"Sure. How can we get close without knowing each other first?"

I started playing along with him, testing the waters before I go in too deep. Wouldn't want to blow my cover.

"So, I see you and Namjoon-Hyung hang out a lot, why's that?"

"Well, he's the one who found me, I guess"

He questioned me and I answered again.

"We just bumped into each other and started hitting off."

I mean, that's true to an extent. I just kept getting in his way until we were cool.

"Okay okay... since when have you started to take interest in Hyung?"

I assumed that he was talking about Yoongi, seeming as we both were looking at him. By that enough, I think he caught on.

"Since I first saw him. I love him w- no nothing. I just really want to know him better. Yup!"

"Hmm. Does Hyung stay over at your house?"

Okay, this is just getting weird, but I do want to shake him off. I think this is more of a one sided conversation, about me...

"No, we don't know where each other lives. I-I just met him a while ago."

"But you said- never mind. Where do you usually hang out? A person has to have a safe place, right?"

Finally, a normal question!

"I just like to stay at home or walk around. Oh! That's how I met Namjoon, but he got mad at me when we met."

"Yeah sure, anyways, TaeHyung, would you like to go somewhere with Namjoon-Hyung and Yoongi-Hyung and I? I just have a feeling that we might get close."

"Uh... I think I'm busy. I have to do stuff like... water my dog. Yeah, my dog needs so much watering, it's crazy."

"Pfft! Nice one, but I don't think that'll work. I'll meet you and Hyung at this arcade I went a long time ago. Do you want my number?"

"Sure, it's not like I have your number anyway."

I am so glad I decided to throw out my old phone. If he knew I still had his contacts, things would be a bit too awkward. I gotta get out before it's too late!

"Here... you... go! And I'll send you the address, there!"

"Oh wow, this place looks fantastic! What are the prizes?"

"I don't remember. You can probably win something though, if you try hard enough"

"Sure, meet you there! Oh, look at the time. I have to go water my dog now ... bye!"

I left as soon as the conversation ended and called a cab.

Today was too stressful and tense for me. I don't want to go through this again. I shouldn't have let Jimin force me to accept his offer, but maybe things will turn out for the better and I can show Yoongi how much of a good person I am!
