I don't care either.

When I look around the room, I can help but have a flood of memories come back to me. I may not have known them enough in school to actually call them friends except for Hobi, but I have always respected them for how they treated me and stuck up for me. I'll forever be grateful and they have no idea how much their small actions caused a little relief to my life in school.
