3 months later....

Arjun finally quit his irritating job and did try to work for 1 or 2 marketing based companies, but didn't continue for more than even a month

He had some issues with the working way of those companies and his ideas weren't liked by the company officials...

He wanted tasks to be done in a certain way, but his bosses didn't agree with him or like the way of his conduct, hence he would quit his job..

Naina on the other hand managed to get into a good institute for MBA in Mumbai, and was planning to leave in a week..

Month of June...

Starbucks coffee house, Connaught Place, New Delhi...

5:30 pm...

It was raining in Delhi, which was unexpected for the city but everyone was enjoying the rain....

Arjun sat on the chair of the coffee house with his elbows resting on the table....

He just quit his job for the 2nd time in a row and was really frustrated right now...

He was muttering something under his breath, constantly running his hands through his hair...

One thing he realised today was he wasn't meant to take orders, and he really must do something about it

Today he wore a formal lavender color shirt with 2 buttons out, loosened tie & black trousers, glancing constantly at the door waiting for his besties...

The girls who sat on the opposite table shot flirty looks at him and he huffed making them giggle....

What a pain...!

He thought... just then a girl winked at him, which made him mad now, he shot a glare at her...

If she does something stupid... I'll kill her right now...!

But the girl got the hint that he's uninterested so she just looked down and he smirked triumphantly...

Good.. Now ! Where are this idiots ! I swear they're dead...

Jai entered the cafe and plumped on the chair in front of him, taking a deep breath

'Woaah... what happened to your hair...?' He laughed

Arjun glared & J looked at him confused..

'Where were you...??' He growled

'Woah... Temperature is high here...' J fanned his hands and opened his first 2 shirt buttons...

'Shut up, Why are you late..? And where's Naina...?' He growled again..

'Bro...!! I was stuck in traffic ! And Naina left from her NGO half n hour ago, She'll be here any minute...' Jai said

Arjun huffed and again ran his hands through his hair & pulling it...

'Abbe Akkal k Andhe... Baal ukhaad lega kya.... (you mad person ! Stop pulling your hair)' J exclaimed..

'Chup kar...(Shut up...)' Arjun huffed

'What's wrong....?' He asked..

'Guess...' Arjun closed his eyes and pressed pinch of his nose..

'You quit Again...?' J said...

'Yeah..' he sighed and raised his hand to touch his head

'Don't pull your Hair Man..' J said

Arjun was hell irritated now...

'Dude, I just lost my third job in a row and you're concerned about my hair...' He huffed

'Bro don't ruin your looks, Your Hair...' J began

'No talks on my hair now...!' Arjun warned

'Chill, You'll figure something out...' J assured

Just then Naina walked towards them almost drenched due to the rain and gasped looking at his messed up hair..

'What happened to your hair...?' She asked

Jai chuckled and Arjun glared at her..

'What...?' She asked bewildered

'Is this 5 pm for you ?' Arjun growled showing her the watch

She ignored his angry face

'I had some work.....' she replies taking a seat

'Learn to be on time Naina...' He scolds

Naina looked at J, who gave her an assuring look and gestured her to stay quiet..

'Okay, sorry...' she said and sat on the chair between them and Arjun sighed

Naina looked at both of them trying to figure out what's wrong..

Arjun looked all worried and irritated at the same time, while J was worried, glancing at Arjun's dishevelled state, she guessed what's the issue...

'Did you quit your Job again...?' Naina asked

Both of them looked at her shocked with J's mouth open..

'How did you...?' Arjun asked..

'Just a guess...' she half smiled, Arjun sighed and J chuckled...

'I think he's taking your advice of never compromising way too seriously...' J comments and Naina hits him

'You'll get another one...' She pats Arjun's shoulder

'I don't want to work for anyone now...' he sighed

'Then start your own business na...' Naina said non chalantly...

Both Jai and Arjun look at her and then at each other, something clicked inside them..

'What....?' They both almost yelled in unison and she jumped

'Don't scare me both of you...' She scolds them keeping her hand near her chest

'And yeah you both can start a business of your own.. because by God's grace of course...you both have brains...' she said..

They both looked at each other...

'Actually she's right Arjun, We must start something together, Even I hate  this stupid job of mine...' J said

'What about the investment, what business are we going to do...? Staff ? Investors ? Clients. ?..Office...!' Arjun exclaimed...

'You'll figure that out...' Naina assured

He nodded at her, sat in a relaxing manner, & begin thinking something...

'Now you guys think, I'll get you your coffees....' Naina said and went to the counter for buying their drinks

Both of them sat silently, glancing nowhere probably thinking about Naina's idea...

She came back with Arjun's Espresso, Jai's Cappuccino & her Iced tea...

'Here...' she said handing them there coffee.. They thanked her and they all were quiet for a long time, silently sipping their drink.

Naina wanted to interrupt, but she was busy in admiring how handsome Arjun looked even when tensed !

C'mon Naina.... Focus... he's tensed, don't ogle at him atleast now...

Naina composed her expression, actually she wanted to register his look in her mind, As she won't be able to see him for 2 years now

Rads & Naina's colleges were nearby, so they'll be sharing a flat there, while Sid was attending reputed acting school at Mumbai...

Sid and she were talking to each other now, but he still disliked Arjun

She was really excited but at the same time, Her heart ached for not being able to see him for 2 years but hey !

She did survive 5 years without him.. what's the big deal in this..

It wasn't like they were dating or something..

Naina's mind was preoccupied with all these thoughts when Arjun out of nowhere asked her..

'What took you so long...?'

'Huh..?' She was out of her trance now...

'You said you had some work, What was it...?' He asked..

'Yeah.. actually I was searching for a new book store, The local store in Block C, it's shut down now...' she said with a sad face..

'All by yourself...?' J asked

'No... Actually Ishaan was also with me...'

Arjun raised his brow...

'You guys are still friends...?' He asked ..

'Yeah, he's a decent fellow... Actually Rads was supposed to accompany me, but that meant her annoying boyfriend would tag along too, so Ishaan offered to help...' she took a sip of her ice tea

'Naina, Don't hang out with him, he's weird...' Arjun frowned and Naina looks at him confused

'Bro.. he was just helping her...' J tried to reason

'He's not weird don't use your extra dimag...' Naina rolled her eyes and Jai chuckled

'Fine..!' He huffed 'Don't tell me later that I didn't warn you....'

'Arjun...' J said

'What....? I hate my best friends hanging out with stupids and then defending them....' he said irritated eyeing both of them...

They both smiled at his antics, he was possessive about them...

'Okay we won't...'

'Yeah whatever....' he said

'Why Can't I just get My Favorite book at my doorstep, Without even wandering in the market...' Naina muttered, after a while

'Like flipkart..?' Jai asked

'Well no, I feel it's costly... More like a local flipkart... You know like they buy with locals and deliver to locals....' Naina said casually

Arjun looked at her, his eyes sparkled...

'What did you just say...?' He asked excitedly..

'Huh....? Nothing... Uh..Okay....?' She looks at him confused

'No silly.. that door step thing...?' He said

'I just said Why can't I get my book at my doorstep, like a post from my favourite shop ?' she explained

He looked excited now

'Naina, You're a genius...' he exclaimed even J was confused..

'Really...?' She asked

'No...' He said & Naina frowned

'Idiot...!' She muttered..

He laughed... 'J we got our business plan...' he exclaimed

'What ?'

'Local flipkart...' Arjun said

'What...?' They both were still confused, when Naina's phone rang...

'Hey Ishaan...' she answers and Arjun frowned

'Well now...? Actually I cannot come now, I'll see you tomorrow, when I come to collect my leaving certificate... Yeah okay...? Yep Bye...!' she hangs up the call

'Ready to leave...?' Jai asks and Arjun gets quiet

'Well yeah... It's going to be fun....' Naina tried to appear excited

'I am going to miss you kid...' Jai hugs her

'I'll miss you too....' Naina smiles

'Will you...?' Jai asks Arjun

'Naah.... Good riddance...' Arjun rolled his eyes and Naina frowned

'How mean...' she hits him and he rolled his eyes

Deep down Arjun was really sad that she was leaving, and now that he had his idea, he wanted her to be with him, but even she has a life and ambitions, she cannot be with him all the time

'Let's go...?' Arjun suggested

'Yep...' they say and then leave the cafe

1 week later...

It was Sunday, Naina and Rads were leaving for Mumbai, so Arjun Jai and their parents were dropping them at the airport...

Rads her family, Naina's parents were in Jai's Jeep, while Arjun, Naina and all their luggages were in Arjun's car

They almost reached the departure terminal, and were in the queue for getting inside, when Naina decided to speak

'Are you certain about doing your own business...?' Naina asks

'Well yeah, and someone said me a few months back, 'Taking risks is what separates leaders from others..' He mimics her and she laughs

'I want credit for it then....' Naina raised her brows

'Only credit ? No equity ? Good... Done...' he laughs

'Damn it....' Naina mutters

'I'll wait for the day when you set up your company, I'll proudly tell everyone... My bestie has his own firm...' Naina grins and Arjun smiles

'How exciting is this....!' she exclaims after a while

'It would be more fun, if you were here...' Arjun sighed and Naina's smile fade too

'Do you have to go...' he whispered

'Yes...' she said in a same tone

'Why can't you do MBA from any institute in Delhi....' He whined

'Because it's my dream Arjun, to learn to live alone and be independent...' she smiled

'Okay...' he said as they halt in front of the airport

'But I'll miss you...' he hugged her

'I'll miss you too...' she smiled

He broke the hug, 'But be careful with jerks there..' he warned

'Arjun, I can take care of myself okay...'

'I know, Just be safe okay...' he said

'Yes I will...' she smiled

'And come back soon....' he said and she nods

He again hugged her and she felt complete in his embrace, But she was scared that he'll leave her again, Once she's gone...

But for now...! Yes she was happy... like really Happy...

As they all said their good byes to each other, Naina and Rads headed towards the departure gate, their parents were in tears but happy as their girls were going to live a new life and learn things...

She turned around to say final good bye when she saw Arjun in tears, he quickly wiped them without anyone seeing and waved at her mouthing I'll miss you...

She waved at him too and was secure that maybe this time, things won't change...

People change Naina, and so will you and Arjun....
