Arjun's POV

Welcome to New Delhi...

This announcement got me all nostalgic.. Finally I'm back, to my country, I'll finally be with my family and my dear friends...

I'm never going back to that stupid place again....

I push my trolley and look around for my family, I think they're late...

Well, I'll just stand near the gate, maybe they'll spot me there...

I pushing my trolley and walk towards Gate 9, when I spotted my brother Shashank Or Aditya...? running towards me, followed by my another brother...

God they look much more similar now....

Now who is this one...! I narrow my eyes to see him properly..

'Arjun Bhai...' He yelled..

I smile and waved at him, when behind him, I saw my other brother running towards me..

'Bhai..' He yelled too

Both of them wore same t shirts but one was in blue, the other in red, Wow they're much taller now,  But who is who...??

My brother, who wore Blue literally jumped on me and tightly hugged me...

'Bhai ! I missed you...' he said and I hugged him back...

'I missed you too...' I said, The one in red reached us looking all flushed..

'Adi ! Not fair, I wanted to hug bhai first...' he breathed

Oh so the one in red is Shashank....

I smiled at him, 'Come here Sash...' I hugged him tightly, He hugged me back..

When I looked at both of them, they had goofy smile on their faces...

'Adi.. help me get my bags...!' I said to my brother, who was in blue and they both started laughing..

I looked at them confused...

'Fooled you...' They both said in unison

'I am Shashank, And he's Adi !' Blue one said...

Still pranksters, My boys....

'What a shame bhai... You didn't recognize us...?' Adi (the one in red) faked to wipe a tear...

I narrowed my eyed at them and smiled... 'Come here you both....' And hugged both of them together...

'Stop troubling my son both of you...' Maa came from behind, I bent down to touch her feet, She stopped me to do so and hugged me tightly...

'My son...' She said almost in tears

'Maa, No tears..' I wiped her tears

'Shut up you... Look how weak you've become....' she looked at me 'You're not going anywhere now...' She declares

'I promise...' I held her hand and she smiled

'Welcome back son...' Dad said and I hugged him 'We missed you beta..'

'Me too dad...'

We wheeled my luggage towards the car and were about to get inside, when someone jumped on me from behind and hugged me tightly from the waist almost choking me..

'Meri Jaaneman laut aayi, ab kahi nai jayegi tu...!! (My sweetheart is back, I was dying to see you, now you will not go anywhere) ' It was Jai..

Others chuckled at his antics..

'Bas kar pagali ab rulayegi kya.. (Enough silly woman, will you make me cry)' I laugh and we hugged

'Eww... PDA....' Twins said

'Shut up both of you...' Dad said Keep your brother's luggage in the car...' He ordered

They made a face and followed the instructions...

We all got in the car and drove towards our complex, chatting about the random things in the way..

'Bro..! We have planned a welcome party for you after 2 weeks..' Shashank exclaimed..

'Sash....' Adi & J glared at him..

'Can't you keep even a small secret in your stomach...' J whines

'Oops.. was that a surprise...?' He asked

'Yes it WAS...' Adi smacked him on his head..

'You didn't tell me...' He hit him back...

'Yes I did...' And they both began fighting..

'Boys...' Dad scolded from the driver's seat.. 'Behave like 21 year olds, You're not 5 anymore...'

They both hung their heads low and sat quietly glaring at each other, Me and J chuckled..

'It wasn't necessary guys... The party...' I say

'Ofcourse it was ! I mean you are coming back after 5 years, Everyone wants to meet you...' J said

Yeah everyone except Naina...

We reached our complex and got out of the car..

'See you..' Jai hugs me

'Jai... while going home just ask Naina & Abhi whether they have arranged their lunch ? if they didn't give me a call.. I'll send lunch for them..' Maa said..

I looked at her confused

'Abhi is getting married next month, so Raina and Harsh Bhai sahab went to their native place to fetch their parents and invite relatives...' she informed

Ohh...!!

'They've got it arranged aunty...Mom will send their lunch...' He said

'It's Shurtika Di's wedding as well, in 15 days...' Adi said

Oh wow...

'We have invitation from both the families and you boys have to help them okay...?' Dad said and we nod

'Arjun doesn't have clothes for any of tge functions...' Mom says worriedly

'Don't worry Sangeeta, Malini ji has asked him to go to her boutique, she and Radhika will help him get his clothes...' Dad said

'Arjun beta, do this thing first ! I'll call malini and you go to her botique in the evening with Jai and select clothes...' Mom says and I nod

'Chal, I'll pick you at 6... Be ready..' he says

'Byee...' He hugs me and waves at my family, and we head to our home

6 p.m.

I stood at the lobby of my apartment, waiting for Jai...

I walked out, towards Naina's buidling and looked around in a hope to see her...

I must see her, but what if she closes the door on my face...!

Why wouldn't she...? You did not talk to her because of that bitch... Naina deserves to be angry for this...

Well the clothes can wait ! I have to see Naina right now...

I walk towards Naina's building, when the honking sound interrupt me, I ignore it, and continue to walk.

But after few seconds, Jai stops his bike right in front of me, making me gasp, and stop on my tracks and glare at him, because had I not stopped, I would've fallen down..

'Are you trying to kill me...?'

'Bulls like you don't get killed by my poor bike...' Jai said rolling his eyes

'Ha ha ha... Move... I have to see Naina...'

'I would advice you not to do that...' Jai says, holding my arms

'Why ?'

'She's is whooping mad at you, or worst she does not want to see you...' He says

What ? Oh no... This cannot happen

'How do you know...?'

'I met her this morning to tell her about your arrival, she wasn't happy at all, and worst she knows everything...' he sighed

'Everything ?' I gasp in horror, my heartbeats were really fast right now

'Yes... From the fact that you ignored only her, to why you did that ! Everything ! She's mad buddy... And to be honest you deserve that...' he hits me

Oh no...

'I have to see her...' I run inside the building, ignoring Jai's calls

I ran towards the elevator, and pressed the button, damn it's taking time... I run towards the stairs now...

Quickly climbing 3 floors without stopping, now fatigue took over me, Wow I need to start working out, I am so weak...

Then slowly climbed to reach 5th floor, her house, By the time I reached there, I was perspiring, and out of breath, I took the support of the wall to relax for a minute and then walked towards her house...

I hear the elevator's sound, and then Jai's voice

'You seriously took the stairs...?' He laughed

'I have to apologise Jai, I cannot lose her...' I sigh

'Looks like you have to wait buddy...' He says

'Why...?'

'Her house is locked... No one is at home...' he points at the lock and I kick the wall in frustration

'Owww....' I immediately regret doing that

'Chill bro, you are not going anywhere, neither is she... You have plenty of time to make things right...' Jai pats my shoulder and I nod

'Let's go to Radhika's shop, your mom has talked to aunty, they are waiting for us...' He says and we walk inside the elevator

DLF Shopping complex, 3rd Floor, where Rad's boutique is located...

Arjun and Jai walk towards SR Fashions, the huge shop for apparels in the entire shopping complex, It was owned by Radhika's mom and her business partners and their shop was pretty famous for their unique designs

Most of the people in Arjun ad Naina's society would shop from here and if there is any wedding function in the complex, the first choice for clothes would always be this shop

Arjun was limping while walking because of the stupid stunt

'Lesson of the day, never hit an inanimate object which is stronger than you, if you are angry, hit yourself...' Jai teased

'Or hit your best friend...' Arjun imitates Jai kicks him on the leg, which makes him hiss in pain..

'You moron...' Jai cries and Arjun rolls his eyes

'I am so scared Jai...'

'You are going to select clothes, not bride...' Jai says

'No idiot ! I am scared of Naina's reaction, I mean she will be really mad when she sees me...' Arjun sighs

'Of course she will... Do you expect her to wait for you in a bridal dress, so you come and marry her ?' Jai rolls his eyes

'I would prefer that, over her anger to be honest...' Arjun replies honestly

'Awww really...? Someone is still in love with Naina...' Jai teases, pulling Arjun's cheeks

'Not love, just a long forgotten crush...' Arjun says

'Let's see, how forgotten your crush is...' Jai smirks as they enter Radhika's store

Radhika was standing near the bridal dresses counter, talking to the staff, when Jai tip toes behind her and then...

'Bhow !' he shouts and Rads is startled, the dress she was holding, fell from her hands

She turns back and hits Jai

'Idiot, You scared me...' she whines, and takes a deep breath to calm her fast beating heart

'Good... Now I have a assignment for you...' Jai says and points towards Arjun who smiles at her

Rads is shocked to see Arjun here, and gets anxious because Naina was here too...

'Hey Arjun...' she smiles

'Hey Radhika...' he comes forward and hugs her, she hugs him back, but was hell nervous now

'How are you...?' Arjun asks

'I am doing great... How about you...? It's great to see you back...' She smiles

'Thanks, I am excited to see everyone too, I guess Maa told you why am I here for...' Arjun says

'Yes, we have already selected the designs for you... Just need your measurements, I'll show you the way to the men's section...' Rads said and that's when they hear Naina's voice

'You know what Rads, if I get to wear this, I can marry Ishaan or anyone for like 10 times....' Naina says and Arjun stiffens

Jai and Rads look at Naina's direction and gasp, Arjun's heart started beating faster, he slowly turned back to see her

And as he saw her, breathing hitched, she was dressed in a bridal attire, which look great on her, she also had a veil on her head, which made her look like a real bride, her hair was open and she twirled around to show how gorgeous she looked, something Arjun would want his bride to look....

Get a grip Arjun his mind scolds But she is so beautiful... He argued back silently

Arjun couldn't say anything, he was seeing her almost after an year and no wonder Jai was right, she has grown into such a beautiful woman, to be honest, much better than the bimbo he dated..

Last time Arjun saw she was this cute tomboy, but now she is this beautiful woman, who can beat the models in their looks, if she wants...

Arjun was in trance, and others were shocked

'Holy shit...' Jai says and Arjun's trance is broken, he composed himself, but couldn't take his eyes off her

Naina looked at Jai's confused, but then she stiffened too, and slowly looked at Arjun's direction...

Their eyes met and Naina looked shocked and scared at the same time, she opens her mouth to say something, but then couldn't speak...

Both Naina and Arjun were speechless, They just looked around, sometimes at each other trying to say something, sometimes avoiding each other's gaze, the things were starting to get awkward

'Naina... Are you planning to marry someone too...?' Jai says, to break the uncomfortable silence

'Uh...' Naina looks at Rads, because she couldn't speak

'Of course not J ! She was just trying the bridal outfit, she was bored soo....' Rads said and Naina nods

'Thank god, if it was true, someone would get a mini heart attack, right now...' Jai teased and Arjun hits him on the stomach

Rads and Naina looks at each other bewildered, and Naina removes the veil from her head, she was so embarrassed right now, she thought she made a complete fool of herself and worst, Arjun saw this, her cheeks were slowly turning red due to embarassment...

Rads gestured her to take deep breath, and Naina did it, she was hyperventilating, and Arjun's gaze made her super nervous..

'Hey Naina...' Arjun smiles and Naina looks at him

'Hey... Hey Arjun...' she replied

They both moved towards each other, but unfortunately Naina was super nervous and couldn't feel her legs, so as she moved, she lost her balance and closed her eyes to face the impact of the ground

But she was saved by two strong hands, which held her shoulders tightly, preventing her from falling, Naina quickly grabbed the arms and balanced herself, and stood up with Arjun's help

'Still clumsy aren't we...' Arjun says fixing the her blouse, which was misplaced because of him

Naina turned more red at this and did not reply, Jai and Rads look at each other and then at them

Arjun leaves her and she adjusts her dress, she couldn't comprehend what to say...

'I missed you...' Arjun whispers and Naina's looks at him in disbelief

Those words sounded really fake right now, Naina remembered those days and nights she spent crying and wondering what wrong did she do, only to learn that Arjun ignored her because his girlfriend did not like her...

She fisted her hand, not to let tears fall and  looked at Arjun teary eyed, he understood she was hurt and doesn't believe him at all and before he could do anything

'I have to change...' she manages to say and quickly walks away from there towards the changing room

Arjun wanted to hold her, but stood there, with his hands in the air, holding nothing in particular, and he sighed, he was ashamed of his deed and Naina's tears made him feel like a culprit of a hideous crime

Rads and Jai sighed at this

Somethings do change Arjun...! Things always don't go as planned...
