Set after UA Entrance Exam and before USJ.

Eijirou sighed into the ringing room. He was in the faculty room at UA with Midnight standing by. He had to wipe his palms on his pants multiple times.

Eijirou - "Hey Ma, remember how you always said you wanted another baby?"

Eijirou made eye contact with a timid, ghostly white toddler with black eyes with white dots and snow white hair in Midnight's arms.

Natsumi and Ichika sat in Nezu's office. Natsumi was working at the time so she was all done up in her uniform, looking as professional as possible. Ichika was at home getting ready for grocery shopping. Eijirou stood next to Nezu's desk with, as Sans would say, Baby Bone Sans huddled in his arms. His tiny eyes flicked all over, probably confused as to where he was.

Nezu - "Thank you both for arriving in a timely manner. Mr. Gaster, as you can see, was involved in a quirk accident."

Natsumi - "When and how did this happen and how long will it last."

Ichika - "Natsumi, calm down."

Nezu - "It is quite alright Mrs. Kirishima."

Eijirou - "So...I begged Sans to help me train after lunch since we both had a free hour, so we went to Gym Gamma and there were already people there. Sans and I were so focused that we didn't see this guy trip into Sans and his quirk activated accidentally. Now Sans is baby-fied. It can last a few hours to a week."

Sans's tiny belly growled, startling him. He looked perplexed at the sound his human body created.

Ichika - "Here, give Sans to me, I'll bring him home and get him situated. Eijirou, you're finishing school today, but you are to come straight home afterward, understood?"

Eijirou - "Yes Ma."

Natsumi - "See you later, hun."

Ichika took Sans to her car, which was close to Natsumi's cruiser. Ichika had to find Eijirou's old car seat in the garage before going out to the school.

Ichika - "Well Sans, you're going shopping with me. We'll get you some age appropriate clothes as well as some essentials."

Ichika strapped him in and placed a pair of sunglasses over his eyes before donning a similar pair. It didn't take long until they got to the mall. Sans was strapped into a baby harness attached to Ichika's front. To onlookers in the parking lot, they looked like quite the mother-son pair. Ichika strolled into the store and found a cart.

The first stop was the children and infant section. Sans was definitely a toddler, but he was small enough to fit into baby clothes, so much more adorable clothing options. Sans ended up trying on multiple onesies. Ichika may have gone a bit overboard, but he was too cute in everything he wore.

Onesies based off popular hero costumes (Endeavor, All Might, Crimson Riot, Snipe, Ingenium, Miruko, and Fat Gum), animal themed onesies (kitten, puppy, dragon, fox, and capybara), baby shampoo, a few bath toys, a playpen, a crib meant for newborns to five months, diapers, baby powder, and a camera-scrapbook combo. No way she wasn't taking every picture she could while he looked like this.

Natsumi - "I knew I'd find you here."

Ichika paused in her gushing over Sans in a pile of baby blankets. He was so cute with a confused look etched in his little features. Natsumi was still in uniform, but she looked much more relaxed.

Natsumi - "Nezu contacted the chief and he gave me some leave until this whole mess is over with. Hey there bud!"

Natsumi lifted Sans and kissed the crown of his head. Sans's eyes widened and his tiny hands touched his head with a blank look of shock on his face.

Natsumi - "Why does he look like that?"

Ichika - "I'm not sure. He said he had a great home life, but I'm not so sure. He looks so baffled from the slightest bit of affection. He hasn't cried or smiled once. I'm a little worried."

Natsumi - "From past abuse cases I collabed with, the most we can do is show him love and treat him as we treated Eijirou when he was younger."

Sans sneezed and that sent Ichika right back to cooing and gushing over him.

Natsumi - "Heh, some things never change. Babe, I'm gonna go get some grub. Be back in a few."

Ichika - "Yup! Sans, do you want to check out the toys?"

Natsumi chuckled and left the doting mother to carry the baby wearing a Present Mic onesie. Ichika quickly found that Sans loved puzzles and coloring books so she got him a multitude of puzzles and jigsaw puzzles, a bunch of children and mandala coloring books, and even a few rubix cubes.

When passing the stuffed animals, Sans grabbed onto a white wolf stuffed toy and refused to leave without it. Ichika didn't have the heart of willpower to take it from him, so it was added to the list. A guy with greased back hair slung his arm around the unsuspecting Ichika. She easily shrugged the smelly arm off of her and kept walking, now toward the food court.

"Hey pretty lady, wanna come with me to the bar~"

Ichika - "I'm married."

"He doesn't have to know gorgeous~"

Ichika - "I'm gay."

"That's because you haven't met the right guy yet babe~"

Natsumi - "If you don't get away from my wife, I'll arrest you for harassment."

Natsumi was behind the man holding a tray with soft pretzels, fries, and mustard and ketchup packets in one hand with the other on her hip, close to her taser. She was pissed seeing some trash hitting on her wife and was ready to tase him in the family jewels.

"Chill, we were just talking."

The guy slunk away, hands in pockets.

Natusmi - "Did you get enough stuff babe and baby?"

Ichika - "I think so. Let's go eat our food and check out.

Sans sat on a blanket in the living room as his and Eijirou's friends surrounded him. Sans was fiddling with a rubix cube as his eyes went from one colorful person to the next.

Sero - "Ay que lindo, he reminds me of when my little brothers were this young."

Mina - "He's so cute! Kiri, I'm taking him with me!"

Bakugo - "He's pretty calm for a brat."

Kaminari - "Whoa, so mean, Kacchan!"

Bakugo - "Stop calling me that dunce face. All brats this age are nothing but crybabies who can't do anything for themselves."

Eijirou - "I'm with you Bakubro, Sans is really quiet for a baby."

Eijirou walked out of the kitchen with drinks for everyone. His moms were somewhere in the house so he and his squad could hang out in the living room. As soon as Sans saw him, he dropped his rubix cube and lifted his arms toward him.

Eijirou - "Hey Sans!"

Eijirou picked him up and hugged him.

Kaminari - "Dude! Why does he only want to be held by you! So unfair!"

Mina - "Boo! I want to cuddle baby Sans!"

Bakugo - "Chill the fuck out!"

Sans was set in his new playpen because Sero set up their game of Mario Kart.

Ichika was cleaning her work office when she heard some knocking. Behind her was Sans knocking against the table leg with droopy eyes.

Ichika - "Hello sweetie, are you sleepy?"

Ichika lifted him into her arms and walked down the hall. Eijirou and the other teenagers were raging.

Ichika - "Enough! Eiji, go set up the basement for you and your friend's sleepover. And try to keep it down, we do have a sleepy baby for the time being."

Eijirou - Kay Ma, Bakubro, Kami, help me with the sleeping bags."

Ichika smiled and went to her room, where Sans's crib was stationed. No disrespect to her wife, but Ichika was more knowledgeable about babies so the crib was near her side of the bed. Sans's white wolf plushie laid next to the crib, not inside. Sans was placed inside and was sleeping the second his head hit the mattress.

Natsumi - "He asleep?"

Ichika - "Yup, just went down. Were you called in?"

Natsumi - "Yeah. My dickweed boss bailed and now I have to go in. Ugh! I wanna cuddle baby Sans!"

Ichika - "If you wake the baby, I swear you'll be sleeping on the couch. I'll see you when you get home."

Ichika kissed her uniformed wife before she left.

Sans - "Ugh, my skull is throbbing."

It was three days before Sans was returned to his normal comedic self. It probably took three more days to get over the embarrassment of seeing his baby bones self in, what seemed like, a million pictures. He was back at school in no time with a migraine strong enough to stun even Undyne. He wished that that never happened again. To him at least.
