~Y/N POV~

Tonight was certainly a surprise.

It was my date night with Jungkook as I asked Jennie to watch Jihyun for the night. She actually asked if Yoongi could join them at my apartment and I said yes as long as there wasn't any funny business in my bed.

Jungkook picked me up around five since where we were going was apparently an hours drive. He wouldn't tell me where we were going only that it was an hour away. I was excited to see where he was taking me since I was so nervous about this date yet very excited about it too.

There were moments in the car we would sit in silence but it wasn't uncomfortable at all. It was the opposite and every now and then I would sneak a peak at his side profile to gaze upon just how handsome he is from the side as well as the front. It makes me wonder just how a guy like him could be so obsessed with me and likes me the way he does. It's strange yet I'm not complaining one bit.

I would look at his knuckles too as he drove the car to where ever it is we're going. They seem to be healing nicely. Though I do wonder what state Jaehyun must be in if Jungkook really did beat him up. He must of been left a state after that.

After our hour long drive I was greeted to a lovely surprise at the beach. I love the beach and Jungkook took me into this beautiful restaurant that allows you dine on the beach outside and luckily for us it was a gorgeous night as the sun began to set.

As we ate and talked mostly about Jihyun we got to enjoy the view of the sun setting beyond the horizon. One of my most favourite parts when your at the beach long enough. It seems like we got here right on time to witness it.

Even after we finished our meal Jungkook and I sat at the table with our desserts. We both orders sundaes, I don't care what anyone says they're the best and Jungkook just pretty much ordered what I did. I don't think he cared to be honest with what he had.

Jungkook told me a story of when he was a child when he had a ice cream fight with Jimin and Taehyung as children at Taehyungs house when they were about seven. He said how they stole all the ice cream out of the freezer and began to not only eat it but throw it at one another. I could tell by the way he speaks about one of his childhood memories that it was one of the best he had since it sounds like he didn't get much of a childhood with his dad.

But whenever that comes up he always ends up changing the subject or thanking me for what I've done with Jihyun. I mean Jihyun is my son of course if I'll want what's best for him and try and give him what I can of a happy childhood. It's just very unfortunate Jungkook didn't get the same treatment.

Though to lighten the mood a little as I seen Jungkook become a little down as he dug into his sundae I scooped up some ice cream with my finger and while he wasn't looking I plopped some ice cream on his nose. Though his reaction was priceless.

The way he jolted up in his seat in surprise and crossed his eyes to see the vanilla ice cream on his face was a picture. I couldn't stop my laughter but stopped when I seen the mischievous grin crawl up in his face as he picked up his spoon scooping up some ice cream.

"Jungkook, no. Don't you dare."

He shook his head slowly preparing to fire his ice cream across the table.

"You brought this on yourself y/n." Jungkook

He said between giggles and launched the ice cream my way. I squealed and ducked down from the flying ice cream but unfortunately it caught my arm as I moved. Sitting back up as Jungkook threw his head back laughing I noticed the amount of funny looks we were getting form people. But for once I didn't care because we were having fun and this was our date no one else's.

"Maybe we should get out of here and go for a drive or something. It looked like the weather is changing on us." Jungkook

He points to the sky as he wipes his eyes from his tears. I knew that would cheer him up. I nodded and grabbed my jacket from behind my seat and we both got up from our table. With Jungkook paying and then for the two of us to leave to his car.

He was right as we got into the car the heavy grey clouds started to over look the dark sky and the wind becoming violet. Both of us sat in the car looking wife to see how fast the weather was changing so Jungkook took the opportunity to start his car and start driving back to the city.

It got dark real fast, almost black and the only lights there were was from the headlights of Jungkooks car or any passing cars since the road we were taking didn't have any street lights. The rain became very heavy and showered the front window with water. Jungkook had to put the windshields wipers on the fastest mode there was to be able to see.

It was quite back but something flashed across the road as if it were a fox or cat or something. Jungkook cursed and steered away from the animal only to end up skidding off the road and into a ditch. Not very ideal but that's what happened.

There was a pause in the air between us sitting in silence taking it what just happened since it happens very fast. I open the car door to peak at the ground below us and to see it was in a muddy ditch. Just perfect.

I closed the car door again that was now soaked from the rain with a heavy sigh.

"We're stuck aren't we?" Jungkook

"Yeah I don't think you're getting this car out tonight."

I heard him curse under his breath, dropping his hands from the steering wheel and lean his head back against his seat.

"Just fantastic. I'm sorry y/n this is not how I wanted things to go." Jungkook

Well obviously.

"It's fine. We can just call someone to come get us."

I took out my phone from my hand bag to turn it on but then cursed myself when I seen there was no signal.

"What is it?" Jungkook

I showed him my phone in the top corner saying no signal.

"There's no signal."

"I'll try mine." Jungkook

He took out his from his pocket and turned it on only to drop it to his lap with another exaggerated sigh.

"No signal either." Jungkook

"We could try that hotel back there. It's it far and we can ask to use their phone."

I pointed out the window. Jungkook looks at me with uncertainty.

"It's pouring it down though. We'll be soaked." Jungkook

"It's worth a try."

I shrugged taking a hold of the handle of the door and ready to push it open to run through the rain to the nearest hotel.

"Okay fine." Jungkook

Then just like that both of us open our doors and run up the slight hill from the ditch we were in and ran through the heavy rain that soaked the both of us in seconds. My hair wet as if I had taken a shower running as fast as I could to the hotel that was in sights.

It didn't take long in running to get there and we boomed through the lobby doors as I was breathing heavily to catch my breath where as Jungkook went straight up to the front desk to ask for their phone.

"Could I use you phone please? I drove our car into a ditch and we have no service on our phones." Jungkook

He signalled to me by the door huffing and puffing. The receptionist gave Jungkook and apologetic look before responding.

"I'm so sorry but due to the weather our lines have been down. We could offer you a place to stay?" Receptionist

Jungkook looks back at me over his shoulder as if he was questioning me about it. I just waved my hand at him as if it were fine.

"Okay sure. What rooms do you have available?" Jungkook

"I'm afraid we only have our couples suit sir." Receptionist

"Couple suit? How convenient." Jungkook

I heard him mumble as I finally approached the desk to listen in properly.

"I don't know miss. Do you not have any other rooms available?" Jungkook

"Jungkook it's fine. We've obviously shared before. It'll be fine another night. Miss we'll take the suit please?"

I held my hand onto his upper arm for reassurance as he gives me an unreadable expression. The woman handed out keys over to us and we headed to the room up the elevator to the floor the receptionist had told us our suit was on.

The whole time he seems uneasy about this whole thing and was very fidgety.

Once we got to our room and because our clothes were soaked there were two robes we could use for the night to wear. I mean I had to strip down naked because my clothes were soaked right through and we put our clothes on the heaters around the room.

Jungkook was still very uneasy maybe because this is a different place we've shared a bed in and Jihyun has always been around even if not in the same room he's across the hall or something. Not to mention we're naked underneath our robes.

I came out the bathroom to find Jungkook sitting on the edge of the bed flicking through the channels on the tv. Well more like what he could find that would work and there was only one and it so happens to be a sport channel.

I sat down next to him as his eyes were glued to the screen as if he were trying to not look at me. I don't want the end of our date night to be awkward giving the circumstances.

So to ease him a little bit I kissed him on the cheek. His doe like eyes grew in size to turn to look at me with his mouth hung open.

"What was that?" Jungkook

"I kissed your cheek silly."

I giggled but he just gawked at me.

"I-I know that but why?" Jungkook

I shrugged and lay back on the bed as he continued to look down at me now over his shoulder.

"Just to thank you for the date. I really enjoyed it plus even if this wasn't planned Jungkook I'm still having a nice time with you."

I smiled at him. He turns around more to look at me, lifting on leg up on the bed as he does so.

"Really? Because I don't want you to be uncomfortable around me in places like this. It's not your home or mine. It's different." Jungkook

His eyes move around the room scanning the bits of furniture and decoration in the room but I hand his hand in mine that he was using to keep himself up on the bed.

"True but I'm not uncomfortable being here with you. I like it."

He was taken back by my words and then finally shows me his bunny like smile.

"Really? You're not uncomfortable?" Jungkook

I shook my head immediately.

"Not at all."

I watch how he nibbles on his bottom lip as something comes to mind.

"Good. Then I can do this." Jungkook

He leans over me to match his lips to mine softly. His lips are as soft as they were the last time he kissed me. It started gentle as his lips moved with mine until something began to brew up within myself telling me I wanted more. He was about to pull away again but I let go of his hand to grab either side of his head to keep him in place. I wanted to keep going.

I wanted more.
